In a last ditch effort, he injects himself with a serum made from Kryptonian cells to gain Superman’s powers… and accidentally knocks himself up in the process. This wasn’t in his original plan for world domination, in fact it might actually kill him, but he’s fueled by pure hate and alien hormones to make the most of it. On the plus side, he finally has the means to take down Superman once and for all.
This is entirely inspired by the moment the Fortress of Solitude opens for Lex and I had to stop myself from whispering “he’s pregnant…” in the theater. I have no one to talk to about this.
