Summary
Basically, Tommy fucks up big time by almost killing himself on accident and as a last-ditch resort his parents put him into a psychiatric inpatient facility. He then learns how boring it is there, how little rights he gets stuck with and how well he can make friends. He gets worse before he gets better. Also, they're all from America, except Phil, so do with that with what you want.

Hey so I've never been in an actual facility, but I've had a few friends come and go from them as well as read up on it a bunch. I do however have a lot of things kicking up inside my brain and have been threatened to be put into one. All the mental illnesses (panic attacks, hallucinations, self-harm, ect.) are simply gunna be a reflection of myself. I am not by any means trying to be disrespectful of anyone put into these facilities, I'm just trying to put my fear of going into one somewhere and trying to make reason with my own brain. I've been getting a lot worse and will be meeting up with my therapist soon, and hopefully I won't have to write this based off experience.Series

Summary
Even as little tots, they all were very much aware that their little brother was different from them. They obviously weren’t normal, but Mikey acted odd, even for three young mutated turtles and one giant mutated rat.
Despite that, they didn’t care much about Mikey’s turtle antics, he couldn’t control himself and they couldn’t do anything about it, so they would love him all the same no matter what.
(Basically Mikey is very animalistic idk what else to say)

“What is your name?” The King asked, his voice deep and eyes fierce.
“Uh... Luigi.” The human shuddered unsure if it was more from fear or how intense the other’s gaze was.
“Not sure if you know who I am, but I'm about to marry a princess and-” The ruler purred menacingly, he put a claw finger under Luigi’s jaw to lift his head. The King’s scales were warm on his skin, crystal blue eyes locked with ruby ones as time slowed. The ruler’s focus shifted, for only a second, and noticed a mark on his scales that had not previously been there before. It was small on his right arm, a single primrose and a marigold in full bloom.
