Rowling, pero con cambios sustanciales. Algunos personajes cambian de casa, otros tienen personalidades distintas y otros son totalmente nuevos. La magia es más sistemática y académica, y el folklore y la historia antigua de Gran Bretaña juegan un papel más importante. La trama se mantiene en ciertos términos igual a la original, con desviaciones.
