In which Jon was a (jaded) reincarnated dragonlord, his wife was an inconsistent airhead, his entire brood of children were reincarnated ancestors, and no one ever allowed him a peaceful life of a hermit. Or, perhaps he was a closet ambitious man from the start, and he just never knew it before.
