Based on the episode, "The Power Inside Her". April was not able to bring Donatello back which changed everything for the family of mutants.
Leonardo becomes withdrawn and starts having nightmares while Michelangelo looses himself in television leaving Raphael to try to keep the family together. The usual hothead has trouble with the new role and is worried that his little brother is wasting away while his older brother slowly slips into insanity.

Summary
The Decepticons took over Cybertron. The Autobots had more or less resigned themselves to be enslaved or executed. They weren’t prepared, however, for the Decepticons to make them all go through frame regression and turn most of the population into Sparklings and Younglings. They weren’t prepared either to get ‘adopted’ in order to be ‘raised right’ by their enemies-turned-parents/caregivers.
Sentinel, for one, would have prefered execution… It certainly would have been less humiliating!

Jazzy guided him to kneel on the pad, and followed him down, so they knelt face to face. “I am going to take you,” Jazzy said huskily. He touched Prowler’s abdomen. Neither of them were warm, aroused yet, but the touch felt like fire. “I am going to reach in here and take something. From this moment on, you belong to me. There is no forgetting your first, Prowler, so I will take you over, and over, and over for the rest of your life. Every time someone touches you once you’re free, every time you feel pleasure, it will be me inside you, taking this,” his fingers flexed where his hand still burned on Prowler’s armor, and he could swear he felt claws, “all over again.” He leaned in, drenching Prowler in his scent. It was still intoxicating. He could drown in that scent. “But you get something no other entertainer gets, Prowler,” Jazzy whispered. “You’re going to enjoy it.”
