Summary
The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy states the following: There are many species in the universe; so many that you wouldn't finish counting them before the universe ended (which, of course, isn't very long).
Therefore, there are also many types of sex and reproduction.
Many species see no problem in reproducing with relatives; after all, that's how they work.
It is even believed that there are planets where the entire population is related, but we cannot prove this yet since those planets are generally not very evolved.
However, speaking more generally, one of the best examples of "free sexuality" is Betelgeuse V, where most, if not all, of its inhabitants express their sexuality freely and are quite relaxed in that regard, so it is very common and accepted to see homosexual, polyamorous, and even familial relationships.
