Chapter Text
Taking a deep breath, you put your notepad down and look at him staring right at you. Expressionless, a blank stare in front of you. This was the third time you repeated yourself and you were, with all honesty, getting sick of the silence that devoured your office. You took your chance the second he lowered his head, to check the time that was on the opposite wall, ten minutes had already passed, when he finally spoke:
“I-I killed someone.” It came out as a whisper but you still managed to hear him.
“Please explain yourself. Who did you kill?”
“who do you think? it was obviously him… I know you want to know why, but... I can’t quite explain it. HE, he just pissed me off so I took a knife and slit his throat.”
“hmm... sometimes what a person dreams is how one actually feels. Are you saying you want to kill him?”
“yes.”
“well at least we know how you truly feel this time. Outside the dream, do you know why you would want to kill him? Meaning in reality”
“yes.” He stopped. You looked up from your notepad and met his blank stare. You paused your writing and waited for him to continue but he didn’t, he was lost in his mind again.
“ ..TAE!” He snapped out of his trains of thoughts “hm?” “do you perhaps want to take a break? If talking about it makes you uncomf-”
“he pisses me off”, he cuts in “always smiling, always clinging, always making jokes… did you know that he was perfect? No? neither did I. until I couldn’t find any flaws.”
“Everyone has flaws”
“not him. Jeez this man is PERFECT. You know what perfect means? It means I have no chance.”
You sat there in silence thinking, not knowing what to say to him. You could only take note of the situation he was in; each day he opened up a bit more but not enough.
“Who was it you were obsessing over? One of your friends, I know, but which one?”
“Jimin. He’s mine. Not Tae’s. MINE.”
