Summary
It was supposed to be a clean slate, a new start. At least, that's what Liam's parents think. Liam knows better. If he really wants to start over at his new school, Beacon Hills HS, then he'd have to deal with the problems he was supposed to leave behind when he left Devenford Preparatory Academy. But how is he supposed to do that on his own? He needs to do it on his own. He can't have anyone else getting hurt because of his mistakes.
Or: Liam Dunbar, lacrosse-extraordinaire was unfortunate enough to become the focus of some bad guys and it's poisoned his mind to the point where he believes himself guilty.
