    Jeon Jeongguk has earned himself a reputation amongst petty thugs and gangs as an efficient runner, and in a city where crime and corruption rule the streets from the shadows and eye-colour determines the societal hierarchy, having power and wealth is necessary for survival. Jeongguk, however, has none, and when he unknowingly steals from the Park family, the biggest crime syndicate in Nova Regna, he is given a choice – work for them, or be killed.
