Summary
11/23/2025- Updating this fic after a long hiatus! Every chapter will be updated for flow, style, errors, and general readability. Some chapters will have changed content for story consistency. Some chapters in the 30s will be fully rewritten, or they will be reused for a more appropriate place in the timeline. Any chapters with updates will have an A/N listing the nature of the changes and the date!
Tavryn had a bleeding heart, something feral just beneath the surface, and allies aplenty. Perhaps protection from a vampire lord was a bit much to ask of a stranger, but surely a lover would have a vested interest. And the groundwork was already set.
All he needed was to get the man to fall for him. Easy enough.
Follows Astarion getting to know my Tav (Tavryn), throughout the events of the game (with some alterations). Learning how similar they are, that healing is harder than it looks, and finding themselves in the face of disaster.
