  Summary

  It's a well known fact that not all men are created equal. One can be born with a quirk allowing them to fly, and another with a quirk to tell you exactly how many atoms are in a defined space. Along with this, there was a theory proposed by a relatively unknown doctor, that of quirk singularity. In this, he compared a quirk to water in a cup. You could fill a cup up and up and up, but once you get to a certain point, the cup can hold no more water, and would begin to spill.

  The question is, then, how does one increase the size of said cup? And, if it can be increased, what are the repercussions?
