Summary
After the devastating events at Mount Weather, Clarke walks away from her friends and the life she once knew, unable to bear the weight of her actions. Clarke soon finds herself captured by Azgeda, where survival means enduring unspeakable torture and betrayal. Stripped of everything she once was, Clarke is forced to confront the darkness within and the choices that haunt her.
As the days turn into months, Clarke forms an unlikely bond with Murphy, also a prisoner with his own demons to face. Together, they navigate the horrors of captivity, forging a connection that becomes their lifeline. But even as Clarke begins to rebuild herself, the shadow of Lexa’s betrayal looms large, a constant reminder of the trust that was shattered and the blood that was spilt.
Determined to escape and reclaim her power, Clarke will have to decide how far she’s willing to go to survive—and whether she can ever forgive herself, or Lexa, for the choices that brought her to this point.
In other words, Clarke must confront Lexa after the betrayal at Mount Weather—but this time, she’s a changed person, hardened by her brutal ordeal at the hands of Azgeda.

Summary
It is no secret how quickly Princess Azula goes through handmaids. And so when Suyin takes up the position after the previous handmaid left the palace in tears, she doesn't expect her employment to be a particularly long one. But warmth and friendship soon take root in the cracks of the princess' facade, piercing through a loneliness she hadn't even realised existed.
Mostly canon compliant, but with fluctuations to and from canon, side plots, and divergent character motivations. Significant canon divergence post Book 3 of ATLA (not yet published). This fic serves as a character study for Azula, and explores daily life in the Fire Nation beginning before her introduction in the show.

Summary
Zuko realizes his destiny much earlier. As in, as soon as he wakes up in the palace after his Agni Kai and is told he is banished. Unfortunately, he's never been a patient one. So he storms right up to Ozai and tells him what he's going to do. And gets locked up for over three years. Then, one day, he's being pulled out and told he's the new Fire Lord.
A "Zuko never meets the Gaang and suddenly becomes Fire Lord after three years of literal torture" AU. In which the Gaang doesn't know what to think of the new Fire Lord who happens to be the missing nephew of Aang's firebending teacher, Iroh constantly has a headache, and, sure, maybe the world hates the Fire Nation, but the Fire Nation LOVES Zuko, and he can work with that.
