    John is pissed at 17 year old Dean for some reason (maybe he went out and got drunk before a hunt) and has him doing some hardcore punishment activities. Dean is still recovering from a bad cough ( chest infection/ bronchitis) and tries to tell his father he is still having trouble with his breathing (needs an inhaler), but John is having none of it. Dean struggles through the punishments until his lung collapses. In the hospital John breaks down and apologizes to his son.
