   Summary

   After the storm hits and leaves a path of devastation in it's wake, Warren decides that its time for closure; time to mend old wounds, open new doors, and somehow make peace with everything that’s been lost.

   Returning back to Blackwell after several weeks of reconstruction seems like the best possible way to start.

   But this is the town of Arcadia bay, and nothing here is ever that simple.
