He got on the train this August and Sirius went to his knees in front of him, and Remus — Remus had felt a thrill of something go through him, hated himself for it, thought about fisting his hand in Sirius’s hair and telling everyone, Get out. He didn’t; just looked at Sirius for a second, let himself drink it in, and then left.
