    Presentation is always a big deal, regardless of who was presenting.

    However, it truly was something when a Madrigal presented- it was second only to their gift ceremony. Whenever a Madrigal presented, it gave great hope to those in the Encanto to shoot their shot and prove themselves worthy of becoming a mate to the magical family.

    The day stretched on into the night, and so far Mirabel felt… fine. She didn’t feel queasy, her family’s comforting scents offsetting her anxiety. As she was escorted to her room for the night by her parents, she slowly felt her nerves creeping up as she still felt none of the tell tale signs. As she laid in bed that night, waiting for what may come, she prayed that she wouldn’t be the odd one out yet again.
