Vi watched as the devilish smirk washed over her sister’s face. “What’s that look for?”
Powder paused with her hand pushed up against the door. A giggle escaped from her mouth without permission. “Oh, nothing… Kiramman said she’d be there. Okay, byeeee!” Powder practically bolts out the door before Vi could protest.
She nearly choked at the confession. Vi knew that Caitlyn was going to be invited. Of course, she was. They had all known each other for years. But Vi was wholly convinced that, like how almost every other invitation turned out, Caitlyn would be ‘busy.’
“Fuck.” Letting her head rest back against the wall with an audible thump.

Vi desperately needs to get over her one-sided feelings for Caitlyn. So, she makes plans to squash her feelings once and for all.
