Summary
Izuku has always wanted to be a hero. But when, at the young age of five he was diagnosed as quirkless, the whole world turned their back on him and started treating him like he was sick and useless. Vigilantism just becomes the natural choice, doesn't it? He makes some friends on the way and more enemies than he can count. But at the end of the day, the thing that matters the most is that he saves people, doesn't it?

Summary
Melian has always felt like a shadow, a figure passing through cold halls. It's bad enough that his father won't even look at him, and whenever he brings his mother up, silence and a heavy hand fall upon him. He must also have the cursed red string around his finger, tying him to a fate and a person he is unsure he wants. Until one day he decides enough is enough, and he flees the palace once and for all.
Meanwhile, across the twelve seas, a young boy named Silas fights his way up to the top of the pirate community. Through blood and fighting and manipulating those around him, he becomes The Pirate King. If only his parents would have been alive to see him now, having enough money to feed himself. He longs for the memory of his mother, the one his father has only given him hints about. Maybe one day he'd also meet his soulmate like his parents had. Maybe he'd also give up everything for the person behind that red string of fate like his mother has once done.
They'll both stay afloat, until their inevitable meet.
