   (I've seen people joke about Antinous and Calypso being a couple and to be honest I kind of like the ship.

   I know many people do not like Calypso and/or Antinous which is understandable. And this fic does portray them in a more sympathetic light and explores where their toxic behaviors could have come from. If this would be something that would make you uncomfortable I completely understand and encourage you to read a different fic that you would feel more comfortable with.)

   Antinous is a mortal and Calypso is a goddess. Both are deeply familiar with being unwanted, discarded and unloved.
