   Summary

   Lou Jitsu was only able to escape with three turtles, assuming the last one had perish in the rubble. 13 years later those three turtles are now roaming around and stumbled into a world where mystic abilities and yokai exists. However the biggest shocker to them was finding out they have a missing sibling.
