   Summary

   Nobody ever hears about what goes on in the Hadal Blacksite, except for Urbanshade officials (obviously). Somehow, they receive enough government funding to continue their projects.. Turning convicted criminals into monstrous, feral creatures beyond recognition.

   Until one in particular sets off chaos by killing a guardsman and using his keycard to unlock EVERY room.. And with every room unlocked,
