Summary
Twenty arguments, shouting matches and intense negotiations sprinkled in with blasters being pulled at Darth Vader being in a Rebel base later, Luke has finally managed to shove his father into the medbay.
The medics started handling the situation remarkably well once they saw the state of his father. One of them, while looking thoroughly annoyed, had informed Luke that the man was long overdue for a bacta bath, but apparently removing the suit without the proper equipment would cause more harm than worth. His father didn't seem all too perturbed by the way the suit was specifically designed to restrict his power by hurting him.
Luke breathes, settles into a chair by his father's bed - they had some trouble getting one large enough - and tries to remain calm. His father is hooked up to a dozen different machines that keep him alive, and looks like the epitome of calm. Luke doesn't get how; aren’t Sith supposed to be angry all the time?
Luke ends up Force healing his father back from the brink of death, and considers the future ahead of them.

Summary
Balance was achieved but it was too little too late for the force, and it never really lasted... The force regretted the unnecessary sufferings its chosen one Anakin Skywalker and its love ones endured... not to mention the galaxy. It was time to bring back a chosen one from a previous era, to bring about true balance...at last.

So, through grit teeth, he lets Percy leave when the sun drowns in the ocean, leaving the sky dark and twinkling with stars.Perseus could be sure that the next time they met, he wouldn't leave again.
