Summary
After the events of Neverland, the heros return home and decide the best course of action is to remove Regina Mills from her position as mayor. Given the choice between banishment, prison or a binding magical contract, Regina takes the only option that would allow her to remain in contact with Henry.
There is some light Hook and Neil bashing, though nothing violent.
This work is absolutely inspired by StarvingLunatic's excellent Like a Look of Agony. I've put my own spin on the scenario; less serious and slightly more kink (to the surprise of none of my regular readers, I'm sure :) ).
