The wheel spun on and the window went red with blood. Every instinct in her body screamed at her to look away, to get away from the ocean, and just like every time she looked out the window and down at the moon she held her ground and kept her eyes forward. With no stars, AT-5 was black as pitch, but they kept spotlights trained down at the surface, just in case something happened. Like always, she saw nothing in the light but red and distant churning foam.
