Summary
The world ended when the Hollows appeared. The old civilization fell and humanity was nearly wiped out by monsters called Ethereals. In the world that remains, society has completely shifted thanks to the presence of the Hollows and the resources found within them called Ether Crystals. These crystals expanded the limits of what was thought to be possible, giving humans abilities they could previously only dream of and as a result, a fighting chance against the Ethereals. There was only one small issue however.
Only women can be granted powers by Ether.
As a result, men are seen as… unnecessary in the grand scheme of things. They are still citizens of society, go to school, and even hold down jobs, but none could hope to hold any kind of authority or greater relevance in the world that remained.

The question was meek, reserved. Like she was pleading to be allowed to exist. Vi’s heart fractured at the words, as she slowly shook her head, trying to keep her sister calm after that torturous surgery. It was not the best start to their reunion, but when did she ever get anything to do with her loved one's right on the first try. She had long since learned to roll with the punches, knowing there is always more to come.
“No, Pow, you’re safe here. With me. I promise.”
“…Where is, here?”

Thankfully he has his entire crew to help him save his big brother as well as the strongest pirates in the new world plus the rebel army. Commrades will betray each other and the whole world will be filled upside down. While past memories show the formation of Dragon's rebel army that began in God Valley when he leaked the devil fruit location to the Rocks pirates.
