Summary
Will visits Hawkins for winter break post-season 3.
The party is in its most fractured state and Mike and Will's friendship has been strained since the summer. Mike is struggling to find a way to fix things in the few days they have together, but might end up just digging a bigger hole for himself (Will finds out about Hellfire and about the strange binder that Mike keeps under his bed).

After a few months in California post-season 3, Will Byers visits Hawkins for winter break. Some things occur during that week and he returns home, surprised to later find out that a new tension mars his relationship with Mike when they reunite at the airport. (Bringing new context/meaning to their tension in Season 4)
