“I can handle it by myself!” He declared, probably trying to sound menacing, but the girl saw that he was arguing with her with his last strength.
“Well, you clearly can’t!” She insisted, starting to lose her temper. “You need a doctor!”
“Then you will be my doctor.” Felix breathed out, closing his eyes again. “After all, it’s your fault that I got sick.”
“Mine?!” Marinette exclaimed again in disbelief. “How is it my fault?!”
“Forget it.” Felix grumbled dismissively without opening his eyes. “Just make a cool bath for me. Lots of water should take the heat off.”
“We’ll come back to this conversation when you feel better!” The girl stated, pleased that at least he cooperated with her in something.
After all, the first priority was still to bring down his fever.
