Summary
Arcturus ‘Arc’ Hospes, a 17 year old prodigy, supposedly died from an accidental lightning strike by God. To apologize for his mistake, God lets Arc pick three things before the boy was resurrected as an eight year old boy in the world he chooses.
Arc then politely ask for two things: a highly advanced smartphone with a sentient Super AI, and the OP power of The Gamer. And he also wants to be resurrected in the world of My Hero Academia.
Now, with these two things in his arsenal, can Arc survive in the world of Quirks and become the greatest Hero of all time?
The answer? Yes, definitely!
