Summary
Brutally spared a future of living within his father’s image, Park Yong-sik is dead. Or at least he was. Yong-sik isn't so sure anymore, seemingly sent back to the moment before the first game after the bullet struck his head without so much as a scratch on him. Now, whether blessed or cursed with the knowledge of what would come in the days leading up to his demise, Yong-sik might just have a chance to make a difference.

Summary
Dae ho finds that even despite that barrier, the main reason why he can’t ascertain Gi-hun’s thoughts is simply because his face is distorted. In fact, when Dae ho looks at him, it’s like looking at him through a kaleidoscope. He finds that he’s unable to pick apart Gi-hun’s features, his eyes, his mouth, the jut of his chin, from his father’s stern ones. It’s like they’ve all meshed together into a horrifying amalgamation- specifically designed to torture him. He can’t tell where Gi-hun ends and his father begins. It’s painful to look at, but Dae ho looks all the same.
His mouth moves independently from his brain, and the first thing he finds himself saying is too simple, too short to fully encase the magnitude of what he’s trying to convey.
“I’m sorry.” is all he can whisper. He doesn’t really know where to go from there.
Or, after his death, Dae ho gets sent back in time to before the rebellion starts. Things spiral from there.
