Summary
Ochako loved Deku... The keyword is loved. She hardened her resolve to get over Deku as he would distract her and himself of their goals to become Heroes. As such she started to think about people who were close to Deku, yet doesn't actively hang out with him. Of course only one person comes to mind and when someone asks who she wanted to be taken to the dance with, she accidentally says the name out loud.
Ochako is now caught up in a misunderstanding where the person who she said she wanted to dance with actually asks her out and now she scrambles with her mixed feelings and confusing desires as she combats the misunderstandings she left in her own wake.
