After Madara was defeated and was on the verge of death, after Kaguya was sealed by Naruto and Sasuke, Hagoromo decided to give her another chance. The wise man saves his life, and makes him carry out punishment to atone for his sins. But the sage's intention is for Madara to have the chance to meet and connect with his soulmate, the reincarnation of Hana, Indra's lost lover. Summary
She was desperate. Kakashi and Obito were out of the fight, Naruto and Sasuke fighting nonstop against Kaguya. She could help, but Sasuke's imbalance worries her, Naruto doesn't see that. He has murderous eyes towards her and Naruto. Then she sees him, almost dead, the remnant of strength he possesses shows that he wants to live. She needs to at least try. She has something to offer that might interest you.
He was dying, the sounds of a distant battle seemed like death ravings. But then he felt a warm chakra invading his body, a soft aroma of cherry blossoms mixing with the smell of sweat and blood that prevailed there. The jaws of death had to release him. The glimpse of that woman trying to save him left him lost. But it shows that it can be much more useful than anyone would think. A trump card would be the more appropriate word.
An agreement is made by two parties, aiming for mutual benefit. What happens when these parts are ripped from your present, and thrown into other circumstances? The agreement could be undone. But when all that's left is to keep each other's secrets, the terms of the deal may be changed briefly, but the deal won't be undone. After all: a deal is a deal.

Summary
Sakura is lost, injured and alone in a forest far from home. The circumstances that led up to this are much less clear. A mysterious mental fog blankets her mind, impenetrable and obfuscating her memories.
After scouring the land, she arrives at the horrifying conclusion that she’s been transported back in time to the Warring States era. Incredibly out of her depth, she has to navigate the old nation’s dangerous climate without becoming ensconced within their politics – a feat easier said than done, for a clan-less kunoichi.
It's just her luck that the Uchiha start sprouting from the woodwork. It seems she can't escape them, no matter what century she's in.
