    His blood was running, pumping around his body but sluggishly. His skin was ice cold, freezing, as if he’d been trapped in a coffin of cold water. A shiver ran down his spine, turning his skin a pale blue, he struggled to breathe, gasping for oxygen, breaths leaving white puffs in front of him. It hurt to move, it hurt to breathe. It hurt to raise his head, it hurt to think.
