Summary
Eighteen years ago, Zuko, Yue, and a small handful of children were rescued from Silent Hill's infamous orphanage: The Wish House. Both having been adopted and lived their lives as close as siblings. Trying to function as best they could, in society. They didn't remember much from their time there. Only a vague sense of dread.
However, when the other survivors have mysteriously gone missing, it sets off a chain reaction. Catapulting them back to where it all began: Silent Hill, Maine.
((The underage does not happen with the main ships. This fic has to do with Cult and ritualistic behaviors and abuse of power. It's Silent Hill.

Illumi’s gaze shifted from the ring on his hand to the yellow eyes above him. The face had changed but there was no mistaking those eyes, which at times seemed sharp and deadly enough to kill with a glance. “No,” he said.
