The Noble in the Tower

Summary:

Midoriya Izuku is a male Omega that lives in a kingdom where his gender is believed to be cursed. By his first heat on his fourteenth birthday, his family finally took him out of their house and sent him to live in a Tower on the surrounding mountain. For the past 6 years, the man had managed to survive on his own.

On a fateful winter evening, during a storm, the Omega finds an injured Alpha and helps him heal. Unknowingly, the man comes from the neighboring kingdom and has fallen madly in love with Izuku.

Can Izuku learn what love is?

Chapter 1: Part I - The Catalyst

Chapter Text

In a small kingdom, the existence of Omegas has always been thought of as sacred. But the belief of a male Omega was seen as a curse and curses were to be rid of. Such is the fate of  Midoriya   Izuku

The green-haired male was always seen as a nuisance in his household. The  Midoriya  family held quite the power in the kingdom as they served as the advisors to the Emperor. The eldest son,  Izuku , was hidden from the public because he had proved to be useless in all aspects of nobility. He not only has a stuttering problem; his blemished face and doe-eyes were seen as a sign of plainness and unwanted. He still lived with the family but was constantly abused and shamed, barely offered a meal. Even the servants continuously bashed him for being pathetic.

The final straw was when he presented. The signs were clear given his petite body and curves, his sweet honey and pine scent, or his soft skin, but no one wanted to accept that the boy was an Omega. At the age of 14, his first heat had come and he was dragged outside of the house by one of the servants. They took him to the far outskirts of the kingdom and up to a tower that was hidden with the dense forest. The tower was barely standing and damaged because no one had lived there for a long time, at least, not until now. Covered in nothing but creeper and had barely any furniture inside, the tower still stood near the neighboring kingdom, a stubborn piece of work that would become the home of a very stubborn Omega.

Izuku  spent his first heat suffering without a nest nor someone to satisfy his needs. The family believed he was better off dying unnoticed. But they were wrong.  Izuku  did not die, in fact, they never bothered getting to know him well enough.  Izuku  knew his fate would not be a happy one. He knew he would most likely get kicked out of the house to fend for himself which is why he took to training himself for the worst.

Every day, he would go out of the house to practice hunting with a flimsy bow and arrow he had learned to make through books. He also took to learning about the various plants around the area, something nobles never did but he believed they should. He wandered the outskirts of the kingdom and had already discovered the tower and suspected that it would be the place he will have to reside in. For several months, before he presented,  Izuku  brought spare clothes he would get his hands on, blankets, books, and papers that would help him survive. His family never bothered to speak to him so they never knew that he was actually a hidden genius with the ability to predict.

When the servant dropped him off in front of the tower and left, the newly-presented Omega was almost at his limit. Thankfully, he made it inside before the heat took over.

Six years after he was abandoned,  Izuku had made the tower and surroundings his home. He never had another human interaction and continued living off on his own. The mountain provided all sorts of fruits and vegetation that he was set for life. The nearby river that streamed down to the kingdom allowed him to survive rough heats alone. He gained a lot of knowledge about different plants and methods to create weapons when running out of supplies. He learned how to use other material for his writing when he ran out of papers. He also made friends with some of the wildlife like a small lizard that breathes small flames for him. Truly, he was far happier out in the wilderness than in the home of nobles.

The winters tend to be rough for the small Omega. Not only did his heat begin around the coldest time, but food tends to be the hardest to find. On a particularly cold day, when a storm was about to hit, he had found enough food to satisfy him for weeks when he found a male elk running around. With precision and stealth, the green-haired man had shot one arrow straight to the heart and killed it. It was the perfect kill to help him last.

As he was heading back with his hunt, struggling against the large gusts of wind and snow hitting his face, he noticed a trail of blood heading to the direction of his home. Subconsciously, he growled at the thought of someone invading his home and quickly trudged his way to his tower while dragging the carcass. He had gained enough muscle in his time on the mountain to carry large animals twice his size.

Once he neared his abode, he saw a large lump leaning near the door to his place. The figure was covered in a red cape with tufts of what seems to be blonde hair popping out.  Izuku inspects the being and confirms that they are still breathing before putting away his catch inside and hurriedly attempts to help the stranger in his home. The warmth from the flames of the lanterns fills the Omega with relief as he struggles to carry the much larger being through the door. He plops the body on his makeshift couch before catching his breath and shutting the door.

After recovering from the cold and putting away some of the clothes he had used to keep himself warm, he decided to inspect the build sprawled in the middle of his living area. His friend lizard had awoken to help out in keeping the stranger warm with his flames until  Izuku  came back with some of his blankets and medical aid he had made. He unraveled the makeshift scarf of the stranger to reveal a handsome blonde with a reddened face from the cold. A scarred hand reaches over to touch only to immediately pull away at the sheer iciness of person. Slowly, the Omega took off some of the extra clothing that the man had so that he could swap them with warmer ones. As he removed a piece of clothing, he noticed the man wearing some armor with a familiar insignia.  Izuku  tries to remember where he saw the symbol until he remembers that it represents the neighboring kingdom’s; a flaming red dragon with gold embroidery—a sign of loyalty and prosperity.

When  Izuku  was still with his family, he had overheard talk of negotiations to partner up with the large kingdom just over the mountain but he had left just before the decision was made. From the looks of it,  Izuku’s  kingdom had made peace with the other. Though, it didn’t matter to the Omega as he was no longer part of such a life. Still, he looked through the man’s body with less clothing and assessed his wounds. It seems he was hit on his shoulder with something and was bleeding but  Izuku  had enough medication and cleaned the wound. He, then, wrapped the larger man with some of the blankets that he had washed and was planning to put in his nest but decided to let it slide for the injured man.

Once he was done and settled, he continued to stare at the other person. For the first time ever, he with another person that was neither a servant or his family.  Izuku  stares at the man for longer, taking a few whiffs to tell his secondary gender—an Alpha. His Omega screams as he takes in more of the spicy smell of cinnamon and caramel. He snaps out of it when he heard himself purring, shaking away the invading thoughts of possibly finding his mate.  Izuku  knew, he was not an Omega most look for, he is a curse. With that, he decides to let the man rest in his living area as he heads up with his lizard friend to sleep in his own nest.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The next morning the Omega is woken up by a sudden clanging. He jumps and falls off his nest with a yelp. Now at full instincts of a stranger in his home, he quickly recovers and takes out the wooden stake that he made for reasons such as this. Slowly, he headed downstairs where the noise continued. Guttural growls can be heard from the stranger and Izuku  remembers that he picked up an injured stranger and tended to him, last night. Judging by the injury and hypothermia, he shouldn’t be up by now.

He quietly goes down the stairs, careful of the ones that make noise as he observes the large Alpha roaming about. He hears some curses and growls as he throws things around and seems to be looking for something. Curious as to what the peculiar handsome man is doing,  Izuku  gets a little closer. Unfortunately, in doing so, he attracted the attention of said Alpha. His anxious scent spread throughout the room and the Alpha stopped his ministrations to turn to the source.

Emerald eyes widen as he stares at burning crimson ones. The two men stare at each other for what feels like minutes, taking in each other’s form before a clear croon comes from the blonde and with it a sweet calming scent.  Izuku relaxes as his shoulders slump and his anxiety disappears. The Alpha approaches the small Omega who slumped on the stairs just before reaching the bottom. The green-haired man felt the intense red eyes scanning his entire frame as he tilts his head in submission. Before he realized it, the larger man had reached out his enormous hands and began petting the fluffy green curls. Surprised, the smaller glances up to see a gorgeous smile pasted on the blonde. His face heats up at the thought of someone else petting him, he’s never felt something like this before. He leans into the feeling, closing his eyes shut.

“Omega...” a raspy voice breaks his thoughts, sending shivers down his spine. He opens his eyes and matches the voice to the Alpha that has gotten closer to his face, making  Izuku  blush even more. As  Izuku  started to look away to hide his embarrassment, the other male used his other hand to turn his face towards him. Memories of being made fun of for his freckles resurface and he begins to panic until he heard a word he never heard before, “...Beautiful.”

Izuku’s  world stopped. The words echo through his head. Not once has anyone ever called him that, he was always judged for being pathetic and hit when he held his head high. His face and ears burn and turn a beautiful shade of red. The Alpha continues to rub his thumb over the  freckles that are now becoming more defined as the red hue increases. His stare makes the Omega squirm, looking anywhere but the larger man. The blonde didn’t seem to mind, content with looking at the adorable reactions of this person. The green-haired man decided to continue leaning into the touch, years of  neglection  catching up to him as he holds back tears. For the first time, he is meeting someone that looks at him with adoration rather than disgust and it makes his heart stutter; a foreign feeling.

What felt like hours of silence was finally broken when the much larger man let go of the smaller man’s face and opened his mouth to speak. “My name is  Bakugou   Katsuki  of the neighboring kingdom, what’s yours, beautiful?” His wine-red eyes reflected a softness that seemed abnormal for him to have.

Izuku  repeats the question in his head, remembering the slightly grating voice before he gulps and opens his mouth to respond. “U-U-Um...” he squeaks before beginning to tremble. The memories of his past resurface, the ghostly feeling of being hit as a child for speaking back, the disgust of the people’s faces. Even the blonde’s face morphs to that of disgust in his head.

‘A disgrace like you should never speak’

‘Disgusting voice’

‘You shouldn’t even breath the same air’

The Omega grabs his right arm that is scarred from the abuse and hides it from the stranger before backing up. He tells himself to not cry in front of the blonde, repeating it in his head like a prayer. Once he feels he is far enough from the larger body, he runs up to his nest to grab a piece of bark he uses to write and some ink, leaving the confused Alpha on his own.

The Alpha,  Katsuki , stands in the middle of the living area bewildered by what just happened. He thought he said something wrong when he saw the green-haired beauty begin trembling, his emerald eyes becoming glassy but then all of a sudden, he just ran away. The small squeaky voice that trembled echoes in his head. It sends shivers down the Alpha’s spine, remembering the adorable face of the Omega. He has never felt this way before. Omegas have approached because of his status but never liked any of their scents and they looked so fragile they could break, but this is the first time he felt something for a rare  male Omega  of all things.

The blonde listens, hearing the soft shuffling of the small man, as he closes his eyes. He thinks about the sweet honey and wild forest scent that still continues to float around but with a hint of sourness from the sudden burst of anxiety.  Katsuki  internally growls at himself for scaring the Omega but then hears the squeak of the stairs. His eyes shoot open.

Walking down the stairs with some materials, the Omega looks calm and has a slight smile. Relief fills the Alpha, glad that the alluring being is alright. The blonde notices a piece of bark and what seems to be a writing utensil. Giving a noise of confusion, the beauty looks at him and smiles and begins to write something on the bark. Amazed at the ingenuity of using a quill on  bark,  Katsuki  waits in anticipation. Once he was done writing something down, he turned the piece of wood around and shows it to the larger man.  Katsuki  reads the message, disappointed that he couldn’t hear that sweet voice again. He repeats the message out loud, “ Midoriya ... Deku ?” The Alpha gives a confused look which slowly turned to anger as he realized the meaning of the name, “Who the  fuck  named you  useless ?” he hisses out, a growl escaping his throat.

Izuku looks at the angered Alpha trying to correct him but fears using his voice and instead releases calming pheromones before writing a better way to pronounce his actual name. It surprised him that the Alpha read it differently, and chalks it up as a language jargon. But it was the first time he had seen someone get angry on his behalf over his name. The Omega was used to being called useless and pathetic so it didn’t bother him as much, but it brings tears to his eyes thinking that someone would be angry for  him instead of at him. He quickly scribbles down another way to say his name and shows it to the now calm Alpha. He reads the words again and says it again, “I... zuku ?”

The green-haired man chirps and nods happily. A huff escapes the blonde, relieved that he didn’t have to kill anyone that disrespected his—the Omega. His vermilion eyes glance down at the now happy Omega, wondering why he refuses to use his voice. A dark feeling enters him but washes away when he sees the brightness in the freckled face.  Katsuki  leaves it be, noting that he’ll figure out the reason why the Omega lives alone in this place once he heals.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

It took a week for his shoulder to heal, but it was a week that  Bakugou   Katsuki got to spend with this mysterious being that captured his heart. The two spent the week slightly getting to know each other a bit better with the Omega keeping somethings hidden. It annoyed the blonde but decided to not pry into it if it made him upset to talk about it.

Katsuki  took the chance to explain and answer the freckled beauty’s questions. He explained that he the Grand Duke of the large kingdom next door who had come to finalize this kingdom’s offer to join forces but was shot with an arrow by an assassin trying to stop the treaty. The Omega,  Izuku , listened on with a sparkle in his eyes asking about his ability to fight and if he was a knight.  Katsuki  proudly puffed out his chest and told him that he was the best of the best and the captain of the army.  Izuku  looked on with fascination as the blonde talked about his adventures and what he does when he’s not at war.

Katsuki learned more about the muted man as well, through action. He learned that the Omega taught himself almost everything on how to survive for the past six years, he had tons of papers and scriptures dedicated to his findings of plant life and methods to hunting different animals and had more defined muscles than any regular Omega. The Alpha had fallen deeply in love with Izuku  for his bravery and his uniqueness. Though, curiosity always invaded the blonde’s head when he would see the Omega’s scars and sometimes sees him space out when they’re eating or talking.

They had found out that they were the same age as Katsuki  just a few months older. It infuriated the blonde to no end as to where he was before coming to the tower and wanted to know his past. But seeing this bright being happily hunt and come back with more materials he found on the snowy mountain made him second guess the idea.

One day, he finally broke and the Alpha had asked where he lived before coming to the tower and the Omega immediately curled himself into a ball trembling furiously. Worry invaded  Katsuki’s  mind before calming the Omega and letting him know that he doesn’t have to answer, no matter how infuriated his inner Alpha screams at him to figure out why he’s so scared.  Katsuki  reminds himself to find out the truth when he reaches the smaller kingdom, promising death to those that hurt this precious person.

When the week was up and  Katsuki healed with the natural fiery magic that courses through him, he prepares himself with the clothes he was found in that the Omega kindly washed and warmed up during the week. Because of the fall, he took from the shot of the arrow, his clothes were sullied but the Omega had figured out a plant that could wash away any stain with water and praises the Omega for being so smart.

Izuku , you should come with me to my kingdom, your research will help us greatly,” the blonde states as he pets more of those fluffy curls.  Izuku  hesitates to answer, looking down and embarrassed but shakes his head.  Katsuki  doesn’t usually take no for an answer, but huffs and nods as he hoped for a different answer but decides to leave it.

Katsuki prepares for the journey down the mountain, hoping the men he came with had safely reached the kingdom. He is a strict knight that makes sure all his men don’t slack off when anything happens and that includes his disappearance when they were attacked. The man was a force to reckoned with and promised himself that he would find the fucker that shot him if he lived. But thanks to said fucker he was able to meet Izuku  that is currently happily helping in dressing  Katsuki  for the walk down the mountain. It almost felt domestic, as the Omega looked at  Katsuki’s  build with curiosity and blushes when he is caught staring. It brings a smile to the blonde knowing that such a gorgeous person was interested in him. But  Katsuki  knew he had a duty to fulfill and he promised to look more into  Deku’s  situation.

For the millionth time,  Katsuki  looks at  Izuku  with adoration as the two walked down the icy path down the mountain. The Omega had discovered the easiest and safest route that had them down the mountain in less than an hour.  Katsuki  kept himself warm with his magic and lent the Omega his cape noting to return with more clothing for the precious little one.

They reach the base of the mound and the pair give each other one final look, ruby orbs burning into emerald. The Alpha takes the scarred hands of the Omega and holds them tight and says one final statement, “Wait for me.”  Izuku looks at him, eyes impossibly wider as he stares up to the taller man that smirks. He kisses his forehead and takes in the adorableness in the smaller man’s reaction, drinking it like it’s wine.

With that,  Katsuki  let’s go of those soft hands and walks away, telling the Omega to keep his cape to remember him by. The red-faced freckled man nodded, standing there until the taller figure could no longer be seen before turning to return to his tower while sniffing the cape given by the fiery Alpha.

He can wait.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The farther  Katsuki  got, the more he missed the Omega. It felt as if his heart was breaking in pieces as he walked in the opposite direction from him. He struggled to keep going forward towards the town, always turning back to look towards the mountain, wanting to rush back to that sweet smell that felt like home. But he knew, he had to find out  Izuku’s  story and what he keeps hiding from him.

From the start, the blonde was aware of the differences in beliefs within the small kingdom and had promised the Emperor to find out what it is. As it is, this kingdom will have to change their beliefs to what his kingdom believes in.  Katsuki  had a duty to fulfill and he will complete them all.

He knew he had to see the advisors of this place to finish up the details. No matter how much this place pissed him off, he had seen enough shit to understand that this puny kingdom has the right people to assist them in getting stronger.

Even though  Katsuki’s  kingdom is large, the recent advisors had retired and due to the lack of them, there are fears that the kingdom will not survive. Of course, this is hidden information, but this is the only reason why they agreed to work with the smaller kingdom. The smaller kingdom is known for having the best tacticians and advisors. The one noble family of advisors was willing to offer their assistance without any issues, but the Emperor suspected something, Hence, the Gran Duke  Bakugou  has made an official visit to confirm everything is set and to investigate the mysteries of the kingdom.

At least, that was the plan before he met the green-haired Omega.  Katsuki  was attacked by an assassin on his way here, toppling down the hill and landing nearby a tower. It was clear that the assassin was sent to hinder their plans to investigate, but they were not aware as to who sent them.  Katsuki  was not new to assassinations, so he could tell exactly the reason and with a little look into the situation, he could tell who wanted him dead. All it takes is one whiff of their scent.

Katsuki  followed the direction  Izuku  pointed to and managed to reach the capital in a matter of a couple of hours. He found out it was a shortcut to reach the area in less than a day. The Alpha suspects that the Omega had visited the Tower long before he lived there. It pisses off the blonde to no end, unconsciously releasing his enraged scent as he enters the capital.

Many citizens seem to avoid him as he walks down. He wears a cloak that hides his noticeable blonde hair and face along with commoner clothes to keep himself hidden. Of course, his height does not help in hiding his presence, and the crowd parts way for him like the Red Sea. Katsuki  huffs and hopes to find his group before he attracts even more unwanted attention.

“Bro!!!” a familiar voice yells behind him.

Running up to him is a familiar red-headed Beta. His Vice Captain and  packmate Kirishima   Eijirou . The only one he considered his equal since they were in the Academy. The muscular man stops in front of him and gave him the toothiest grin with his sharp teeth.

“I knew you were alright!” he exclaims, giving him a hug in the middle of the street.  Katsuki  growls, making him let go and realizing where they were as he sheepishly apologizes.

“Shitty Hair, where the fuck is the rest?”  Katsuki grunts, pushing the redhead away from the random hug.

The Beta nods, “They’re in a nearby inn we rented for the time being. We still have another day before we meet with the advisors,” he continues smiling as the two walk towards said inn, “I was worried, bro, I thought you were seriously gone. You usually don’t take a week to heal...” he wonders.

The blonde huffs, “There’s... been a change of plans.” That’s all he says before walking ahead, making the Beta sputter and run after him to lead the way.

They reach the inn and he is met with the rest of his group. They happily greet him and welcome him back. As he expected, they weren’t too worried about him. It took a couple of battles for him to gain their respect but once they offered their loyalty to him, it was smooth sailing.

He made sure to bring the right people for this job. Some veterans like Sir  Aizawa who assists in underground spy work and others around the same age as himself such as  Tokoyami   Fumikage  who does well in sneaking around in the darkness. The mixed group will help with the hidden investigation and others will serve as the forefront of the treaty process like  Katsuki , himself.

He could trust his people to get this done. He knew it. As he watches his loyal friends and packmates get along and celebrate his return, his thoughts could not help but drift back to that precious green-haired Omega. He wondered if the man had friends like his or if he had anyone to talk to when he was alone. He stares at the shining moon, hoping Izuku  is alright.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

As night fell,  Izuku walked back to his home after having another successful hunt. He started to carve his catch, another elk and begins to store it. He has been feeling empty since the Alpha,  Katsuki , had left and immediately decided to go hunting to fill that feeling. It satisfied him until he got back.

Since the blonde left,  Izuku  has felt even lonelier than he ever felt. The Alpha was the first person he ever spoke to, his first friend. It was hard for him to see the person go, but the Omega has survived his entire life without anyone so he knew, he would be fine.

He was not fine.

The lingering sweet and spicy smell of the blonde lingers in his abode. Before he knew it, the Omega was a whining mess clinging on to the cape left by  Katsuki . The scent fills his nose and made his abdomen heat up with a mighty need.  Izuku  was very familiar with this need. He was going into heat and it came in early.

He had quickly grabbed all his necessities including the gift from the blonde that kept him warm while he was out and rushed to his nest, feeling the bubbling heat form in his stomach and the ache spread.

Quickly settling himself in the bunches of clothing and random soft pillows he had managed to grab before forced into the tower. But his heats never got any better and got much worse. Sometimes he would wake up feeling like a ton bricks hit him once hid head was clear. The lack of a partner caused him to rely on his fingers but he never felt full. He never felt that satisfaction of being filled with enough seed to have pups. He knew he would be pup-less for the rest of his life. The thought of it made him hysterical, crying, and wailing to be filled just once.

The smell of an Alpha soothed him. He doesn’t mean to use his friend’s scent as an aid for his heat, but the pheromones made him feel at ease. He felt like he could finally  feel  the joy of being filled to the brim with enough of potential Alpha cum to finally pup him. He  yearned for the blonde as he imagined himself being stuffed by his large cock, stretching him until he hits that particular spot in his sopping hole. He squirts just by the thought of it. His fingers curl in, trying to reach deep in himself but cried when he couldn’t reach. His emerald eyes fill with tears as he struggles to continue prodding his own fingers in his hole imagining being wrapped around tan muscular arms feeling the heat from the larger man as he stuffs him full of his cock.

Izuku  can’t help but stare into the natural light given by the moon, wondering if the blonde is thinking about him as another rush of pain rushes through his entire body.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The next morning came and  Katsuki  wakes up bleary from the night before. He washes his face and prepares for his departure to meet with the advisors. Thankfully, his people had his official clothes prepared and secured for the trip. Getting ready in his red waistcoat and jacket that reveals his kingdom’s dragon crest he prepares for the journey to the home of the advisors.

It didn’t take long to find and he had sent Sir  Aizawa  to investigate the area ahead of time. He gathered his people and grabbed their horses to head towards the large house. It is surrounded by a large forest that is covered in the winter snow. The air was blowing a chilly breeze smelling  crisp and frozen small hints of the Alphas and Betas fill his nose as well. Once they reach the house, a sudden familiar smell hits his nose as the gates opened.

“Ah, welcome, Grand Duke  Bakugou !” the man who stands in front of them says. The strong smell of pine hits his nose, as he glares at the man. His crimson eyes burn in a fiery rage, realizing who this man is and only one person came to his head... Izuku .

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The entire squadron was on edge ever since they entered the advisor’s house. Their leader has been fuming, as they noticed his hands glowing but kept his scent in check. They wondered why their leader was so upset by the man in front of him but they suspect it had to do with the investigation.  Kirishima  stood by the leader, keeping his head Alpha calm. The moment they entered the red-haired Beta noticed a familiar figure within the staff and immediately knew that this was part of the plan, at least he hoped it was.

They follow the shorter man with dark green hair as he trembles with each step, feeling the blazing glare of the Gran Duke. He had no idea what he has done but he was too scared to ask. He knew of the achievements the man brought to his kingdom and knew not to get on his bad side, but from the moment their eyes met, the blonde already hated his guts. The Beta man decided to impress him with all his achievements as an advisor and his materialistic valuables.

He leads them down the hall of his most prized possessions talking about how he accomplished so much over the years. The Alpha seemed to not care about the stories or items, most likely already owning far more valuable items. All the more reason to have him at his side.

“As you see here, this is all from my greatest achievements when it came to war strategies and discoveries,” the Beta Noble explains as he continues down to the end of the hall, “But, my most precious one of all, my  family !” He exclaims. The painting was extravagant, fully encircled by a gold frame and in the center features the  Midoriya  family with their iconic vibrant forest hair and emerald eyes. Not a single blemish on their face, as they smile with pride. A perfect family of three, or so they say. The father of the house,  Midoriya   Hisashi , already believed his one smudge in his life was already dead. But he is wrong.

Katsuki’s  rage burst even more as he looked at the painting. If he was anywhere else right now, he would’ve  burned the entire place down. But he had to keep himself from exploding the place.  He was trembling as he looked at the painting. The family looks “perfect" the epitome of getting rid of the ones that tarnish their legacy. That one smudge they got rid of Izuku It pissed him off. He wanted to destroy this family and take the lonely Omega  to his kingdom and give him the life he deserved.

Question after question came into his head as he held off his anger, the only  thing keeping him from  screaming and burning down the entire  estate and territory is the freckled man invading his thoughts.  How did he live?’, ‘Did he have a normal meal?’,  ‘Has he ever felt loved?’  The last thought  broke him.  Was  Katsuki the first-ever person that showed him the love he deserved?

The Alpha was shown  his  room by one of the servants as his presence scared  the  Midoriya  Noble.  He knew his  men were also slightly frightened by his sudden spike in anger, but he couldn’t help himself.  He was exhausted. Finding out  the truth like this,  it was no wonder  Izuku   was silent about the truth. He probably feared the blonde hating him , the same way his family  had.

Katsuki  sits on the edge of the bed, calming himself  as he takes a deep breath.  He had taken off his jacket and put on something more comfortable. He needed to breathe. A knock on the door breaks him from his trance .

“Come in,” he  says, curtly. The door opened and a  familiar person came in.  The raven - haired underground soldier walks in, dressed in  his usual uniform instead of his disguise.

“I heard  you were upset by something,” he immediately says  as he  shuts the door then glares  at the blonde  causing him to  flinch , “What the fuck are you doing? Do you think  that will work  while we’re investigating ? What’s going on, tell me honestly?”  Despite  his intensity, it is  known to only a few people that he is an Omega, most mistaken  him as an Alpha.  Katsuki   respects the man  for all the achievements he conquered and even stood by his side when he was looked down upon, a constant encouragement to continue.

Mindlessly ,  he says, “I wish you were with him, not me .”

The older Omega raises an eyebrow , “What?” he crosses his arms as the  blonde looks in the distance with a soft smile.

“I’m fortunate  to have you all…but  he  probably never met anyone who would push him to their limits, constantly giving  support,  or just being there for them…”  he finally turns, his ruby eyes meeting black , confused ones  before the younger continued,  “I met an Omega when I was injured . He was beautiful and smart, very shy though but adorable,” he grins  thinking about the  cute reactions he saw during the week, but his  eyes became  fiery, “He’s the Omega son of this family.  He was abandoned by them when he was fourteen when he presented, but I think he’s  far more resourceful than these guys, I just know it!” his fists clench and he growls.

Aizawa   clears his throat, “It seems  that I may have information as to why he was sent there and, I assume believed to die there,” he assesses the  Alpha’s reaction before continuing. The Alpha only gave a slight nod.  The Omega continues, “This kingdom believes that male Omegas are worth nothing   and just curse,” he sees the blonde lift his upper lip in a scowl  but continues anyway, “The kingdom runs backwards and hides  their  mistakes under a rug, all that matters for them is perfection and that Omega  was  something they wanted to hide.”

Katsuki  stands up and howls, “THOSE FUCKING BASTARDS!”

The  Omega immediately releases his calming pheromones to ease the angered Alpha who had finally released all his internal  anger and held-back  angry scent.  The blonde visibly calms down after smelling the soft lilac  scent of his supporter.

“Calm yourself,  Bakugou ,” he states, “I don’t know what he is to you, but you won’t be able to help him with your anger going crazy,” he calmly explains.

Katsuki  calms himself, breathing in and out, his fists unclench and his scowl disappears, “I fell in love with him. I wanted him the moment our eyes met and after learning that he comes from this fucking shit, I wanted to burn down this entire place.”

Aizawa  listens to his leader’s words. The man always knew that this person would always be someone great, but he didn’t know that he can make a face other than glower. With a sigh he approaches the Alpha who seems to be transfixed in his thoughts, “Sir,” a formal greeting as he stands in front of the Grand Duke, “I may need a bit more time to investigate any more and also discover who the assassin is,” he stares into the now focused red eyes, “I would like to promise you that no matter what we will get to the bottom of this,” his eyes give no sign of hesitation, his face is stern.

Katsuki  nods, “I believe in you,  Aizawa -san.”

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The next couple of days were absolute torture.  Katsuki  was forced to participate in activities with the Noble family as they tried to win his favor. Every night,  Aizawa  would report to him about his findings, most of which are always connected to  Izuku’s  lifestyle.

From the constant nagging of the servants for having to have even taken care of the Omega to the mistreatment of him.  Katsuki  has been exposed to all the truths about this “perfect” Noble family.  Aizawa  even got the gossip from other nobles that visited saying that they did a great job hiding away their one mistake from the rest of the world. The disgusting pigs even had the audacity to hope that he was dead. Disgusting. This kingdom deserves to burn. Every report puts  Katsuki  closer to the edge,  Aizawa states that there has been some other information that he can’t seem to figure out and he needs a couple of days. However,  the blonde's  patience is wearing thin.

His men have also been working tirelessly to find any news of the assassin. They have been looking high and low for any signs of a possible killer, but have come up empty so far. The treaty process has been going too smoothly for his liking, and he can’t help but feel something is off with this entire thing. He hopes the truth can be revealed soon. But for now, he has to keep up with the Midoriya Family for a bit longer.

Tired of having to hang out with the kiss-asses, today, Katsuki decides to hide in the library in the west corridor of the mansion. With dust piled up, shelves hardly ever taken care of, and the creaking wood was all the proof that this family did not care about studies. It’s a miracle that they were smart enough to come up with war plans. As he walks through the room, he realizes a lot of them are just for show, but every now and then he would see a used book that was carefully hidden on top of the unused ones. He investigates all the used books, collecting each one delicately as he walks down every aisle in the large room. Having gathered all the books, he sets them down on an extremely dusted table, coughing as the dust flies around. Once settled, he reads through all the books that have a stale scent of a particular Omega.

It’s no wonder the green-haired man is well-versed in  his history and survival, he was planning ahead for the worst.  These books gave detailed descriptions of herbal plants, hunting materials, and  how to  create medicine. It’s no wonder the small Omega was able to heal his wound without magic.  The more he read, the more he wanted to just return to the man’s side . His Alpha screams at him to go, to leave this place filled with disgusting scents, but he knew he couldn’t. He had promised his Ruler to come back with information and it  would be a few more days until he finds out  where and who the assassin is.

It becomes evening before he realized it. The orange sun peers through the dusted window in specks. As the blonde continues  reading the last bits of his current book, he hears soft footsteps  coming his way. Immediately, he sniffs the scent of  a comfy lavender, an Omega.

“It has been a while since I’ve seen anyone come here,” a shaky, old voice says. From the darkness of the nearby aisle pops out a short, stout lady. She has her gray hair in a bunch and wears a white cape that represents the medical field. Her smile is soft as she looks at the Alpha in her presence. Katsuki can only stare and tilt his head. She looks from the blonde to the stack of books before returning her gaze.

“Those were...the Young Master’s...study materials,” she frowns. Katsuki immediately widens his eyes, hearing her speak formally of who he thinks she’s talking about. He  calms  himself before speaking.

“You mean Yama? I didn’t think he read much, he much prefers the sword,” Katsuki says, deciding to test the old woman. Unexpectedly, she just laughs.

“No, that one is but a fool, just like the rest of the family,” she caught on to what the young one was doing, “I have lived far longer than you have, Your Grace, I know when you are testing me.”

The blonde’s eyes widen, once more, before returning to normal and smirks. “I know, I just wanted to confirm that you’re on the right side, is all,” he sighs sitting more casually with his face leaning on his palm, “Ever since I came here, I’ve heard nothing but bad-mouthing coming from the servants about Izuku, so I just had to confirm.”

The old lady gasps, “You’ve met him?! He’s alive?!” Her voice rose instantly, causing Katsuki to jump.

“O-Of course,” he clears his throat, “He’s been living well, it seems, in the tower. He must’ve learned from these books,” a soft smile touches his face as he touches the soft covers of the books.

The old lady calms herself before bowing and introduces herself, “I am Lady Chiyo, head of the medical department in the estate,” she begins, “I have looked over the Young Master since he was young but was forced to withdraw my care when the family began to neglect him.” Katsuki’s ears perk up at the last statement, but motions his other hand to let the Lady continue, “The Young Master was... a curious child. Always wanting to learn something new. He always came to the library to pick out books on medicinal herbs and snuck in to my office to grab some medications so he could write about them,” as she spoke, the Alpha can’t help but smile and laugh. The thought of Izuku doing things like those was plausible as he had also asked Katsuki a lot of questions about his kingdom during his week’s stay.

“Oh! And he also came up with small inventions that could be expanded if anyone paid attention to him...” she grew quiet before speaking up again, “I’m glad he’s alright, I was so worried when I heard he had been taken away when his first heat had come.”

At that sentence, Katsuki froze. “His...first heat?” He turns to see the old Omega sadly nod.

“It was too late for me to chase after them, they were long gone by the time I found out,” she warily says, noticing the Alpha’s sudden spike in pheromones.

“He’s been surviving without an Alpha for 6 fucking years...how could I forget about his heats!” Katsuki panics, remembering an Omega’s heat cycle happens in the Winter and the Spring. He clicks his tongue, “The older an Omega gets, the more painful their heats are...” he begins to panic, thinking about how he may have left the Omega vulnerable with his scent.

The old Doctor looks up at him, “If he’s survived this long, he should be fine, I presume. But since he’s never been with an Alpha and suddenly meeting you, it may have triggered an early heat cycle, possibly...”

Ruby eyes stare at nothing, thoughts of the Omega wailing and writhing in pain fill his head until a very soothing smell of an Omega’s calming pheromone clears his head. “Relax, Your Grace, as I said, the Young Master is strong, he can get through it. You need to finish your mission, here before returning to him.”

“How do you know about my mission?” Katsuki asks with an icy voice, trying to clear his head from his initial panic.

The Lady gulps but keeps a straight face, “I have seen your men asking questions about an assassin and I may know exactly who it might be but it may get dangerous from here on out.”

“Why are you helping me?”

“Because I want this kingdom to change, and you’re the only one that can do that, Your Grace.”

“And?” He already knew that when he  first  came here.

“And I want the Young Master to be happy, with you by his side. I want you to show him what a True Noble is and why he’s special,” she looks up to glowing red eyes, her eyes show determination.

The Alpha scoffs, “Would’ve done that without asking,” he smirks.

Things were finally coming along.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

As the week was coming to an end, Katsuki was well beyond his limit before he blew up this entire place. Thanks to Lady Chiyo, his men were able to find the assassin. The fucker was hiding within the mansion as he was hired by the kingdom’s mages to get rid of him. It was like they actually thought he would go down. It’s no wonder mages don’t have as much power in this kingdom, they’re too stupid to think things through.

The assassin thought he could poison them but luckily, Katsuki is a picky man and refuses to have anything without spice, and so do the rest of his men. They got their food from a street vendor originating from their kingdom. Thanks to Lady Chiyo, they caught him trying to sneak into the medical wing of the mansion to steal some poisonous herbs and borrowed the dungeons of the Lady’s home to question them.

The idiot was more than willing to give them answers after witnessing the pure rage and displeasure the blonde Alpha can emit. He left it to his Shitty Hair and Dunce Face to ask the questions and give him a report while he finalizes the treaty formalities.

Katsuki spent the entire week enduring the Midoriya family’s entire talks and dinners. They had tried to introduce him to some Omegas that he may have an interest in or even going over some gossip about their backward beliefs. Many of his friends have noticed his increasing irritation anytime he had to endure the gossip and were quite amazed at how he hadn’t already blown up the entire estate. He wanted to. He plans on doing so, but he was waiting.

On this particular day after seeing the half-dead assassin and gaining some answers, Katsuki walked into the meeting room with a new goal set in mind. He had already sent a message, through the embers of his magic, to his Emperor to ease his suspicions about the small kingdom. This information was what had cleared their suspicions.

This kingdom is suffering a financial collapse and has a lack of Omegas. Recently, the kingdom has had an increase in male Omegas, and because of their beliefs, they get killed off when they officially present. This has caused a major decrease in population and taxes are increasing because of this. While the poorer population suffers, the nobility continues to prosper by taking their people’s money.

Truly sickening.

The thought of these people living lavishly while not caring about the suffering population leaves a sour taste in the Alpha’s mouth. As he walks down the hall, listening to the echoes of the politicians arguing in the meeting room, he can’t help but think about all those people suffering but even worse, all those Omegas dying for no reason, just pure hatred of them. He was glad Izuku was smart enough to survive.

But Katsuki was about to burn down this entire kingdom and save the suffering population. Aizawa had given him the warning stating that it was “all in due time”. The Alpha hated waiting.

He stopped right at the door to the meeting room. The longer he stands, the larger the door feels. Shadows creep around the edges of the door, the yells become deaf to his ears, and the blonde becomes surrounded in darkness. The whispers of those that have been wronged fill his ears, calling him to do something, to avenge them.

“I will,” he promises. The shadows disappear, accepting his promise. He’s back standing in front of the  door;  he enters with a resolution.

One of the reasons why Katsuki is successful is because of his ability to sense the calls of those who have been wronged. He has won wars and conquered territories because he knew what was going on, the people that call to him send him in the right direction. Now that he knows the reason behind his uncertainties, his goal is closer and he will make this kingdom pay.

Surrounded by sweaty politicians who sneer and thank him for his hard work, the man just smirks and hides his growing anger. He sees his packmates arrives and signals them to be prepared. It was time to help this kingdom the way he knew how. Eliminate and win. Conquer this small kingdom and make all things wrong, right.

He is Bakugou Katsuki, the Symbol of Victory. Those who have wronged will be punished. It is the pride of his family and his kingdom that drives him to be patient and wait. He looks out to the window, the sun still shining high in the cold afternoon, he sees the tower in the distance and smiles thinking about the Omega in the tower. His newfound love, his reason to keep going, and his reason to live on. The man did not just make a promise to those who died a horrible death, but to the Omega that has been abused by this kingdom as well.

He promised.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

As nightfall came, Katsuki prepared himself in his armor. A true knight that carries the symbol of his house and the symbol of freedom. His sword was smithed with the strangest of metals and infused with his magic and blood. He stands tall, shoulders straight and ruby eyes burning with determination. His red cape flows behind him as he walks down the hall to his squadron.

“Sir, we are ready,” one of his men confirms.

All his man stands at attention all geared up for what is to come, Aizawa was also present, nodding as he confirms that it was time. Katsuki only gives a feral grin.

Thankfully, the family is asleep, unaware of what is to come. It isn’t until they hear a loud bang and the smell of smoke reaches their nose when they realize they are being attacked.

Katsuki’s men show no mercy to the Nobles, tying them up as the scream and run for their lives. Thanks to them, the Alpha was aware of those that deserved to rot in prison and those that could help reform the kingdom.

Of course, the ones that wanted to reform were always hiding and planning. With Katsuki’s arrival, they managed to give them a run-down of how things were running and what they needed to focus on. Katsuki only laughed at how stupid the nobility of this kingdom really  was .

Nobles are leaders. They represent a kingdom in many ways. They are the face of those beneath them and if they fail to properly accept their mistakes, then the entire kingdom falls including the ones who weren’t supposed to fall. Katsuki firmly believes that even the lower classes have a part in how a kingdom runs, failure to accept that means the kingdom fails entirely. Killing off their people for being a certain gender and making the poor penniless is more than enough reason to punish the people of this kingdom.

Katsuki watches the Noble homes burn, red and orange fill the area, smoke engulfs the estates. His men gather all the prisoners, tied up. They will all be tried for tax fraud and murder. Thanks to the treaty, Katsuki made sure the power of court falls to his kingdom’s hands and the idiots didn’t realize that it meant they couldn’t be protected by the law.

“You! We gave you a place to stay in! We offered you the company! How dare you?!” A familiar voice shrieks as Katsuki walks down to see all the prisoners lined up.

He stops in front of the man who provided a home, his eyes cold and dark, “You gave me a place to stay, but I knew of your crimes long before that, and I will never be grateful for your  hospitality.”

The man sputters, “I beg your pardon?! We did nothing wrong!”

Katsuki gives a guttural growl, causing the man to tremble in fear, “Your son...Izuku, that’s your crime and you will pay by rotting in the cells. Your name and title will be stripped, all of you will suffer the same fate!” he raises his voice so that all the other Nobles hear. His angry pheromones spread and make all the Nobles tremble.

Hisashi stares wide-eyes at the Alpha in front of him, speechless. He thought that he had gotten rid of that good for nothing, but even now that curse still attacks him in the form of the monster that is Bakugou Katsuki. The man looks around, flames engulfing all the homes, the line of sullen faces of his friends and family, and the eyes of the man who burns holes into him. There’s nothing that can be done now, he’s lost.

The Beta tilts his head, surrendering himself to the Alpha in front of him. Katsuki glares but also feels some weight lifted off of him. He turns his head and looks straight at the barely visible tower and smiles.

“I’m coming, Izuku...”

Chapter Text

As the week went by, Izuku’s suffering increased. The days felt longer and the intense feeling of pain and emptiness grew. His thoughts were muddled with the fact that no Alpha would want him, the shadows of his past lingering over his makeshift nest of furs he gathered over the years whispering the curses he was so used to hearing. Tears spill from his shining emerald eyes as the shadows close in on him and take over his mind.

The silence of the tower becomes prominent as the whispers get louder, sneering at him. His scars beginning to burn as he imagines blood trickling down from the scars. His abdomen burns with every passing minute, the feeling of it never being filled with something to ease him. It hurt so much. The Omega was sobbing and wailing, curling himself deeper into the furs, trying to hide away from the voices that constantly haunt him.

The week-long suffering passes as the morning light of his last day came forth. When he stepped out of his nest, the first thing he felt was the chilling hard floor underneath his feet. He flinched when he felt the coldness but slowly made his way out. His naked body feeling the cool wind from the winter morning, his home completely surrounded with a chilling wind. His little lizard friend popped up from his hiding place, happy to see his friend alright. The flushed, naked body, thin from the lack of food and care during his heat, struggles to stand on his feet as he stumbles back on the nest of furs. He decides to lay there for a bit, trying to recover from a week’s worth of being reminded of how useless he is. His little lizard friend quickly comes to check on how he was doing. The Omega giggles as he feels his tiny friend cuddle up next to his cheek, trying to warm him up.

“I’m sorry, I don’t feel like getting up anymore,” he chuckles, eyes falling heavy again.

Before he knew it, he had fallen asleep again without consuming anything even though his body craved it. He was so exhausted from the week, tormented from the whispers reminding him of how pathetic he is, he closed his eyes again and falls to the darkness once more.

The next time he woke up, it was to the sound of shouts getting closer to the tower. With a jolt, he quickly jumped from the bed grabbing his groggy friend, and quickly peeks through the window near his nest, ignoring his naked body feeling the cold wind.

When he looked out, he saw a bunch of knights in armor rushing to his home. Instinctively, he wanted to protect his nest but when he sniffed, he noticed the mixed scents of Alphas and Betas. He knew he couldn’t attack all of them at once, so he decided to hide.

Quickly gathering as many furs as his small body can carry including the cape of his first friend that puts him to ease, he opened up a small entrance in the walls. He had accidentally discovered this hidden room when he tripped over some of his books while cleaning up and knocked over a brick. His curiosity took over and found the room to be cozy and if anyone were to sneak in, he could easily hide in it. As he heard the voices get closer, Izuku quickly grabs some of his garments and hurries to hide. Closing up the last bits of brick, he had covered himself in darkness with his little friend, listening to the footsteps storming through his home.

He listens to the men looking for him, unaware of who they are. It was not clear as to who they were, the small cracks doing little to identify them. The mix of scents makes him sick and causes him to cover his nose, trying not to inhale any more of the sweaty, rancid scents.

“He’s not here...Captain isn’t going to like this,” he hears one knight say, “He was also going through heat, based on the scent.”

“This is not good; we’re going to have to look at the surrounding area...” another one said.

The Omega holds back a growl, upset that these men dare enter his territory and hunt him down. He didn’t like any of this, so he planned to wait for it to get a bit darker, so he can use the darkness to his advantage. He hopes he can make it out.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

As night falls, the nights leave his abode and Izuku took his chance to quickly head out. Slipping out of his hidden room, he quickly prepared for his quick departure putting on the clothes that make him warm to the best of their ability, he grabs the red cloak that he had come to cherish and ignored the fatigue and dizziness he was feeling.

Checking his surrounding out from his window, he noticed that there was nobody outside and he quietly exited his room to check and make sure there was no one in the tower. Oddly enough, there was not a sign of life anywhere. He only smells the lingering scents of the random men, but nothing was touched. Taking a big gulp, he grabbed his bow with his quiver of arrows and rushed out into the darkness of the night.

For six long years, Izuku has mapped out the entire mountain that encompassed the tower, even if he was spotted, he knew all the perfect hiding places. The Omega took a deep breath before he sprinted towards the northwest direction of the mountain, heading upwards. Unknown to him, he was immediately followed.

The green-haired man was confident in his abilities but he forgot one important aspect of this chase, he didn’t have enough energy. He had forgotten to consume something and having had just finished his heat; he was still weak.

The sounds of men approaching make him panic. He knew this area was much closer to the divide between his kingdom and the much larger kingdom, it was harder to hide but it was dangerous to climb. Izuku struggled to climb the wall, having no energy to grab on. He was well halfway to the top when he heard stomps get closer, in his panic he tried to climb faster but slipped on an iced rock. Before he knew it, the top of the wall was getting farther and farther.

‘Ah, I’m falling,’ he thinks, closing his eyes accepting his fate. Only thinking about being engulfed in warmth and a familiar spicy scent. ‘I’m sorry, Katsuki,’ he gives one last teary smile and falls.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Emerald eyes slowly flutter open from the darkness they once provided. The sound of horses clopping and the vibrations of his body moving. He felt of sense of warmth on his back and the extremely familiar scent that the emerald-eyed man had been thinking about filled his nose. He nuzzles closer into the feeling, believing he’s already dead and living his dream.

That is, until he felt a rumble, “Finally awake, Izuku...”

The Omega shot up, instantly, causing the horse to buck in fear. Large arms that wrapped around Izuku’s frame steadied the horse with the reigns and whispers to relax. Instinctively, small hands grip the muscular arms to steady himself, and yelps in a panic. Once the horse settled, emerald eyes look up to meet familiar garnet.

“B-B-Bak-kugou?” he stutters out, quietly, remembering that no one likes a stuttering person, and he immediately closed his lips that formed a straight line.

The Alpha growls, “You can speak, I don’t mind your voice...it’s cute,” his scowl turns into a soft smile, “You gave me quite the scare when I heard about you...”

The click of his tongue startles the Omega who continued to be quiet even after his statement, not believing that his voice is in the least cute. Only relaxing with the blonde’s sweet smell. Oddly enough, his scent is a lot stronger and potent, it was as if Bakugou was about to go into a rut. Though Izuku wasn’t afraid, he knew he would be mateless his entire life, he’s just a useless, unwanted Omega—a curse.

Unknowingly, the green-haired man had spoken his thoughts out loud and Katsuki had been listening. Because Izuku had been alone most of his life, he was never told that he would mumble his thoughts. But as the blonde listened, the more his instincts told him to protect, help, and ease the Omega. He knew his rut was getting closer as they moved forward, which is why Aizawa-san had suggested that his squadron take care of finding the green-haired Omega, much to Katsuki’s dismay.

When he was resting in his tent and had gotten a report that Izuku wasn’t at the tower, his Alpha instinct ran wild and sniffed out where the Omega had run off too. His heart almost stopped when he saw him slip off the rock wall and, in his haste, he caught Izuku in his arms moments before his head touched the ground. The poor thing was exhausted and seemed to have just come off his heat, clearly passed out from it. It took a huge amount of energy to hold back on mating the small man right then and there. His men quickly followed after him and in his foggy mind, he curled around the Omega and growled at his men, snapping his fangs, not recognizing them as people he knew. It wasn’t until Kirishima came in and calmed him down as a packmate and explained that the Omega had to be checked.

Once Katsuki calmed down, he carried the passed-out Omega to their campsite, still refusing to let him go. Unfortunately, the raven-haired Omega forced the blonde to let go of him when he was caught sneaking into his tent with Izuku. Reluctantly, he had passed him to Aizawa, trusting him to keep the little one safe.

By the next morning, his haze cleared up but he was still protective of the Omega, forcing his way to grab and place him on his horse as they rode back to their kingdom. Aizawa had let him know that Izuku was malnourished, probably unable to take care of himself when he was in heat.

“He needs food and water, when he wakes up, give him something that gives him energy,” Aizawa instructed.

Of course, Katsuki’s Alpha refused to let the Omega get sick or weak and was already growling to help and feed  /his/  mate. It was frustrating that his inner Alpha was already claiming Izuku as a mate, but he knew he could not run from his instincts, he truly wanted the smaller man, especially after the amount of harm he has been through.

Katsuki quickly reached for a satchel from his belt and handed it to Izuku who curiously held out his hands. He looks up and tilts his head, giving a small noise to ask what he was given.

With a small huff, hiding his blush caused by Izuku’s sheer adorableness, “It’s food, you haven’t eaten since your heat, you were really light when I carried you,” he pokes the freckled cheek, seeing it smush and turn red with a blush, he smirked knowing that he was embarrassed.

“I-I’m s-sorry...” he whispers, causing the blonde to grumble as he reaches for a pouch of water to hand to the smaller one as he opens the satchel to find dried meats and fruits. The Omega releases soft, happy pheromones in response to seeing the food. Katsuki looks on ahead, sometimes glancing back to see if the green-haired man is doing alright as he consumes the food, mewling at every bite.

Without realizing it, the blonde was gripping the reigns with a little too much force as he listens to the soft noises surrounding him, he roars when his men starting snickering when they sensed his rut scent spiking. They quickly flinched and rode faster to get away. Izuku watches with curiosity, clearly not understanding why they were running away until he glances back to the Alpha and laughs when he sees his scowl. The angelic sounds of his chuckling calm the blonde and his scowl quickly becomes soft.

Yes, he was in love.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

It wasn’t until a few hours later that they reached far enough to stop for the night. The day passed by quickly due to the winter and the horses needed rest. Izuku curiously wondered where they were going, having enough strength and rest to finally think about what has been going on. A few of the men surrounding him and his friend had given him a bag filled with some of his study materials, stating that they actually packed more but the rest were in a chest.

The Omega growled, offended that they went through his things and his nest but was immediately calmed down by an Omega, another male Omega who appeared out of nowhere and released his pheromones.

The Betas that handed him his stuff whimpered away, scared of summoning a feral Omega in the camp. Katsuki had told him to hang around while they set up camp, even though Izuku was nervous to be around everyone, no one seemed to mind him, rather than curse him. When he noticed the other male Omega, he perked up.

The much older man introduced himself as Aizawa Shota, the secret member of the squadron. Izuku quickly picked up that he was surrounded by the neighboring kingdom’s army of knights but he never expected there to be an Omega amongst them. The older man, Aizawa-san, chuckled ruffling his already mess of curls before giving him a somber face.

“You’ve...been through a lot,” he looks down to see the scars on Izuku’s pale hands in which he hid quickly and looked away.

“I-It’s b-bec-cause I’m u-useless, c-cursed,” his emerald orbs fill with tears, struggling to speak. The older Omega sighs, bringing an arm around his shoulders.

“Have you been curious about where we’re taking you?” he questions and receives a nod as a response, confirming that the younger one is still listening, “We’re taking you to our kingdom, where you’ll be able to live your life freely.”

Izuku quickly looks up and stares at the raven-haired man, eyes shining as he heard the words spill out of his lips.

Aizawa glances over, smirking, “You’ll be free to do whatever you want.”

Izuku smiles, brightly. Not a hint of sadness. Emerald eyes sparkle in the dark as the people surrounding them laugh.

“F-Free!”

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

In Izuku’s mind, he had no actual idea of what it meant to be free. All his life he has been told that he was a curse and would only bring bad luck to those who surrounded him. He couldn’t think of ways as to how he is free without knowing he is cursed. Meeting another male Omega gave him some hope that he can actually live a normal life. But his worries continue as he has lived without much contact with people and knew no one liked a stuttering mess. The shadows that haunt him overtake his mind as he attempts to sleep. He feels the calming scent of the older Omega reach him but it was already too late. The green-haired man had released his distressed scent, notifying the surrounding Alpha knights, including Bakugou. Aizawa had tried to calm the Omega down but he was so frightened, trembling and curling himself into a ball. Izuku was used to handling everything on his own, so the presence of others stressed him out as the darkness consumes him.

It wasn’t until a familiar growl and a strong, spicy scent hit him that partially broke him from his panic. Before he knew it, the young Omega is in the arms of a large Alpha being whisked away from his temporary nest. He hears protests from Sir Aizawa but was immediately hushed by another knight. It took Izuku a few moments to realize that it was Sir Bakugou that had grabbed him and it was his scent that brought peace to his mind.

The Alpha had brought Izuku into his den and was placed softly on a bed covered in the finest silk and soft covers. It was heavily scented by the Alpha who seemed to be only staring at the Omega to do something, but he didn’t know what and just whined to have the Alpha near, missing the warmth that was soothing his dark thoughts. The blonde huffed and moved onto the bed, wrapping the smaller man in his arms and bringing his face close to his chest. The heavy musk of his spicy, sweet scent radiates off him and makes Izuku purr in delight. All his anxiety and thoughts disappeared in an instant as he felt large, warm hands pet his curls. He has never felt this kind of touch before and melted into the feeling, slowly fluttering his eyes closed, listening to the rumbles coming off the chest of the Alpha.

By morning, all of what Izuku felt over the course of the night settled. He woke up to the sounds of chuffing coming from the blonde. He was staring at the sleeping Omega that was sprawled over his chest, heavily scented with both of their scents combined. Izuku slowly gets up only to be pulled down by large arms, caging him to the bare chest. Bakugou growls, “…Too early, sleep more.”

Emerald eyes stared at him, confused because he knew he shouldn’t have been here in the first place. The blonde was just helping him calm down and then fell asleep.

“S-Sir B-Bakugou, I-I s-should go,” Izuku squeaks, internally regretting speaking, but that was his only means of projecting his worries, “S-Sir--” He was cut off by a snarl.

“Katsuki,” the blonde interrupts, Izuku tilts his head, giving a small noise of confusion, “Call me by my given name, Izuku...”

In that instant, Izuku’s entire world came to a halt. Almost as if those words were a spell that caused a boiling heat to rupture in his face, becoming a beautiful red hue that can compete with the eyes of the Alpha before him. Just like the first words that came from Bakugou when they first met, Izuku’s heart began to race, his world became small, only filled with him and the man as they stare at each other, bathing in each other’s warmth. The Omega was filled with an unknown emotion and didn’t know what to do. He was so confused at what this feeling was as he looked at the person in front of him. The fluffy, soft feeling filling his chest makes him want to hear his name come from this person more.

In his confusion, he overheats and panics and the Alpha just croons until the green-haired Omega relaxed. Unfortunately, at that time, it was time to head out. The raven-haired Omega interrupted their small moment and brought Izuku a set of clothes to change into. Sir Bakugou was not happy, grumbling, and growling as he let the Omega change in privacy.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

They were served minimal breakfast, but Izuku was given a lot more after Sir Aizawa noticed how skinny he was.

“When we return to the kingdom, we’ll have to fix your meals,” is all he said before Sir Bakugou picked the younger Omega and placed him on his horse.

Izuku was given simpler, yet soft clothing, topped with a cloak for the rest of the trip. They managed to make it to the kingdom in a matter of hours. When they arrived, Izuku’s eyes shine with excitement as he peered through his hood, expecting to see something similar to his smaller kingdom but he was met with a surprise. Adorned in red and gold flags and bright, happy people, the larger kingdom shows their pride and happiness as Sir Bakugou’s squadron goes through the main street. Everything was bright and there were smiles everywhere. Unlike in Izuku’s kingdom, where the village people would always look at the higher class with disdain. Everyone was happy to see the knights return as they had stalls filled with food and wares.

It was Izuku’s first time seeing this many people in the streets. He was excited but also scared. There was a mix of people coming far and wide to greet the knights as they walkthrough. The Omega had read that this is what is called a parade, as he remembers it is a form of entertainment and happiness to see the return of the fighters that have worked hard for the kingdom. His fingers start to itch, wanting to write down his entire experience as it is still fresh in his mind. He was unaware of the Alpha listening in on his small mutters about how this was his first time seeing something like this. The blonde smiled as he saw the pure joy the Omega was showing but it instantly morphed to anger as he remembers that the smaller man has no experience with crowds nor celebrations.

The troops split into two groups after walking through the main street. One group was to report to the Emperor while the other group returned to the Bakugou Estate. Izuku watched the other group of knights go in the opposite direction, a certain red-haired knight smiled and waved at him, causing the Omega to flinch and blush, giving a shy wave back. It was his first time, since meeting Sir Bakugou, that someone else gave him a friendly smile instead of one with wickedness. The Alpha just watched the interaction and watched his second-in-command head towards the castle, noting that he’ll have to introduce Izuku to some of his tamer friends before meeting the others.

It was already late afternoon by the time they reached the estate. Izuku widened his eyes as he sees how big the house is. The Alpha smirks and puffs out his chest in pride as they stop in front of the doors. Servants lined up to take care of the group as they stepped down from the horses. Katsuki helped the Omega down before he felt a surge of his rut hit him. In an instant, Sir Aizawa and the rest of the knights separated the Alpha and Omega and they rushed the blonde to his room before the rut took over.

Izuku was left stunned and was rushed to a guest room. Everything was a blur until everyone settled down. The green-haired man did not see the blonde for an entire week after that.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Izuku was bewildered. Since he arrived at this large mansion, he was instantly pushed into a large room by some maids with a large mahogany bed filled with the softest pillows and bedsheets. He thought he was going to serve someone when he was given a fresh set of clean clothes, a white, silky button-up shirt, and black slacks. He was then rushed into a warm bath and was thoroughly scrubbed. He was doused in neutral oils and suds, as he was scrubbed, meticulously. He absolutely hated it when one of the servants roughly scrubbed his hair, growling to emphasize his distaste but they ignored his warnings.

He overheard some of the maids mention that they were grateful to have been trained to deal with savages once they finished cleaning him up, drying him off, and dressing him in his new clothing. When they left, Izuku was left to his own devices and he ended up crying. He wanted to go back to his home, to go out to hunt for his food, and to be in his somewhat comfortable nest. His only friend was his fiery lizard who stuck with him underneath his clothing and found a home in the collar of his clean, new shirt. He was glad that the little one was by his side, keeping him warm and listening to his woes about how much he misses home.

He ended up sleeping on the couch across from the bed, burying himself in the pillows, afraid of possibly disturbing whoever stays in this room. He knows too well about the implications of disturbing someone’s privacy and feared getting punished for doing so. Of course, his moment of peace was disturbed when he awoke in the middle of the night covered in sweat. The return of the whispers and disdainful eyes haunt his dreams. The Omega curled himself into a small ball, his little lizard friend croaking in worry as he cries and begs for the whispers to stop. He trembled and whined all throughout the night, hoping for some solace but it never came.

As the first rays of the next morning arrived, Izuku had not slept a wink, constantly harassed by the words telling him how useless and pathetic he is. How this new place will treat him the same, the proof being the way the servants handled him. He was reminded how he will always be a failure and unwanted, to the point that even Sir Bakugou nor Sir Aizawa had come to see him. The moment they arrived, the Alpha was rushed away by the other servants, as if he no longer wanted to see the Omega.

The green-haired man sat up from the couch, a little groggy from the lack of sleep, his vision blurry from the lack of a meal. He decides to explore the estate to get his mind out of his current state. He was not given any shoes so he hopped off the couch, grabbing his small friend and putting it on his shoulder, and walked to the door. He took note of the supposed Lord not arriving in the bedroom, noticing the bed completely unused.

He grabs the handle and pulls the door open, peeking outside to look for any servants or guards nearby. The hallway was completely clear, only the long red carpet running along with the massively decorated walls. It was too early in the morning for anyone to be awake, something Izuku remembered from his experiences back at his mansion.

Now that he was back in a similar setting, he was reminded of the times of waking up early to hide away from the servants before they came to beat him awake and give him the scraps of their breakfast. He shivers at the thought of being punished for not waking up on time that he decided to constantly hide, forcing himself awake no matter how late he fell asleep. The eeriness of the empty hallway frightens him as the chilling winds blow through. Taking a deep breath, he steps out, taking small steps, and walks towards the right.

As he walks down the halls, he sometimes opens some doors, curious as to what was in them. He knew he shouldn’t be doing this, but his curiosity got the better of him. He discovered some other empty bedrooms and some study rooms. He was curious about finding a library or maybe a medical center like his old home.

Down and down the hall he went, he discovered more doors and rooms that lead to different spaces. At some point, he turned the corner, having lost the time he spent exploring, he ended up standing in front of the door, the potent scent of the blonde Alpha seeps through the tiny cracks. Izuku stands there, curious as to what the Alpha was doing, wondering if he was allowed in. At the door, he hears some rumbles and grumbles, it sounded like Sir Bakugou was in pain when he heard a small whine. But before the Omega could get a word out to the man, he heard heavy footsteps rounding the corner.

Afraid of being punished for coming near the room of the Master of the house, he ran away. As he rushed to hide, he saw a glimpse of guards being stationed right in front of the bedroom doors. The freckled man suspects that they were guarding against possible assassins and the small man continued down his path. He was reminded that he was now in a lower position and that he should not see the Alpha as a friend but as a Master.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

As the week went by, Izuku had managed to find the large library. He was never visited by anyone and he never returned to the room. Instead, he hid in the large room filled with books and buried himself in all the knowledge of the larger kingdom. He also learned about the history of the Bakugou’s, learning about all their fiery and powerful magic and all the battles won over the years. He discovered some new medical books that looked unused for the longest time. Before he knew it, he had read almost half of the library by the end of the week.

Unknown to him was the panic and chaos all the servants and knights had gone through to search for him, worried that their Master would not like it when he finds out they could not find the small Omega. Sir Aizawa had made an order to go through every crevice of the mansion as well as the surrounding lands, hoping that he was still close by. No one ever bothered to search in the library, thinking he was too much of a savage to read.

Unfortunately, by the end of the week, no one could find him and everyone was in a panic when they heard their Master, Lord Bakugou, had finished his rut period. All the servants and knights lined up, heads down in shame. When their Master walked in, he had noticed the intensity of the room and the absence of the Omega. His entire week was filled with thoughts about mating the small green-haired man and now he had found out that he was missing. He emitted strong angry pheromones that made every single person in the room freeze under the smell of smoke and ash, much different from his usual pleasant scent. His servants and men explained that they looked everywhere, even Aizawa went to look, but the man was nowhere to be found.

With a heavy, overbearing sigh, he dismissed his people stating that he would search for him alone, “Only I can find him, it seems...” he mutters as he decides to first check the library. When he opened the doors, he was introduced to the empowering scent of a happy Omega. He relaxes a tiny bit, enjoying the fresh scent of mint and honey with a hint of sweet pea. He follows the scent down the large aisles until he found piles of books on a table in the corner of the room.

Right there, he saw the precious freckled Omega happily humming away as he reads. The flickers of light that pass through the large windows shine on his bright, emerald eyes and his forest green hair, with a small lizard perched upon his shoulder. The Alpha can see how thin the man became after not coming for meals as his servants had said. Rage boils inside his chest, knowing that Izuku was probably confused and alone, not being given any guidance. He would have to scold his men and servants for not taking better care of their guests.

The blonde decides to interrupt the small Omega, clearing his throat to announce his arrival. Izuku looks up immediately, green eyes meeting red ones and, in an instant, all of Katsuki’s anger washes away. His Alpha whispering, ‘Mate. Help. Care.’

“Izuku...” he speaks softly, “Come here.”

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Sometimes it takes a bit more than words to explain to someone what they mean. It works perfectly for a man like Katsuki as he prefers action over words. As he drags the much smaller and thinner male through the halls, passing the servants who look down in shame for their failure in finding the small, freckled man. Izuku doesn’t say anything as he is pulled through the end of the hall and is brought into what seems to be the dining area.

Immediately, there are chefs, maids, and butlers all scampering around to set up the table and fill it with delicacies. The Omega looks on, wondering if he should be doing something, he is a servant after all. The blonde glances down at the troubled man, wondering why he seems so flustered as he watches the servants move around. His small hands are curled up to his chest, looking like a small, frail rabbit, the thought graces a smile on his face. The on-lookers watch as they see their infamous, explosive master dawn a minuscule grin directed towards their supposed guest. Many had speculated that this person, was in fact, the Master’s potential mate, and they were correct.

Within minutes, the table was set with a line of cloth with red and gold embroidery stretching across the middle of the walnut-colored table. Lined on top of the strip of cloth is an array of dishes that the doe-eyed man had no idea what was called minus the bread. It was what Izuku has assumed what a “feast” is called. He wondered if all nobles had such extravagant breakfasts on a daily.

“Come, Izuku, you need to eat,” a coarse voice whispers in his ear, the soft breath tickles his ear lobe making him blush as he feels a sudden warmth on his back. He glances to the side and sees the blonde Alpha that he has been reading much about, guide him to a seat closest to the head of the table. Izuku was confused, he thought he was brought over to this kingdom to be a worker, to live a free life, but right now he is being served as if he is a noble. The Alpha sits right at the head, motioning for someone to come over to serve them.

A maid walks over to serve a plate filled with what looks like slices of meat along with another kind of meat, some eggs, and a warm, freshly baked bun. The Omega came to realize that he has not eaten for well over two weeks and the smell of food makes it apparent when his stomach growls. He becomes embarrassed, with a startled yelp, he hides behind his arms as they cover his face while he hears Katsuki snort and the maid cough to hide her laughter. A repressed memory surfaces of the teasing workers tempting him with delicious food only to consume it in front of his hungry form.

Tears begin to form in his eyes as he suddenly feels the need to run away from the area, to go back to where he was happy even with the lack of human interaction and warmth. He thought the blonde was his friend, but he was only brought to be made fun of, once again.

The pungent smell of an upset and grieved Omega fills the room. An odor of rotting meat and bitter tea reaches the tongue of the Alpha, leading him to immediately calm and respond to the distress. He gives an apologetic whine, trying to coax the Omega to look at him and let him know what he did wrong. The maid who flinches at the sudden acidic taste in her mouth, even as a Beta, begins to explain that Izuku is still recovering from his abuse, leading him to be very sensitive to the smallest of occasions that trigger his memories of being abused.

Fix it. Mate. Upset. Fix.’

The Alpha howls inside, screaming at the blonde to help their mate, to soothe him. Katsuki struggles to fight his urge to just hold on cradle the man in his arms, or bring him on his lap and feed him all the things he wants him to try. He believed the latter would do better, looking at how frail the Omega looks, and this initially started because he was definitely starving. With a deep breath, Katsuki stands from his chair and promptly hooks one of his arms underneath the bony knees of the shorter man and his other hand rests on his back. Izuku puts up a struggle as he fights to leave but the blonde refused to let go.

He sits back down on his own seat and carefully puts the younger one on his lap. The green-haired man growled and hissed, trying to get away and almost scratched the blonde’s face, but he avoided it in time. The Alpha releases some of his sweet, warm scents to calm the raging feral being, resulting in the other to whimper and relax into the hold. With a huff, Katsuki grabs a fork and stabs a piece of sliced meat to bring it up to the dried, yet plump lips of the Omega. Still reacting to his instincts, Izuku sniffs and scrunches his face, disgusted by the smell and still putting up his form of a fight.

“Really? You’re going to act like a brat, right now?” Katsuki jokes, but eventually starts to force the food into the smaller man’s mouth without getting bit, “Come on, you need to eat something,” he struggles to say as he forces a piece of sausage in between those lips.

Eventually, after a bit of a struggle, Izuku comes back to his senses and takes the food without fighting back. The Alpha gave small praises every time the Omega would take another piece of food. The emerald-eyed man was starving, by the end of the meal, Izuku was stuffed the feeling of hunger completely disappears. He leans back onto the broad chest and sighs happily, filled with a delicious meal filled with flavors he never tasted before. He rubs his tummy, unaware of the larger man’s current state of mind as he purrs his gratification.

Katsuki felt his cheeks heat up, his face very warm as the Omega on his lap nuzzles into his neck, unknowingly scenting the Alpha on his glands. The bitter smell leaving, and a much sweeter scent rolls in. It was driving his instincts insane as he listens to the soft purring coming from Izuku. For an Alpha such as himself, the idea of having an Omega he has shown an interest in starting to scent him on a very intimate place authenticates them as a mate. He wasn’t reluctant on the idea; he just wasn’t sure if the Omega knew about the concept. He knew he would have to make his courting very blatant and outright, but he just couldn’t figure out how to do that with a person who has never interacted with another being without thinking they’re being bullied.

He would have to introduce his pack, and the blonde was /not/ fond of that idea just yet.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The next few days were filled with exploring more of the outside of the estate. The Bakugou Dukedom was filled with a variety of gardens as well as stables for peculiar animals. The blonde had noted the green-haired man’s interest in wildlife and decided to introduce him to all of the creatures he stumbled upon and befriended, making sure not to let him near the dangerous ones that were still hostile.

Izuku’s eyes shines brightly when he explored the array of creatures, even identifying some from what he read in the library. The Alpha decided to show off a little and gave extensive details on some of the ones the younger could not identify. Seeing the excitement and hearing the praises made him puff out his chest. From the phoenix to the griffons, Izuku took note of every single one. All of them had easily warmed up to him, noticing his unique scent and skill in the wild.

Of course, his curiosity went beyond that of a normal being. Even with the blonde’s warnings, he did not obey and walked straight into a dragon’s den. One that refused to accept Katsuki’s hand in aid and still refuses to even speak to the humans, deeming them pathetic and useless. The being noticed an Omegan scent coming near his stables, along with a brethren’s scent. It immediately thought that the humans have finally gone insane and sent an alluring being to tame it. It laughs and pities the fools for thinking of such a pathetic idea. They have them tied down by magical chains, if it weren’t for those, it would have grabbed the helpless beings and flown off. It was curious, though, about the other smell that comes with the Omega, so he decides to indulge the human.

The much larger and darker scaled creature was quite surprised to see tufts of green curls pop in its much smaller den, as well as a much younger dragon perched on his shoulder. A male Omega, how rare indeed.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Emerald eyes glanced back to make sure he wasn’t being followed by anyone. Izuku made sure the blonde Alpha that has stayed by his side for the past couple of days was resting somewhere, noticing how busy the man was and still took time off for the Omega. He refused to let himself become a burden, not anymore. These past few days, Izuku came to realize that he was brought to the kingdom to live some sort of life, but not as a servant.

He is treated with respect, something he isn’t used to, and Sir Bakugou always makes time for him no matter how busy he is. At some points, he felt suffocated, which is why the blonde decided to let the Omega roam around the outside area, introducing him to all sorts of mythical creatures that Izuku has only read books and an abundance of stories and details about his adventures with the creatures. The green-haired man’s admiration for the blonde increased tenfold.

Izuku was nervous when he saw the sole den hidden away beyond the mesh of trees just past the rest of the stables. Sir Bakugou had said to never go past the stables, but his little friend started to squeak and look beyond the visible creatures, curious as to what was there. The green-haired man was also interested as to why the blonde Alpha refused to let them past a certain point, even if he felt bad for disobeying him, he chose his own inquiry over the warnings.

When he saw the unusually large stable, he thought that whatever the creature might be must be living a luxurious life within the fancy-looking home. However, when he opened one of the large doors, he was met with complete darkness and straw right at his feet. His small lizard friend croaked and looked up directly in front of them. When the small Omega looked in the same direction he was met with enormous, burning amber orbs. Whatever the creature was, it was using the darkness to its advantage and was surveying Izuku from the distance.

The freckled man could tell that this creature was ancient and very well respected among the other mythical beings. His small friend, for example, bowed its head for it as his emerald eyes caught a glimpse of his friend on his shoulder looking down. He decided to take a deep breath and enter the creature’s den, no matter how frightened he was, he would do it for his companion that was with him since for as long as he lived in the Tower.

The housing was cold, much of the winter chill enters the area and settles within the large being. There was barely any form of warmth, much similar to the Omega's situation prior to arriving at the kingdom. Izuku felt sorry for such a magnificent creature, it was clear that Sir Bakugou deemed it dangerous but as the small man entered and stepped into the den, the being has not done anything to harm him. Rather, it just seemed lonely and curious. The freckled human frowns, but holds back his tears to get closer to the beast as his fiery friend on his shoulder climbs down to his hand. Izuku reaches forward for the being, his friend right at the tips of his fingers with small flames erupting from his scaled back.

Izuku may have underestimated just how large the creature was. As his hand got closer, a large, shimmering black-scaled snout met it halfway, his hand was completely dwarfed. His lizard friend happily jumped on the snout, lighting up the place that the Omega’s scarred hand was touching. The scales were accenting with hints of gold when lit up and those burning amber jewels stare right at him, ignoring the little one that has not climb up over on top of its head to explore the large horns and spiky scales like a small child discovering a new room to play with.

A rumble rattles the entire shed as the creature gives a snort through its nostrils creating a gust of wind that blows straight at Izuku, messing up his already unruly number of curls.

“Such precious beings they are, children, that is,” a deep, rumbling voice speaks, with what seems to be a chuckle. Izuku recovers from the initial burst of wind and looks at the talking creature who waits for a response.

A little shy to speak to such a gorgeous being, the Omega bites his lower lip and brings his hands in front of him, only to give a small nod. The creature only huffs, “A shy one, aren’t you?” The question went unanswered as Izuku struggles to form words, afraid to anger the mythical being with his stutter. He only waits for his small friend to finish playing and he peers from his bangs to see the little one enjoying himself.

“Little Omega, tell me your name,” the creature suddenly asks after a few moments of silence.  The Omega flinches when he hears the tone, thinking that the majestic being was upset with him. In his fear, he decides to write his name on the dirt below them, afraid to speak.

The dragon was quite interested in the supposedly mute human. He hasn’t said a word and his scent slightly soured when the creature spoke. It watches the small being write on the pathetic excuse of a floor covered in measly straw rather than the gold it protected. As the human Omega wrote, the small child on it decides to explore its much larger body, scratching off some shedding scales. The larger being could not get over how even the smallest of dragons are the most precious and powerful, it seems that the child chose to protect this human, making it curious as to why.

The dragon was brought back from his thoughts when he heard a small squeak and glances down to see ‘Midoriya Izuku’ written down. “Ah, Midoriya, from the much smaller kingdom nearby, how peculiar to see you still alive,” it says, gaining a sad reaction from the human. Amber eyes glanced at the small figure in his presence, noticing how weak the body looks and noticed the scars decorating his hands, the poor soul did not come unscathed. For some reason, its inner primal instincts boil deep within itself, upset by how such a respected gender that is a symbol of fertility and nourishment could be so heavily harmed. It calms itself, reminding themselves that they can find out the story as time goes on, dragons are patient creatures, after all.

“My name is Lucia, Protector of the Great Treasures,” it introduces, “As you can see, I was brought here as protection from dangers but because of that stupid brat, I was tied down as to not escape,” it huffs.

The small human tilts his head in confusion, worry forming in his eyes as he notices the chains that tie down the wings and legs. They are magically coated, so Lucia could not break out of them and all his power is blocked. The Omega wanders to the chains at its feet and inspects them, his fingers pinch at his chin as he starts to quietly mutter, incoherently. ‘So, he can speak but struggles to speak directly to others...how sad,’ Lucia thinks.

After a few moments, Izuku returns back to Lucia’s snout, petting it. No matter how much the dragon hates humans, male Omegas were so rare that in its life, it had decided to respect them and all the benefits they bring to those that properly care for them. Lucia has watched countless of them being tortured, even the small kingdom has killed off so many, yet this small freckled beauty stands with a bright smile even though it suffered so much.

“Aren’t you going to get in trouble for coming here, little one?” Lucia’s voice rumbled through the room, accidentally sounding angry instead of calm, startling Izuku, “I apologize, I was just thinking about that brat that might be looking for you. He’s an idiot, you see, even though he had proven to me his intellect, when it comes to individuals...he lacks.”

The emerald-eyed man shakes his head and gives a smile, almost saying that it is wrong.

“Will you ever speak, little one?” it asks, curious as to why he struggles to speak. The answer was clear when the Omega gave a grim look, his bright eyes dulling as he remembers why he doesn’t speak, Lucia suspects. What those pathetic humans did to him must have hurt him far deeper than it thought. It only hopes that the blonde brat had done something to make them pay, knowing full well he went there.

Lucia hates to admit it, but Bakugou Katsuki was a catalyst that changes the fates of many, even the dragon’s. The reason why the dark-scaled creature accepted the Alpha’s offer to stay near his abode is that they joined together in a battle and the blonde had proven himself enough to accept his offer of protection. The reason why Lucia became violent was because of how bored he was and, thus they’re relationship sort of broke after the dragon accidentally injured one of his men. It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Alpha now, full of fury, and see the small Omega smiling and laughing with it. The thought makes the dragon chuckle.

It seems that the Omega figured out that they had a tear in their relationship and the smile he gave was an assurance and promise to fix it. The dragon doubted the efforts as he knew the blonde brat was never friendly towards Omegas no matter how alluring they are. It would be quite the sight to see if the freckled man does get the Duke in the shed.

Izuku decides that he has spent enough time in the shed and learned quite a bit about the creature that dwells within it. The Omega was mesmerized by the alluring being, glad that it was friendly but seemed a bit lonely. He figured that Sir Bakugou and Lucia had a falling out, remembering the Alpha’s stories about how he worked with these mythical beings to help defeat evil. Izuku decided to help patch things up, a form of a thank-you to the creature and the blonde for being friends with him.

He calls out to his small lizard friend with a chirp, the child immediately scurries towards the man and jumps straight into his hands when he leans down to pick him up, the flames were extinguished long before. He was curious as to why his little friend had known about the being in here and wondered if he should research more on his friend. Deciding to do that along with figuring out how to get Sir Bakugou to come with him, Izuku waves goodbye to the friendly creature and turns to exit the stables.

He follows the path that he followed previously, the snowy path reminds him of his time at the Tower, enjoying the strong, icy air and the low winds that hit his face. Thanks to Sir Bakugou, he was given much warmer clothes and didn’t have to worry about freezing whenever he stepped out. He does worry about the man’s busy schedule and hopes he can get the Alpha to come with him.

As he reaches the rest of the stables where the other creatures reside, he sees a flurry of servants and knights scour the area, shouting for his name. He sees the familiar spikey hair and crimson eyes scanning the area, nostrils flared. Izuku decides to act as if he was hiding and jumps into one of the stables nearby. When one of the knights saw his familiar cloak, he indicated that the Omega was here.

The blonde immediately pulled Izuku into his embrace but scolded him for running off on his own. He did not expect to be heavily guarded afterward, struggling to find a way and time to come up with his plans to save the broken friendship. He would have to speak to Sir Bakugou personally about everything and convince him to let him be.

Emerald eyes shine with determination, he faced much worse than this and he refused to back down from a challenge.

The small freckled Omega walks down the intricate hallway in his new set of clothes specifically designed to his fit. A light green flowing dress with small gold flowers decorating his upper chest area and down the skirt, decorated with an embroidered belt that accentuates his hips. Attached to the dress is a light, transparent cape that follows behind him as he approaches Sir Bakugou’s office. Izuku did not complain much about the clothes as they were easy to move in but it still took him some time to get used to walking around in a skirt. He pouted when he saw the dress, thinking that the designer made a mistake but was told that all of the outfits were for him. “Today’s Omega Fashion” he was told.

The green-haired Omega had no room to complain, as the blonde Alpha has been taking great care of him. He felt that the Duke was doing too much for a mere free-loader in his home, and when Izuku would ask what he can do to repay him for his kindness, Sir Bakugou would only smile, pet his soft curls, and leave without saying a word. A lingering smokey, sweet scent follows him and it left Izuku with the scent invading his nostrils. He couldn’t ask anyone, out of fear that he may be scolded or worse, so he just focused on fixing the strained relationship between the Alpha and Lucia in hopes that it would be a form of repayment to both of them.

As Izuku turned the corner to the right-wing where he knows that it is where Sir Bakugou is currently, most likely working, he overhears some of the knights talking. Usually, he ignores the small talks of other people but the sudden mention of the word ‘Omega’ caught his attention. He hid behind the corner, listening in to the conversation.

“That Omega, though, isn’t he bothersome?” one of them said.

“He’s cute, though. But Sir is literally so busy since he returned and he’s overworking now because of how needy that small thing is. I truly wish he would just leave the Sir alone,” the other responded.

Izuku stands in shock, his gloved hands covering his mouth as he struggles to stop the tears that were forming. He had to leave the area before they notice he was listening. He had to run, to hide away, and do not cause any more problems.

Bothersome.’

Annoying.’

Waste of space.’

Pathetic. Pathetic. Pathetic.’

The words whisper and claw at him, the faster he runs. He ran to his room, the room that was gifted by the blonde Alpha. The more he thinks, the more he realizes how much of a bother he is to the Duke. He knows how politics works, and he knows that Dukes are busy people, yet the man never looked tired when he was with him. ‘How naïve,’ a voice whispers in his ear. Izuku could feel his heart shattering into pieces as the shadows consume him.

Izuku whimpers as he curls himself into a ball next to the large bed, all his tears flow out and the room fills with sniffles and whines. The only thoughts that enter his mind are how much of a bother he has been, how many people he had burdened with his presence.

The plan to fix the broken friendship is long forgotten. Izuku’s small lizard friend who he had come to name as ‘Aag’ based on his dragon species name, Aagrakiryu, climbed up to his shoulder as the Omega sobbed. He watched with worry, wondering why his great friend came back upset, he didn’t like the smell radiating off the human. He wants the human’s sweet smell, he never liked to see them being sad.

Aag tried everything to make the human happy, from licking away the salty tears to tickling his neck, but there was nothing. The poor small dragon was stumped, he couldn’t trust the other human, no, he was mean and made his friend cry. There was only one other being he could trust. So, the young dragon made it his mission to get his new friend to help.

He hopped off his crying friend’s shoulder and crawled to the closed window. With his body set ablaze, he used his magic to seep through the glass without damaging it and landed in the snowy patch that instantly cooled his heated body. His blush-colored head peeked through the snow as he looks for a way to his friend, sensing the large dragon’s presence. When he caught the direction, Aag rushed to the sacred dragon’s stable, as fast as his small feet can take him.

If it’s for his human, he would do anything.

Katsuki sneezed as he suddenly felt a chill down his spine, feeling as if something was about to happen. He had been busy all day and decided to take a break, wondering what Izuku was doing. The Alpha was excited to see the Omega in his new clothes that finally arrived. He had hoped that the small freckled man would be happy and comfortable in the latest Omega fashion, which is why he hired the best of the best to tailor the clothes.

Just thinking about spending some time put a smile on the forever scowl on his face. When he stepped out of his office, he was hit with the bitter-tasting scent of an upset Omega. ‘Izuku?’ he thought as the lingering smell led to two Beta knights standing in the hall as they discuss some matters. They were unaware of the putrid smell in the hall.

“Yeah, but definitely, that Omega really should learn to be less bothersome,” the blonde Duke had heard one of them say.

/Oh./ An intense bubbling emotion formed in Katsuki’s stomach, which slithered up to his face making him boil in anger. After so many days of getting Izuku used to be cherished and cared for, these idiots had to open their mouths. Apparently, his anger was apparent as the Betas turned their heads and visibly gulped when they noticed their leader was there.

“You /fucking/ scums,” he seethed, the intense rage hid in his cold voice, “Do you know what your loud mouths did?” he questions. The Betas shake their heads but don’t speak. Katsuki did not want to waste another breath with these extras and decided to leave it to the shadow Omega, Sir Aizawa to handle it.

“He’s in his room, and I don’t think it’s good,” the raven-haired man said, tying up the two fools to drag them to the knight’s field for their awaiting punishment. Katsuki just nodded ignoring the muffled pleas from his underlings, before turning away and rushing to the Omega’s room.

When the Alpha entered the hallway in which the Omega’s room resides, his nose was hit with the unpleasant smell of rotting food and flowers. It got worse the closer he approached the room where the smell was the strongest. By that point, Katsuki’s eyes were filled with tears, he wanted to gag as he felt his breakfast come up his throat, but he had to be strong. He had to show Izuku that he was bothering no one.

Without knocking, the blonde Duke rushed to open the door and covered his nose with his mouth, trying not to breathe in any more of the rotting musk. He’s been ignoring the screaming and howling coming from his Alpha, but the room’s smell was too strong that the creature emerged.

Mate,” it growled, “Mate. We protect.”

The Omega continued to whimper and wail, unaware of the Alpha gone completely feral. It wasn’t until the strong scent of smoked syrup and burning coal reaches his nose that he lifts his puffy, green eyes and meets with slitted ruby ones. The man was close, really close.

“S-Sir B-Bak-kugou,” he squeaks, the Alpha only growls in response, his sharp fangs peer through.

“/Mate/,” he finally says. The Omega gives a face of confusion, wondering why the man looks like he had gone feral. He looked down to see his claws out.

“O-Oh n-no,” Izuku mutters, “Y-You’ve g-gone f-feral...b-bec-cause of m-me?” he begins to panic, but the calming scent of the Alpha makes him go limp.

Mate. Happy,” the feral man says with a small croon escaping his throat.

The Omega was frightened and confused. He didn’t know what was wrong, why was the Duke being like this. He was unwanted, a burden to anyone. He couldn’t figure anything out, his head was such a mess as the growls got louder and he feels puffs of air near his face.

Mate. Happy,” the Alpha repeats.

“I’m n-not your m-mate, S-Sir,” Izuku responds back, as he tries to distance himself. Unfortunately, feral Alphas notice the smallest of movements and caged the Omega between his muscular arms, a threatening rumble echoes close to his ear. If hunting has taught the freckled man anything, it is to stay still when a feral creature is nearby. He tilts his head to the side, a mistake because his instincts screamed at him to give room for the blonde.

He feels the Alpha breath in his scent secreting from his glands, as Izuku tries to let out some happy pheromones. He suddenly feels something wet lap his gland, a tongue to be exact. The Alpha was licking his gland, an intimate spot for mates.

‘Oh no,’ Izuku thinks as he feels sharp fangs graze the length of his neck, images of his previous heat surface. The mixed scent of the alluring being growling above him and his now sweet scent was turning his mind hazy. Izuku struggled to stay sane as his eyes turned glassy and he began panting heavily. He knew he had to get his head out of it but he’s dreamt of this happening, he wants it so bad.

Everything stopped when a piercing roar erupts from outside of the estate, shaking the room. Immediately, the Alpha backs away, his pupils returning to normal, “I-Izuku...” he mutters.

“S-Sir B-Bak--” another thunderous roar interrupts the moment, “Lucia...” the Omega whispers.

“Shit, Lucia, why?” The Alpha growls, as he gets up to jump out of the window, to rush to the Dragon. Izuku also quickly gets up to follow but is stopped by a large hand, “No! You can’t!”

“B-But, L-Lucia!” Izuku whimpers, tears forming in his eyes. The blonde looks at him, bewildered as to how the Omega knew the name of the Dragon, “W-We don’t h-have time!” Izuku lifts up his skirt and climbs the window sill, he looks back at the shocked Alpha, “C-Come on!” he yells as he prepares to jump down.

He is grabbed by larger arms and feels himself being lifted, an arm under his knees and another behind his back, “It’ll be easier if I jump for the both of us,” a raspy voice whispers.

Due to the panic, Izuku does not register the sudden rapid heartbeat he gains from being this close to the blonde Alpha. He just feels the cold wind hit his face as the two men go down through the window. Miraculously, the Duke lands safely on the ground but continues to hold Izuku close to his body and tightens his hold when the Omega tried jumping down. Instead, he smirked and rushed towards the raging dragon.

Izuku could only hope that Lucia was safe and that he would be able to mend the broken friendship. His previous thoughts vanished, as he continues to breathe in the heavy scent of Sir Bakugou, wondering why he was being called a ‘Mate’. Thoughts run through his head, yet he could not come up with an answer.

Izuku truly wonders, what does the Alpha think of him?

Chapter Text

The Great Dragon's roars echo through the land as the Alpha and Omega make their way to the stables in which the creature rests. Izuku remembers that  Aag  was not with him and hopes that he did not wander off too far. He is immediately comforted by a small rumble coming from the blonde that carries him as he rushes towards the direction of another roar that erupts. The cold wind breezes through them as the ground trembles under the anger of Lucia. It announces their close arrival to the stables.

Within minutes, the pair makes it to the stables where the ground shakes as the creature throws a fit. It became clearer that the being was calling for the Duke and was raging to see him. Izuku tries to jump off Sir Bakugou's hold only to be pulled closer, “Just stick with me,” he says making the Omega pout. He didn’t like to be a burden, he already was heavy enough and the Alpha carried him all the way here, he must be exhausted. But the blonde hadn’t even broken a sweat yet as they approach the stable doors.

Lucia sensed the Omega and Alpha pair and roared once more, “YOU PIECE OF SHIT, BAKUGOU!”

“WHAT THE FUCK DID I DO, SHITTY DRAGON?!”  the blonde barks back as he kicks the door open. When the dragon's amber eyes gaze over the scene he growls.

“Put the Chosen down, he isn’t your shield. Fight me, human!” the dragon continues to intimidate the Alpha, knowing full well his pride is on the line.

“What the fuck are you on about? Why are you suddenly like this?!” Sir Bakugou exclaims. The Omega was kept giving worried glances between the two as they glare at each other. Based on what the dragon was saying, he was worried about Izuku and seems to have misinterpreted something.

It was then, emerald eyes see small flames crawl around the dark-scaled creature and head straight for the green-haired man with a leap of faith. “A- Aag !” he exclaims as he reaches out to catch the small lizard in his hands as his flames die out, “I t-thought you w-were l-left behind, I’m s-so g-glad you’re a-alright!” he stutters out.

The dragon and Alpha look at the interaction with curiosity as they see the small man smile and laugh having his face licked by the tiny creature. Izuku completely forgot about the two, favoring his friend’s company. Lucia was bewildered because it was the first time that it heard the sweet voice of the man and how innocent he looked. The only thing that pissed it off was the fact that he was still in that bastard’s arms.

Lucia snarled, gaining the attention of the Omega who’s smile disappeared and was transformed into one of worry. He finally jumped out of the blonde’s arms and approached the aggressive dragon ignoring the Duke’s caution. The Great Being lowered its head and let the human reach for the snout, calming the once angered creature. Sir Bakugou examines the silent communication with wide eyes, unable to understand why the oversized lizard was calm with the Omega. He always knew that Izuku was special, but not to this extent.

The creature still kept his eyes on the Alpha who hasn’t moved from his spot. It gives a smug grin as it purposefully pushes its snout even closer to the green-haired man’s abdomen, tickling him and causing him to have a fit of giggles that sound like small bells. The once chaotic air has turned into a warm, cozy home filled with a happy Omega’s scent. The Alpha visibly and could only smile when he saw how excited the Omega was with the large dragon.

He really did not want to chain the majestic being with these binds but had no choice as the people of the kingdom feared its power. But he can see that there is no need for it to be bound by the useless chains and releases it using the small sparks he sends out to the cold bindings that magically release. Lucia looks at the Duke with a surprised expression but turned soft when it realized it was free. Stretching out its wings to full capacity, the magnificent beast happily roars with a bright expression.

“You see this, Chosen, this is what I want to show you,” it states with a prideful look, puffing out its scaled chest to show off. The action caused Izuku to laugh, happy to see the dragon free from the binds. He turns to the Alpha and rushes to give him a hug, nuzzling into his scent gland in his neck. He stopped once he realized what he was doing, blushing furiously. The blonde didn’t mind and welcomed it with open arms. He would much rather have moments like these, where the Omega is happy.

Lucia witnesses the action and only huffs, ‘Idiot...’ it thinks looking at the blonde who hasn’t made a move to courting this precious being. It stays quiet for the time being, only becoming a spectator in the showcasing of potential mates. ‘As long as the Chosen is happy, then I’m fine,’ it finalizes, accepting the blonde once more.

The small issue was resolved, instantly as it was explained what had happened. In the end, Sir Bakugou was still scolded by Lucia stating that it was his misteaching that led to those Betas to have such thoughts. With one smack on his head, the Duke was let go and Izuku promised to return once more as he was led out of the barn hand-in-hand with the Alpha’s.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

In the end, Lucia was the one who visited the Omega  often.  It would come by the human’s window to greet him in the mornings. They would sit and chat idly throughout the morning until Sir Bakugou arrived to lead Izuku for breakfast. The freckled beauty took note of the small rivalry between the two but was unsure what kind of rivalry it was. It seemed as if the blonde had spoken to the dragon once after they made up their friendship and since then, there was a tension between them. He could only hope that they weren’t fighting again.

The thing is, Izuku didn’t know that it was actually Lucia encouraging the blonde to properly court him. The night after they made up and the dragon was set free, it chose to meet with the Alpha to discuss his observations and disappointment.

“You mean to tell me, that you still haven’t even properly courted him and that you almost mated him when you entered a feral state? Are you crazy?!” the creature raised its voice, only for Katsuki to shush it.

“I didn’t mean to! The distress scent was so strong, I ended up losing it!” he hisses.

“That doesn’t answer why you haven’t been properly courting him, he doesn’t even know that you see him as a potential mate, that much was obvious without him saying words!” Lucia counters.

Katsuki pinches the bridge of his nose, he knew that he should have at least started to do something obvious or even talked to Izuku about it. But, knowing his condition, it was hard to say anything, “It’s complicated...”

Amber eyes stare into the flaming red eyes, “Does this have to do with those scars?” Lucia asks.

Katsuki looks away before returning his gaze back to the beast, “Don’t get upset when I tell you, alright?”

“Hah?! Who do you think I am?!” the dragon asks, offended.

The Alpha just gives an unamused look, “You act on impulse, like me, you’ll probably do the same thing when I tell you this, so promise me...” he releases some of embers to form a magic circle of promises to which the dragon responds with its own version, completing the promise seal.

So,  tell me,” it demands.

That night was spent filling in the gaps the being missed when the Duke left for the smaller kingdom. About Izuku’s past, his torture, his pain, and how Katsuki took him away from that to heal. By the end, Lucia said nothing and left, leaving the blonde to mull over his own thoughts. By the first rays of the next morning, the creature returns with a newly built plan on how to help Katsuki win the Omega’s heart. With an annoyed growl, the Alpha throws over his blanket and blasts the Dragon with his magic, doing no damage.

This is how they ended up following the creature’s intricate plan to help the blonde with his constipated feelings. And, oh, did the creature look like it was enjoying itself, watching the Alpha fail to capture Izuku’s attention in one go. It would take a while, the dragon knew, but it is doing this for its friend and the Chosen, to create the happiness the Omega deserves.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The following days were torture for Katsuki. He knew listening to that ancient lizard was a mistake because the plan was a forgotten ritual, only seen in stories, there was no way Izuku would notice this type of courting.

Except, he did. And the disbelief the blonde Alpha was in when he saw that smug grin from Lucia was enough to prove that it was happening. Starting from the third day of the plan, Katsuki became more aggressive in his courting, feeding Izuku by hand and then taking him out for walks when he should be working. They even had the chance to meet some more comrades such as the house of Iida’s youngest son, Tenya, and his mate, Ochako. They both became very attached to the Omega the moment they saw him hide behind the Duke, realizing who he was based on Sir Aizawa’s message sent to them.

“You better take care of him, Bakugou,” Round Cheeks, as the blonde liked to call Ochako, scolded. Katsuki just rolled his eyes and grumbled, he knew what he was doing. It went unsaid when he saw the three get along once the Omega opened up, but the Alpha was happy that the freckled beauty got along with people around his age.

By sunset, they explored the quieting town, as they were preparing to close everything. It made it easier for Izuku to settle in without a crowd as he explored the stores, town center, and the orphanage. The last stop was what caught Izuku’s attention the most, having noticed the pups happily singing and dancing, ruby eyes examined the reaction from the Omega, studying the body language.

He clutched his empty womb and then his scars that he hides in his sleeves. The eyes that usually form tears were instead empty, devoid of their usual shine. In that instant, Katsuki approached Izuku and held him, cradling his head on his chest until the sad scent dissipated and became more neutral. Katsuki always enjoyed the sweet hints of pine and honey seeping through the Omega, the neutral tone of pine always calmed him. So, he would release his scent, something very rare for him to do, and calm the smaller man.

It always felt right to calm the Omega down whenever they were upset. It was moments when he believed it was his fault where Katsuki tends to struggle, but he learned something about Izuku, he has a bleeding heart that easily forgives. Even through all the pain, he had suffered through the years, this person was the kindest in all of the lands Katsuki conquered. Truly, a one-of-a-kind  person.

When they left the orphanage after donating some toys and money, they returned home. In the carriage, Izuku looked like he wanted to say something when he kept glancing at the Alpha then back at his trembling hands. The Omega still struggles to speak what he wants, thinking he has no place to say it.

“What do you want, Izuku?” Katsuki asks, holding back his usual grumble of annoyance. Around the green-haired man, he could never be too annoyed with him.

“U-Um,” he squeaks, the blonde tries to be very patient around Izuku, knowing he struggles with his words being that he was never allowed to speak, he hums in encouragement, “T-that p-place...” he mutters, a little hesitant to speak more.

“The orphanage? What about it?” the Alpha leans in to grab the Omega’s hand, following the advice from Lucia to increase the touches to coax the Omega to warm up to him.

He notices the tense shoulders relax immediately by his touch and Izuku breathes in, “I-I want t-to visit m-more,” his eyes refuse to meet Katsuki’s but a smile appears on the Alpha’s face, happy that the Omega is learning to ask for things.

“Alright, we’ll visit it more,” Katsuki gives a soft smile and Izuku’s emerald blaze in happiness when he looks up. The excitement was presented when he wraps his small arms around the blonde’s neck, nuzzling softly in his neck. Again, he realized what he was doing and gasped and immediately pushed away, to which Katsuki frowns. But seeing the embarrassed, flustered look on the Omega made him return his smirk, ‘Cute,’ is all he thinks about.

It was after that where Izuku seems to have noticed the continuous touches and light scenting. The meals together where Katsuki would feed the Omega some of the food on his plate or casual outings were now filled with a blushing Omega who would hide with a squeak, wrapping his arms around his reddened face.

Eventually, Katsuki took to teasing, playfully by getting closer to the freckled face or bringing his body closer when they would sit together. Izuku always looked like he would explode and it was the cutest thing. Many of the servants have also begun to notice the change in their Master’s demeanor. Being more playful and childish around the Omega and even bringing more smiles to those around them when the pair released calm and pleased pheromones.

Days turned to weeks when the blonde took to following the dragon’s plan. Lucia was updated every so often when Izuku would speak to it when it would come to visit. Its amber eyes always glinted at the Alpha whenever he would refuse to talk about the progress, already aware of how everything is going.

“I’m glad the Chosen is doing better,” it chuckles.

“Why the hell do you call him Chosen, anyway?” Katsuki growls, a bit annoyed that someone other than him gave a nickname to the Omega.

“Male Omegas are a sign of fertility and strength, you have chosen correctly,” Lucia sighs, “For an idiot...” it mutters loud enough for Katsuki to hear. He barks obscenities at the retreating dragon.

But Katsuki knew, this was a good chance for Izuku who has been through so much. He was finally breaking out of that cage he was forced in and the blonde can only hope the courting will finally free him.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Izuku was conflicted with the emotions bubbling inside of him. Lately, he felt different around Sir Bakugou from the small outings they have and the idle chatter they would privately have. More so, he noticed the small touches and close proximity of the Alpha and it always drove him insane. He actually loved it. The attention, the rare smiles, and the laughs, it was like he was allowed to be this greedy.

When he spoke to Lucia about it, the dragon said to take it. Every day they would get the chance to talk about how everything went with Izuku basically happily chirping everything he did and what new things he discovered. They would sit near the Omega’s window, with the small man sitting on the window sill, comfortably with pillows. The dragon would comment on the changes it noticed about Izuku.

It mentioned how the Omega’s complexion looks healthier and natural. Of course, it was because of Sir Bakugou’s sudden drive to hand feed the Omega and make sure he was getting proper exercise, especially with their walks. The dragon only laughs and suggests asking for more, Izuku immediately refuses, stating that it is already too much.

“It’s not enough,” the dragon sighs, “That idiot will literally get you anything, he has that much to spend, so don’t feel guilty,” it explains.

“B-But I’ll be a bother...” Izuku’s thoughts began to trail off when Lucia brought him back with a blow of hot air from its nostrils.

“You won’t be a bother, you never are,” the creature makes him face those burning eyes, “You are someone who deserves everything, you deserve to be spoiled, so ask for more.”

The words echo in Izuku’s head as he is lead to breakfast by the Alpha who came to pick him up as usual. He already thought asking to visit the orphanage more was a lot but the idea continues circling in his head, could he really ask for more?

The answer became obvious when he decided to test it on small objects, such as the herbs he saw when they visited the market. The next day there were boxes upon boxes of those herbs in storage, ready to be used by the Omega. It came as a surprise when he read all the benefits of them. Of course, the blonde was more than happy to allow Izuku to continue studying whatever he wanted, even carving out time to visit the library when he was free.

Izuku gained back his drive to make medicine with all the new herbs he has at his disposal and even created some concoctions of some extracurricular potions such as a mask for scents and some pain relievers, a new medicine that helps the injured relieve even the slightest of pains.

The blonde was mesmerized by Izuku’s inventions, praising him and happily gifting him some items for his accomplishment. In the months that came after, the Omega’s invention spread like wildfire. And eventually, his one request got turned into an infamous medication that helped many more.

Izuku was unaware of this, however, being too focused on his new ability to do better. It wasn’t until Sir Bakugou walked in with a serious face.

“We’ve been asked to present in front of the Emperor.”

Izuku’s world stopped, as he visibly paled.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

“Don’t worry, Izuku,” Katsuki consoles the hyperventilating man who is on his knees, in tears, “The Emperor just wants to greet you.”

The smell of herbs and medicine mask the air of the distressed Omega. The Alpha that barged into his space soothes him with his scent that whisks through the room from time to time. Izuku relaxes to the sound of the taller man’s breathing as he rests his head on his broad chest. He listens to the explanation that they will be going without much notice and that it will be like a regular outing.

The initial thoughts that ran through the Omega’s head disappear. Thoughts of being arrested and condemned for being a male Omega, being called useless, and having to be separated from the close friends he had made so far. All of those vanished when he felt a hand pet the top of his head as if there was magic that destroyed all the darkness that formed.

The purrs erupted froze the entire room, the petting stopped and with it, the purring halted. “S-Sorry,” Izuku says, flustered, and gets up from his position. Sir Bakugou seemed a bit stunned by the sound, probably not expecting something like that but then his face exploded into a bright scarlet hue.

“D-Don’t apologize,” he stuttered, “It’s fine if you liked it,” he mumbled, looking away.

Both men looked away from each other, both having their own internal warfare, but now Izuku was a lot calmer thanks to the Alpha. His mind was clear and the blonde even apologized for not explaining everything before. He left the green-haired man to finish whatever he was up to and promised to bring him to dinner to discuss more about the meeting.

Izuku was left to deal with the feelings he has been reacting to. The small touches still lingered on his hands; the sensitive skin that was touched by the man sent shivers down his spine. He loved the feeling of being held by the Duke, but he just couldn’t understand the feeling, he was conflicted. His mind ran in circles, believing he was nothing but a bother to Sir Bakugou.

No matter how many times he is told that he never a bother, Izuku just can’t get it out of his head. It is one of the reasons why he tries to bury himself in his work to avoid the feeling from growing more, but every time those pushed feelings came back stronger when the Alpha was around and would continue the small acts of whatever he is doing.

At dinner, Izuku listens to the Duke’s explanation of the casual meeting but states the titles that must be presented. Even though the Omega is aware of the many titles the Duke goes by, the Emperor is different. He prefers to be considered as a regular person when Sir Bakugou visits, preferably something like Uncle. According to the Alpha, the ‘Old Man’ thinks of him as a son even though he has his own family.

At that, Izuku wonders why the Duke’s parents don’t live with him, in this large estate. Ruby eyes peer at the Omega who seems to be wanting to ask about his family, and he just smirked. The emerald-eyed man turned into a blushing mess when he saw the smile plastered on the Alpha’s face, unable to speak up about his questions. But Sir Bakugou eventually answered, “My parents had enough of the capital and went on a ‘vacation’ as they would call it,” he chuckled.

The Alpha seems to get a kick out of teasing the Omega who would pout, adorably, when he would figure out it was all a joke. But these small snickers and moments always fill Izuku with a fluffy, tender feeling. It was like it was meant to be this way and he just never had the chance. After their meal, the Omega felt like he could handle the meeting and after some smaller talks on their night walk back to their rooms, Izuku felt comfortable enough to finally accept the invitation.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

By the next week, Izuku was getting dressed by some of the maids who delicately prepared an assortment of  Omegan  fashion styles to choose from. From loose fitted dresses to fancy suits that define every curve and accentuate every beauty of an Omega’s body. Being the ever shy and timid person, the green-haired man chose the simplest of outfits, but still looked too fancy for his tastes.

A shimmering emerald suit with lighter tinted pants and a blouse covered in intricate gold embroidery of leaves and petals along with a drape where the ends wrap around his elbows and flow behind him. The outfit is loose-fitting and the blouse was long enough to reach past his knees, embedding a more feminine look. He was forced to wear some small face paints that surround his eyes, he tried so hard to hold back his tears, and a bit of a paste that smeared his lips, bringing out the pinkish color. His hair was combed through and accented with some clips that match with the suit and put on a matching set of jewels around his neck. The deep green practically drowned those who looked at it. Putting on some gold heels, finally perfecting the training he was given with a mentor, he was walking out towards where the blonde Alpha who waited patiently.

When he stepped out, the Alpha was frozen in place, his usually serene face was replaced by one that Izuku could not describe as he walked down the steps, careful not to slip on the remaining ice that still lingers as the seasons change. The chilled winds still encompassed the skies, but thanks to the magic of the Duke, he was warm and content. By the time he reached down the last step, the blonde was still frozen, mouth agape and lost in thought. Many of the surrounding knights snickered at the foolery of their leader, while the Omega stands there confused, head tilted to the side.

“S-Sir...B-Bakugou?” he tries to gain the attention of the Duke with a small squeak in his voice. Sir Bakugou shakes his head free of his thoughts and just grunts. He offers his hand and guides Izuku to the awaiting carriage, prepared to take them to their destination. The entire ride there, the Omega happily viewed the outside from the windows and watched the townspeople happily prepare for the season change. The larger kingdom seems to respect all aspects of life and happily accepts changes when necessary, much different from the smaller kingdom.

Meanwhile, Katsuki was having a crisis. He knew that he was the one who ordered for the assortment of outfits to be presented to the Omega, but he had no idea that they would look absolutely stunning on him as much as it did. Quite frankly, if Izuku were to model for many of the Omega lines, many people would buy them because it looks that good on him.

He never really liked it when Omega’s wore a large number of face coverings to woo him but when it comes to this little one, he absolutely adored it. The simplistic look helped show off his large, rounded eyes and plump, kissable lips. The blonde hasn’t said a word because he was about to lose it, and was afraid he would say something out of line that may scare the Omega. All of his thoughts were about claiming and accepting Izuku as his mate. But he couldn’t do that, yet.

Izuku squirms as the Duke seems to be upset with him about something. For a while, he had noticed the intense glare coming from him and had no idea why. He wanted to ask, but it felt wrong. The Alpha had not even commented on his outfit and looks, probably because he looked disastrous in them. He had no idea why he felt this intense need to be accepted by the blonde, but he would have liked a comment on his appearance.

The smaller man wanted to wallow up and cry, again. He didn’t understand what he was feeling inside of him but the Alpha’s silence almost felt like a blade had stabbed him in the heart. He wanted the taller man to say something, anything, but nothing came out. Not even a scent of assurance. It was just a blank slate.

“We have arrived, Your Grace,” the coachman calls from the front. At this point, Izuku was numb, he felt disgusting and humiliated for choosing such an embarrassing outfit. It wasn’t until a calloused hand grabbed his scarred ones where he was free from those thoughts.

“I couldn’t come up with the words on the way here, but I really do think you’re beautiful,” a raspy voice whispers in his ear, with a small croon.

The green-haired man felt all the air leave his body and is left with a bubbling heat forming all over his body. He remembered the first words the Alpha ever spoke to him and could tell that it was the truth. It was happiness, that’s what Izuku is feeling right now.

Happiness.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The two men are led by a servant towards the garden. Sir Bakugou had let out his arm for Izuku to grab onto while they walk. The Omega was mesmerized by the sheer beauty of the surrounding building. Decorated stones that glowed a beautiful azure, vines decorate the pillars seemingly unaffected by the cold winter, and the kingdom’s signature, red and gold-lined carpet. The small man couldn’t help but feel excited to be in such a grand place but tried to be as discreet as possible.

The issue is that Katsuki saw everything, holding back his laughter to let the freckled man enjoy the view. One of the kingdom’s pride and joy is their decorum in their ancient buildings. The stones that decorate the walls are special as they hold a magic that acts as a protective barrier surrounding the kingdom. Pieces are sent to allies to be part of the protection, even the smallest of pieces holds large amounts of magic. The large kingdom prides itself in the ancient arts, to protect and conquer with the benefits.

Having strong powers means that the person is capable of protecting and fighting, it’s a ridiculous belief but it is something many believe. With the kingdom, however, people are not frowned upon for having minimal magical entity, rather they still uphold to the same level as those with them.

The Alpha had noticed the lack of magical energy within the Omega but pays no mind, he already is strong enough to protect him and himself. Izuku was special, that he knew better than anyone, and the fact that he now has many comrades ready to help him, he was definitely worth more than what his family believed him to be.

The blonde shakes his head, not wanting to remember the upcoming trials. There are two main reasons for this visit, one was to thank the Omega for his new discoveries, something Katsuki proudly presents to the kingdom. And the second was to discuss the upcoming trials. After months of identifying the criminals, they were moving on to the trials. The final piece to breaking Izuku’s chains that tie him down from his freedom.

They continue following the servant until they arrive in another room that is decorated with plants and flowers. Immediately, Izuku is absorbed in looking through the variety, even going off on his own when he unhooks his arms from the Alpha. He did not notice the pout that appeared on the taller man, already running off to observe some of the plant species. In the center of the area was a seating arrangement that adorned various sweets that the green-aired Omega couldn’t even name. Sir Bakugou followed behind him as he curiously looked at the table, observing all the various treats. He hears a deep chuckle that catches his attention and turns around to be met with a darker-haired blonde much taller than the Duke and vibrant ocean blue eyes.

“I see you are a curious one,” he says, his voice was profound, and his scent was as rich as the summer’s breeze, with a hint of saltiness, an Alpha. Izuku couldn’t identify exactly what he was smelling, but the scent was all the more soothing. When the Omega finished observing, he noticed that the younger Alpha was bowing, something he had never seen, but realized that this was His Majesty, the Emperor.

“A-Ah!” he quickly bowed, “I-I’m s-sorry,” he squeaks, and was about to apologize only to be interrupted by a large hand on his head.

“Relax, my boy,” the voice said, he was being calmed by the Emperor, how pathetic, “I do not prefer to be addressed as such when I am meeting with the person who has helped my kingdom in so many ways.”

Shocked, Izuku raises his head, he sheepishly tilts his head, giving a questionable look Sir Bakugou, but he only smirks. The Emperor motions for the two to sit, Izuku opting to be closer to the younger Alpha, still a bit startled to be in the presence of the ruler of a very powerful kingdom. He only smiled more when he noticed Izuku hiding behind the Duke’s arm, clinging onto his sleeve.

Katsuki was struggling not to lose his composure, especially in front of the man he respects. But the way the Omega was reacting was adorable. Even Emperor Yagi noticed why the blonde had taken a liking to him.

“Well, I finally have met the person who has done so much for the kingdom, I would like to formally thank you, Izuku,” the old man says, snapping his fingers and in an instant, a ball of light slithers around him and reveals a small box. Emerald eyes peer through his hiding spot and notices that the Ruler is offering a gift. His meaty hands practically consume the gift, hiding its beautiful decorum of silver ribbon and red jewels.

“I bestow upon you the stone of protection, young Omega,” he offers the box to the two men, waiting for small hands to grab them. Nervously, Izuku reaches out for the gift, trying to control his trembling. He glances at Sir Bakugou for confirmation and he nods his head, encouraging him to take it.

When the green-haired man finally holds the wrapped present, a mixture of red and blue eyes looks at him expectantly to open it. He licks his lips, feeling like they are chapped, and lifts the lid. A bright light blinds his view, but once he recovers, he is met with the brightest green gem. Tied to it is a chain, making it a necklace. The Omega looks between the bestowal and the two Alphas, confused as to why he was given this.

The ash-blonde Duke clears his throat, immediately understanding that Izuku was unaware of magical artifacts, “That is a protective and healing stone.”

The Omega nods, “B-But--”

“You don’t have to have the magic to summon its benefits, it automatically recognizes the owner and provides its abilities,” the Duke interrupts, smiling proudly, “It’s very powerful, Izuku. Congratulations.”

The Omega was speechless, he looked at the Emperor with glassy eyes and bowed, showing his appreciation. He feels a hand on his shoulder and looks up to see the older Alpha smile, “I am glad that my boy found you,” he leans in to whisper something, “Please make him happy, as well.”

It was clear that the other Alpha is not meant to hear it, but Izuku only gives a peep. He had no idea what the Ruler had meant about making the Duke happy, but it seemed that he cares very much about Sir Bakugou. He smiles and nods, while the other Alpha looks on with confusion, growling when he tries to figure out what was said, only for the Omega and the older Alpha to laugh.

Katsuki relents, deciding to ignore whatever was said, and looks at the bright gem. “Izuku, do you want to put it on?” he asks, a little quiet but the Omega hears and looks down on the artifact. He nods and the blonde offers his hand. Izuku removed the other necklace, exposing his delicate pale skin, Katsuki had to hold back his Alpha from losing it and wrapped the chain around the neck and locking it on the Omega’s nape. The two men were lost in their own world as the freckled man smiled up at the Alpha and gave a gratuitous smile. They were immediately interrupted by the Emperor, who cleared his throat.

“Well, Izuku, my boy,” the Monarch says, “I hear that you are very much interested in plants,” Izuku’s eyes shined brightly, chirping when he was told that there were more wildlife species in another room. The Ruler had called for a servant to lead him to the next room. He looked between the Duke and King and wondered if they were coming. Both had said that they needed to discuss something else, nothing as important, but was private.

Respecting the two high-ranking official’s wishes, Izuku was led away.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

When Izuku was out of sight, ruby eyes turn to serious blue ones. “I understand, now, why I was warned to tread carefully around the boy,” the older man says, his voice was no longer soft, but more commanding, “Katsuki, the trials...I fear that Izuku may have to do more than what you think.”

The Duke looks away for a bit before returning his gaze, “The Midoriya’s refuse to give in, even after I threatened them?”

The Ruler sighs, indicating the answer, “There’s only one way to go about it...”

Instantly, Katsuki understood. Looking down at his hands, recalling the soft flesh of the Omega and the bright smile, he gives a sad look. The blonde sighed, realizing how much it will hurt to see it happening, but there was no other option.

“Fine,” he agrees, “But you have to give me time,” he looks at the Emperor, who gives a sad smile, tears filling in his eyes.

“Whatever you need to do,” he finally says, “For his freedom, he must overcome this.”

Katsuki grits his teeth. It is the only way.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Izuku excitedly explores the new room he was brought in. Jumping from plant to plant, identifying them. He asked for some pieces of parchment and a quill to write everything down. There were so many plants that he had yet to learn about, but thankfully the servant that helped him out was knowledgeable about each one, providing the necessary information about each one. The Omega knew what to do with each one if he could get samples, but was too shy to ask. Maybe he can ask Sir Bakugou if it was possible.

After what felt like hours of exploration, a familiar sweet, smokey scent fills the room indicating the Duke had arrived. When emerald eyes looked up, the man had an unfamiliar look. His face looked as if it was contemplating something, his eyes distant and a silence fell over them. Instead of saying anything, large arms wrapped around Izuku’s small frame, and he was pulled into the broad chest of the divine smelling Alpha.

The freckled man flushed, his face turning a scarlet hue. The musk of the Alpha before him was stronger, it made him want to melt in the embrace. This is one of the moments where Izuku was touched in such an intimate way since the other incident. It had been a while since Sir Bakugou had brought him this close and the Omega’s brain malfunctioned. He couldn’t tell what he was going through but it felt nice, the body was warm and fragrant, his muscles relaxed into the chest. His eyes flutter shut, listening to the soothing heartbeat and small croons.

The next thing Izuku knew, he was in the carriage, the sun setting down as it got darker. When he opened his eyes, he was met with fiery red eyes that pierce through his very core, sending a wave of pulsing heat through him. The blonde’s stature was tense, his head was resting on his knuckles as he leans on the window and stares directly at the Omega. It seemed as if he was deep in thought, something Izuku noticed since he finished meeting with the Emperor. Maybe, something they discussed was still lingering on his mind.

The green-haired man had always wanted to repay the Duke for his kindness in some way. He had always wanted to do something for the man, but could never figure out how. This might be his chance to finally do something for him, but the question what and how?

“Hmm, you want to repay that fool?” the Great Beast hums, slightly smirking.

Izuku decided that his best option to figuring out what to do is to ask Lucia. The creature is the only one that knows the man well enough to give some kind of idea. So, when they returned, the Omega had asked for the dragon’s audience to ask.

“U-Um,” out of habit, Izuku wrings his shirt whenever he was nervous, “I a-always wanted t-to  th -thank him in some w-way and he s-seems to be t-troubled a-about something, s-so...”

A rumbling sound echoes through the quiet field in the dark, as Lucia thinks through the options. “On one hand, he would enjoy anything /you/ give him, anything you are willing to give, he will be happy,” it says, emphasizing just how important the Omega is to the Alpha, “On the other hand, I think he is just an idiot and will literally wag his tail if you just touch him.”

The human tilts his head in confusion at the second statement but decides to ignore it, “So, like a gift?”

Lucia sighs, shaking its head before looking back at the confused man, “...Yes, a gift works, anything you give him, he will treasure,” its eyes glint and smirks, “Also, if you scent it, it will be even better.”

Izuku froze. Scenting gifts, he recalled, is a form of courting or a form of accepting the courting. The Omega had no idea what was going through the dragon’s head, but there was no way that the Alpha was ever courting him nor was he interested in the blonde in /that/ way.

At least, that’s what he thinks. Lately, he has been unsure of himself. He had noticed that the Duke was getting closer and gifting him more things. In the recent months, it only got stronger, Izuku was starting to instinctively enjoy any gift he receives from the man and accept his subtle scenting. It was almost as if—Izuku squeaks and hides his face in realization.

“L-L-LUCIA!!” he yelps, causing the beast to be on high alert, “H-H-HE'S B-B-BEEN--” He couldn’t bring himself to say it so the dragon finishes it for him.

“He’s been courting you since the day I got upset,” it smirks, seemingly happy at the progress the Omega had made.

The green-haired man turned absolutely red, hiding his face deeper in his arms, his entire mind recalls all the small moments and even what happened earlier today. It was all catching up to him and he was about to explode. How  come  he never noticed?!

Amber eyes observe the Omega’s reactions, looking amused. It was happy that the Chosen had finally realized what was going on but had no idea how to handle this truth. The creature wondered what it can do to help the poor thing, but as it was about to speak, the human spoke instead.

“O-Okay,” he took a deep breath in, “I w-will think o-of s-something,” Izuku says, his eyes lighting up in determination.

Lucia’s eyes widen in surprise, it would have never expected the Chosen to be this accepting of the fact that was told to him. Then again, something it has learned over the few months of talking with the man was that he was not as weak as many had pinned him to be. Yes, he has had many issues, but he still decided to live and in of itself was proof of his strength.

With one final grin, the beast bids a bit of good luck and leaves, feeling a sudden call nearby to the blonde. Meanwhile, Izuku is left to his own devices in coming up with a gift.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

By the next morning, emerald eyes flutter open to the shining rays of the sun. It was late, he knew, for he stayed up later than usual trying to come up with a gift. He had decided to send a letter to his new friend, Lady Ochako, hoping she could help in deciding a gift. Quickly sending the letter, he settles to his usual routine, of bathing and dressing himself up. Aag  also awakens and finds his place on the Omega’s shoulder as the green-haired man leaves his room to head to the research room.

Dressed in black slacks, white button-up and a green coat, the Omega truly represented what a male noble Omega looked like, but he did not notice. Instead, his focus was geared towards his problem in finding the perfect gift for the Alpha that has been on his mind since the day they met. He was determined to make the blonde a little less stressed from whatever he had been thinking about since they returned.

A few days had gone by since he sent the letter and a reply arrived one morning. The Lady had accepted the invitation to go shopping when there was barely any crowd. Of course, the Omega was happy but he also knew to keep silent about it. He did not want Sir Bakugou to know and had only informed him of his recent ideas and findings since visiting the castle.

He had noticed that their interactions had been less since they returned, any time the Alpha saw Izuku, he would always give a sad look as if he was going to do something he regretted. Of course, Izuku knew the man was not like that, and so, he prepares for another day until he was set to meet with Lady Ochako.

It was time to repay the Alpha and hope he smiles, once more.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

“Izu- kun , I’m so happy to accompany you,” the bubbly Omega happily says. Lady Ochako looked excited to help out Izuku and he was fine with it. They had chosen closer to the morning just when shops were beginning to fill to help choose a gift.

They are currently riding in the Lady’s carriage towards their destination in the main square. The Omegas woke up extremely early to get a head start. Izuku had notified Sir Bakugou of his previous arrangement with the Lady and he allowed it. He seemed a bit zoned out when he agreed and hoped Sir Aizawa mentioned the meeting as a reminder. He knew the Alpha would send people after him if he wasn’t well-informed.

When they arrived at the town square, Izuku’s peripherals were met with stalls just setting up and stores opening. Even as the sun was just rising, everyone looked happy and cheery. The Omega wanted to look around, so many new things to explore but before he could wander off, he was pulled away. The auburn-haired Lady immediately grabbed Izuku’s arm and pulled him into one of the stores.

Gems, jewels, and stones are introduced before Izuku. He had never seen such beautiful crystals before, not even in his time when he explored the mountain. There was a large variety of glowing amethyst, quartz, and sapphires.

Lady Ochako giggled as she watches the male Omega take in the view, “This store is very popular among Omegas,” she said.

“O-Oh? Why  i -is that?” the emerald-eyed man asks, as he reaches for a beautiful flame crystal.

The auburn-haired Lady eyes the man who smiles as he examines the artifact in his hand before speaking, “It is rumored that this store has a special magical force that leads a person to find the perfect gift for the one they love.”

Freckled hands freeze, “I-Is t-that so?” it was clear in the small squeak in his voice that he was nervous.

The young Lady smiles, “Of course, it is how I was able to snatch my mate from the others.” As she says that, it almost felt like she released a threatening aura as that was said. Izuku sweats when the aura became bright again, “Well, he’s mine now, anyway.”

“Y-Yes, o-of course,” the male Omega, nervously replied, noting never to upset Lady Ochako.

“Shall we move on?” she returned the soft, bubbly smile like nothing ever happened. But they continued to explore more of the store. Nothing seemed to have caught Izuku’s eye until one of the workers approached them.

“How is everything, today?” the Beta woman asked, a soft smile plastered on her face.

“Yes! We are looking for a courting gift! Maybe you can help us with finding something more special?” Lady Ochako responds, “Of course, this is for this one right here,” she nudges Izuku to the worker who smiles, brightly.

“Of course! Please wait here!” she hurries to the back room, leaving the two Nobles to their own devices. After a few moments, the lady returns with large amounts of boxes, with some trailing behind her with some levitation magic. Dropping it right in front of the two awaiting Omegas, she happily explains each one, none of them really intriguing the green-haired man. Each box that was opened was a mystery yet never caught his eyes.

It wasn’t until one of the last remaining boxes were opened where Izuku suddenly felt a rush of emotions. In front of him, a black stone decorated in a burning red was presented to him. It was large and glowed when he touched, the warmth felt like a passionate flame that filled his chest with intense emotions, feeling like he could do anything.

Lady Ochako and the worker watched with amazement. For the first time ever, the rarest stone had responded to someone, engulfing them in their powerful magic. It had chosen him.

“The Bloodstone...” the Beta muttered and smiled brightly, “Sir! I can have that stone ready for you in any form you wish, be it a bracelet or necklace, anything!” she said,  hurriedly .

Overwhelmed, Izuku could not think straight with the sudden burst of requests and what just occurred. He stuttered and mumbled until the other Noble intervened and brought out an artifact she had in her purse, an empty brooch for Dukes of high caliber. The employee gasped but nodded, while the flustered Omega gave a thankful nod.

“W-What w-was t-that?” he asked.

Lady Ochako smiled, “Something Duke Bakugou will really love!”

After a few moments, the artisan returned with the stone beautifully polished into the brooch. The clear swirl of red mixed with the black accentuated the white ribbon surrounding the entire piece.

“Bloodstones are a sign of strength, courage, healing, and self-esteem,” the employee happily, says, “Whoever this person is, you must really cherish them,” her soft look made Izuku gulp. He knew how much the blonde Alpha meant to him, he only nodded and gave a pathetic thank you before taking the gift and wrapping it in the box he had chosen ahead of time. The female Omega helped with the payment and they were on their way.

By the time they had exited the building, the square was now starting to fill with more people, and Izuku’s nerves were getting worse as time passed by, but he tried to keep up with everything. The auburn-haired Noble grabbed the Omega, stabilizing him and rushing to their carriage. They were stopped by a sudden forming crowd where the news tends to spread. Many of the people seemed to be interested in the news, but the Omegas ignored it and ran towards the coachman who had already bought the newspaper. Emerald eyes took one glance and saw the title, “Noble Family pleading ‘Not Guilty’ to Crimes declared by Duke”.

The green-haired man’s mind was running a mile a minute as he sits in the carriage. Lady Ochako noticed his distress even with his newly invented blockers and soothed him with her pheromones. He gives a whine of appreciation and looks at the gift box. He took a deep breath and lightly scented the gift and happily chirped. His soothing moment is knowing that his gift will ease the Duke’s stress.

Izuku suspected that the Noble Family that refused to give in would be his own. They are stubborn perfectionists by nature and continuously put-up fights until they win. It was no wonder why the Alpha seemed stressed since his return from his talk with the Emperor. The Omega almost wants to giggle at how caring the blonde is over him. He’s always been watching over Izuku since the day they met, it should have been obvious to the Omega that he was trying to court him, but he was so frightened by his own past that he failed to notice.

Since contacting with the Bloodstone, Izuku felt like he was capable of doing anything. The flowing light that surged within him was taking over his frightened personality and morphed him into the person many had hoped he’d become. Opening the gift once more, emerald eyes glaze over the beauty of the stone.

He knew that it was time to overcome the shadows that consume him.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Katsuki awoke in the morning to a message that Izuku had gone out with Round Cheeks. Surprised, he asked where they had gone so early but got no answer. He huffed and got ready for the day and had breakfast on his own. Ever since the Omega started living here, the blonde’s days were never as boring anymore. Now that he was alone, he never noticed how empty it truly was.

He had kept track of the many times he was not as attentive as he should’ve been around Izuku, blaming his own weak heart for ignoring him. He had spoken to Lucia about the Emperor's request and was told to tell him before he found out a different way.

Today would be the day the news would release about the trial and he hoped to tell the Omega about the trial today. In an instant, the Duke shot up from his chair, utensils clattering onto the floor when he had come to the realization, Izuku had gone with Lady Ochako and he might find out the news from them.

Quickly stomping out from the dining area, he rushed down the halls and ordered for the carriage to be brought to the front. As he exited the building, he sees the Tenya Nobility’s carriage. Stepping out from the navy vehicle was none other than Izuku, who held a small  package.  He looked calm, yet something changed about him, almost like he had conquered something. His sweet smile was evident on his freckled face, yet there was something more to it. Something ethereal about him.

“Ah, Sir Bakugou!” the Omega called out as he hopped off the steps and ran up to meet with the Alpha, “I’m g-glad to see y-you, I have a f-feeling we n-need t-to talk,” he smiled.

For some odd reason, Katsuki felt a sense of dread churning in him as he glanced over to Round Cheeks who just shook her head and shrugged. She bowed politely and ordered the coachman to leave. Now, it was just Katsuki and Izuku.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

There they were, in the tea room, filling with an elegant blue and white decorum with fresh flowers between them on the table. Katsuki nervously glances at the Omega across from him, who calmly takes a sip of his tea. This major change happened on his outing; the blonde can feel it. He clenches his fists, to the point the knuckles become white. What is going on?

“Sir Bakugou,” Izuku says, placing his tea down, “Do y-you have a-anything t-to say to me?” his stutter is absolutely adorable, but his eyes tell Katsuki that he’s serious. It seems that he most definitely held this off for too long and it makes him feel pathetic.

Taking a gulp of air, his Adam’s Apple bobbing as he carefully comes up with what to say. He never thought that this kind of subject would be intimidating, but he is courting the green-haired beauty and this was important to discuss.

“There’s going to be a trial...” ruby eyes glanced at the awaiting male who nodded to continue, “It will be against your fam—no, those monsters that abandoned you,” he grits his teeth thinking about all that was reported to him and what he had seen, he hoped things would have gone smoothly, but this family is more stubborn than he thought.

His thoughts were interrupted with an angelic giggle. When the blonde looks up, he sees the Omega laughing, with the brightest smile he had ever seen from him. His lips curved perfectly, noting the dimples that appeared on his face, his freckles shined brilliantly under the afternoon sun, and he was practically glowing.

Katsuki was dumbfounded. He had thought that Izuku would be upset, freak-out, or even cry until his scent became unbearable but he just burst into fits of laughter. He watched on as the Omega entertained himself until he calmed down, wiping some stray tears that threatened to spill with his sudden outburst.

“I-I ap-apologize, Y-Your Grace,” he chuckled, “I-I just c-came to r-realize h-how much I l-love it when y-you l-look o-out f-for me.”

At that, the Alpha’s heart soared. It was the first time that Izuku had noticed his advances and responded to them. He hadn’t expected the beauty to look this confident about the trial, though.

“D-Did you know?” Katsuki wanted to stab himself for being so pathetic right now.

The Omega smiled, “I r-recently figured I-it out, just as we w-were l-leaving the plaza,” he sighed, “I-I know m-my f-family better than a-anyone, S-Sir. They w-will always p-put up a f-fight u-until the end,” he said, clenching his fist.

“But, do you know what that means? You have to stand against them, meaning face them...” the blonde explains. Surprisingly, the Omega was calm, collected. He flinched slightly, but he straightened his face, looking directly at the Alpha.

“B-But you’ll be th-there, right?” he asks, his eyes gleaming with interest.

Katsuki’s face flushed a pink hue, unable to contain his attraction to how adorable Izuku looked with those large, emerald doe-eyes. He clears his throat, “Y-Yes, I have to be there because this is originally a trial against me, but I need you to be my witness. As you said, you know your family better than anyone, only you can help me,” he gets up and walks over to the freckled beauty and kneels down nearby him, “Will you help me?” he gives a soft smile, holding a scarred hand.

Emerald eyes widened and a gorgeous tinge of red appears on the Omega’s complexion, “Y-Yes,” he covers his face with his other hand, trying to hide his captivating, flustered face. Katsuki chuckles, raising a hand to pet the fluffy green curls, enjoying how soft they had become. Izuku pouts, looking up at the Alpha before remembering something.

“O-Oh right, I have s-something for y-you,” he says, nervousness taking over. He pats the area beside him, motioning the blonde to sit nearby him. Katsuki gives a questionable looked but obediently sat down, enjoying the intimate proximity but holds back his happy rumbles. He watches the Omega reach out beside him to grab a small gift box which he failed to notice.

Ruby eyes widened when they saw the small box and reached to hold it. A hint of the Omega’s scent encompasses the gift and immediately Katsuki looks right up to Izuku. The freckled man nervously squirmed in his seat, refusing to look at the blonde. It was a courting  gift;  the Omega had returned the favor.

“Y-You knew?” Katsuki asked, eagerly opening up the lid, eying Izuku’s small nod before eagerly opening up the present. It was a Duke’s tie, a symbol gifted by their Omega’s with a gem of their choosing. Even more shockingly, this Omega had picked a Bloodstone, a rare crystal that picks its bearers. It’s no wonder why Izuku’s demeanor changed completely, it had picked him as a carrier of its power and abilities. The blonde Alpha smirked, “You’re so special, Izuku,” he says, taking the tie and replacing the older one. The stone fit his red attire; the Omega chose well. His happiness was uncontainable that his happy pheromones exploded all throughout the room.

The green-haired man turned to the taller man only to be brought into a warm embrace, the smell of sweet and spicy filling his nostrils. The Duke always smelled pleasant, everything about the man was soothing and elegant, it always brought a peace of mind to the darkness inside Izuku. They pull away and the blonde gives another handsome smile, his piercing eyes lighting a burning flame within the Omega’s insides.

“Midoriya Izuku,” the enticing rasp in the Alpha’s voice captures Izuku’s attention, “Do you accept being my Omega?”

How could he not accept? The man had been courting him for a while and had shown his interest way before. How could Izuku not take the hand that is being offered to him once more? The same hand that saved him, that protects him, and that appeases him.

Izuku reaches for the hand that lays splayed out for him, his scarred fingers gripping to the calloused ones. Ruby eyes stare into emerald ones as Izuku’s hand is brought up to the Alpha’s lips, a small peck on his knuckles caused a burst of warmth to fill the Omega’s heart.

“I accept,” Izuku says without a stutter.

Chapter Text

A week had passed and Izuku was preparing for the trial which is to be held in two more days. Since he accepted the courting, Sir Bakugou—no—Kacchan, as he asked to be called, was more forward with his affections. Constantly scenting the Omega, giving him many gifts, and even adamant about feeding the smaller man with a face of devotion. There was no instance in which the Alpha would leave the other unattended. It was especially so since they had agreed to go over the possible trial arguments, arranging for the worst and what steps would need to be taken if anything happened.

Izuku is just a witness to the actions of the family, he is also the evidence of the violence that they have caused him. The continuous talks may have triggered something once more. Some nights, the freckled man would awake in a cold sweat from nightmares. Sometimes, he would be lulled back into sleep with the heavily scented items given by his Alpha. Other times he would keep awake, frightened of the oncoming events. Aag would be right by his side in an instant, warming him up and purring until Izuku went back to bed. Of course, the blonde was not told of these nightmares as Izuku feared the possible actions the man might take, furthering his burdens.

“What’s the matter?” Kacchan asked the Omega when he accidentally ignored what was being said in the discussion, his face giving away his exhaustion. The taller man’s face was close, his red eyes practically drowning Izuku in the Red Sea, his breath was close which made him flush pink.

“N-Nothing,” Izuku lied, looking away, unable to look at the Alpha to state his concerns.

There was no point in hiding it, however. The smaller man was quick to learn that Lucia acted as a two-way messenger who would report anything causing Izuku stress to Kacchan and vice versa. The beast was practically enjoying the show they continued to put up because they refused to speak their minds to the other.

“Izuku...” the Alpha scolded. The Omega internally clicked his tongue and bit the inside of his cheek, trying to come up with the right words, only for calloused fingers to lift his chin to face the blonde, “Don’t hide anything from me, please.”

The sad look the Alpha gave practically broke Izuku giving in to his stubbornness, “I-I have been...h-having n-nightmares...” he sighed, fluttering his eyes closed.

Kacchan stayed silent, waiting for more context. Izuku took a deep breath before continuing, “T-The trial is n-near a-and I-I've been t-trying to a-avoid g-giv-giving you a h-harder t-time with my p-problems,” he sucked in the tears that were threatening to fall, “I-I keep f-fearing t-that they will c-come a-after me...”

A hand touched the top of his head as he silently contemplated if he should have said anything. The silence was absolutely terrifying as the truth probably made the Alpha worried about Izuku’s weakness. Waves of scenarios surged through the Omega’s head, screaming at him at how pathetic he is to bother his Alpha.

“It’s going to be alright,” the raspy voice breaks through all the thoughts, making Izuku look up with his bright emerald eyes shimmering in the sun’s rays. The Duke was standing tall, a confident smirk decorating his handsome face, “It’ll be alright because I’m there, Izuku.”

Suddenly, the rest of the world vanished and it felt like it was just the Omega and his Alpha. Izuku is stunned into complete silence as he stares at the proud man who looks at him with love and respect. His heartbeats reach his ears, deafening everything else, it was only Kacchan in front of him. That’s all he can see and that’s all he wants.

A smile forms on those plush lips as he accepts the answer he was given. The amount of confidence and determination the blonde emanates was more than enough for Izuku to blush and happily say, “Yes!”

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The meeting ended around lunchtime and the Duke and Omega walked towards the canopy in the garden. Because the weather was getting warmer and pleasant, the two decided to have a quiet meal surrounded by beautiful red amaryllis and bay trees all over.

According to the many books that Kacchan brought to Izuku, Amaryllis means pride while Bay Trees mean glory. When spring first arrives and the soil is soft enough, they are planted to signify the amassed Dukedom and their history. One of the reasons why the Bakugous are extremely confident is because of their pride, it is what drives others to do better and to keep going.

The forest-haired Omega looked at his surroundings in wonderment, enjoying the artistry that was interictally made to please the eyes of those who came into the garden. The atmosphere brought a sense of tranquility and stability to one’s mind. All the negativity that Izuku had once felt dissipated within the fresh air. The two men sit under the decorated marquee with an array of small meals in the center table as they enjoy the view of the oasis.

Izuku’s eyes flutter shut, listening to the sound of the wind and the small chirps of some birds that have come out of hibernation in search of food. Aag casually munches on some sandwiches that were displayed, croaking in delight.

As the Omega listens and smiles, ruby eyes stare towards the glistening beauty that carelessly closed their eyes. He takes in the view of the speckled dots on his pale skin, the growing muscle curving his pristine body, and the tufts of curls that cascade in the wind under the bonnet that wraps around the smaller man’s head. The sheer delicacy that is the freckled Omega is what makes Katsuki feel so grateful for all he has done. This person who has chosen to become his Mate is truly a work of art that he hopes he would be able to free from the clutches of his past.

As they enjoy their meal in the sun, the young Alpha teases and laughs alongside his Chosen as they happily enjoy their time together. He hoped this brought the man ease from all the tension that he has been going through, to help him alleviate anything that threatens to harm his current state of bliss.

From time to time, Katsuki’s eyes would shift to the lavish lips that seem to tease him with every lick or pout Izuku would give. It didn’t help that since the Omega accepted the courting, he was getting berated by Lucia to make a move to some form of intimacy other than scenting. But the man had shown little knowledge of what accepting a courting meant, he was only following his instincts and whatever he had read in books but even then, there was this lingering sense of want and need to do  something .

Katsuki’s inner Alpha howls at him to go for the kiss, not satisfied with just a simple scenting. It had become even more insistent as the Omega showed signs of distress and constant worry. There were only two more days before the trial and it seemed that all the forces surrounding the Alpha were calling for him to make a move that would solidify his position as someone capable of calming his Omega.

Seeing this precious person under the daylight, encompassed by the flowers and plants representing his Dukedom made him want to hug him, kiss, and stay like this forever. The Omega that merrily chirped and beamed at everything around him made it all worth it. Slowly, Katsuki’s body moved closer. Each stride was welcomed with open arms from the Omega as he continued to smile at everything else.

His attention was brought back to the Alpha as their faces closed in, a breath fanning over his pink lips. Suddenly, Izuku’s mind goes completely blank, unable to register what was going on. He could only feel his heartbeat racing once more and his Omega purring to accept what was about to happen.

“May I?” the whispered breath rouses, clicking the pieces together as he nods slightly and is pulled into the broad body of the blonde and feels a sudden warmth on his lips. Before he knew it, the Omega’s emerald eyes fluttered shut, enjoying the heat of the embrace.

‘A passionate kiss,’ Izuku recalls.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

“Calling forth the prisoners and prosecution to present themselves to the Emperor,” a crowd of knights surrounds the chained up fallen nobles. They were covered in soot and grime from the dungeons but they held their head high. For Betas, they were quite prideful and refused to back down.

From the other side, the doors had not yet opened for where the Prosecution was to enter from. The slight opening reveals sparkling green jewel orbs, peeking through to get a view of the courtroom. The owner of those jewels nervously whines as he sees the criminals walk in and take a seat.

“Izuku...” a voice calls to his attention. When he turns, he sees worrying red eyes. A gloved hand caresses his freckled cheek, pushing a green curl behind his ear, “It’s okay, I’m right here,” the soft voice of his Alpha soothed him.

Part of the plan was to make sure that the Omega does not suffer any more than he has to. Being a witness and evidence, he has the possibility of becoming a victim of verbal abuse from the family. Katsuki was already determined to not let him suffer any more than he has to.

It is one of the reasons why Izuku was adorning a special outfit, designed by the best designers in the kingdom. A simple light blue dress with a small matching hat that has a veil attached. It was thick enough for him to see through it but others could not see his face. Of course, this was all part of the plan to make sure the freckled man is protected from attack and possible feral behavior coming from the family.

In a recent investigation, it was clear that the group of Betas had become very stubborn and the dungeons may have turned them animalistic, growling, and hissing. The usage of magic has kept them tame in the courtroom, especially since the Emperor will be present. Of course, Izuku was required to wear the blockers he invented as to not let his scent seep through, possibly breaking the spell that was cast on the criminals.

To hide his identity further, gloves covered the scars that decorate the Omega’s hands. The blonde holds the small hands and lifts the veil slightly to give another kiss to his intended mate.

“I’m here,” he whispered, once more.

Since their first kiss together, their intimacy became more apparent, touching and kissing became normal for them and Izuku was stiff, at first, but the past two days of continuous touches and lips on lips made him melt into it. Whenever he would tense up, the Alpha’s warmth and presence immediately brought tranquility.

Izuku whimpered when they separated, pleading for more. No matter how adorable he looked with those wide eyes, Katsuki had to stay strong and chuckled instead, “Not now,” he breathed, giving one more teasing peck on those pouting lips before scenting him heavily masking any lingering scents.

Katsuki is called by one of the knights and he gives one confident, assuring grin back at his Omega who watches on with worry. The doors open and he straightens himself out and walks in clad in his Noble outfit and the gleaming Bloodstone gem given by his love.

Izuku was left behind, waiting outside until he is called in.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

The audience is filled with the townspeople and the Nobles watch from above. Blue eyes gleam right at the blonde who enters with a stride in his step. His lips slightly curve upwards, watching the person he had long since considered his own son, stand tall without a hint of worry. The people watch on, unamused as they already bet on who would win this silly farce.

The reason it was worth the watch is to show off the pride of the kingdom that held their head high when challenged. Seeing the Duke lessened the tension that was formed in the room.

Halting at the table presented to him across from the Beta criminals, he takes his seat, followed by everyone else who stood out of respect. The Alpha made his presence known and he could see the slight trembling coming from the disgraced Nobles that still try to put up a fight.

“We may begin the trial,” the chosen plaintiff announces, taking his spot next to the Ruler, who makes the final statement.

In an instant, Midoriya Hisashi takes the stage, “This man,” he points towards the blonde, who gives a bored look, “Has ridiculed our family and destroyed our home over a made-up person,” he barks out his lies. It was clear that he had never experienced a trial before based on his behavior. Not once had he addressed the Emperor, his dull eyes glaring only in the burning red ones.

Both, the Duke and Emperor, wanted to snarl but held back and let him continue.

“Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to your home burning and panic as everywhere, you lost everything in a single night, all because you were accused of a crime you never committed!” he pants heavily, his growling getting louder with every word he exclaims, “We were supposed to be your supporters and we were betrayed in an instant, why? Because of this damn demon who has you all tricked that he is a good person!”

The onlookers watched in silence. Seeing how ridiculous the man looked, pointing a finger towards one of the most respected people in the kingdom. The Beta’s eyes widened, noticing the lack of reactions. He growled and sat down as he bit his fingers while his wife soothed him, whispering encouragements to keep going.

The blonde Alpha observed their behavior and noted their malicious glances at him. He sighed and determined it was his time to speak. When he stood from his chair, he could hear the whispers of encouragement from the people he had promised to protect. From the corner of his eye, he could see the Nobles he had befriended over the years give burning looks that told him to ‘knock them down'.

With grace and poise, the man began his rebuttal, “It seems that...” he paused, taking one more glance at the convicts, giving a look of disgust before continuing, “Your memory is fucking broken.”

The small giggles erupting in the room were granted for that rough language is normal for the Duke. The family of Betas gave incredulous looks as they watch the crowd break into fits of laughter. They are stunned by the sheer carelessness of the Duke and his brash personality. When they turned to him, he was watching them, a smirk plastered on his face.

The Emperor raises a hand, wiping away a stray tear that he had gathered from his poorly hidden laughter, “Continue, Bakugou,” he orders once he gathered his wit.

The Alpha huffed, resuming his original posture, “When I first arrived at your kingdom, the first thing I witnessed was that your townspeople were practically suffering from the lack of food and prosperity, that was your first crime I announced,” he growled, glaring right at the man who curls himself into a ball of shame, “The second crime I accused of was the clear torture of the person you have so clearly forgotten, Midoriya Izuku. The person you told me was long dead.”

Silence engulfs the room as murmurs flood in from the accusation that was revealed. Those who know of the Omega watched in silence, while others speak of the recent rumors of a particular person that had caught their favored Duke’s heart but no one had seen him. This was done on purpose, of course, for that would be after the trials.

Hisashi watches the audience sneer as they confirm their doubts. The blonde monitors the reaction of the feral Betas, hoping they don’t lose control just yet. He hopes that with this, the final decision can be made but the man smiles.

“Midoriya Izuku? Who’s that?” he laughs, “I think you have too much pride in that head of yours, Duke Bakugou. I only have one son and he is right here, suffering from your accusations!” The man points at the youth who looks slightly malnourished. It was clear that he had used something to de-age himself, Izuku had mentioned his younger brother who was only two years younger than he was.

Crocodile tears stream down the “child’s” eyes as he puts up an act. The people watch in wonderment as they knew this could hurt the Duke’s statement, but he didn’t show a sign of hesitation, for he knew the sniveling tricks of the Midoriya family and he had witnessed worse.

“Magic detector, please,” he calls forth his special mages, which was Lucia in a human form. The family backed away immediately, protesting the effort to which the Emperor stepped in and forced them to allow it.

“It is fake, my Lord,” the mage announced, breaking the spell’s illusion and revealing an adult body. Everyone burst into loud whispers, glaring at the family for lying in front of their Ruler. It should have been enough to finish the trial, but the Betas broke out into animalistic, demanding evidence of their claimed son. Hisashi howled for evidence before another spell calmed him but he still scowled at the blonde.

Katsuki ignored him and looked at the Emperor gave a serious look before nodding, giving him permission to do what he has to.

“You want proof?” the blonde walks towards the door he entered from and he grabbed the handles, “I’ll show you,” The large wooden entrance opened, revealing a light before a figure walked through, “Here’s your proof,” he declared before stunning the room to silence.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

For most of Izuku’s life, he had been trying to get his family’s attention, to be that perfect child for them. But he was made sure to be reminded that his very being was a curse. His scars throbbed as he waited behind the door, wondering what is going on in there.

It was only Kacchan, the person he had come to love, who showed him what he was missing. That he no longer had to get his family’s attention and that he is free to do what he likes. His life had become clearer from the moment Katsuki freed him from his cage.

He could barely hear what was going on, but hearing the slight rasp in his Alpha’s voice was enough to soothe him.

The more time that passed, the longer Izuku felt like he was suffocating from stress and fear. He had hoped this would not last long, but it seems that his family was persistent. He prayed to the Gods that they would give in and just accept their fate. He never wished them harm, but based on Kacchan’s reaction to his plea, they were not going to meet a safe end.

The Omega gulps as he thinks about the possibilities of his family’s current predicament. The more they lie, the more they risk death. If they plead guilty, then they may not be executed. Izuku knew it may not be possible, but it was worth the shot. He could ask the Emperor for forgiveness, but he wonders if it would be accepted. He did not want their hard work to be in vain if it meant forgiving his family.

When the doors burst open and the fresh scent of cinnamon hit Izuku’s nose, he knew that his Alpha was there. What he did not expect was to walk into the room filled with people staring right at him. He had thought there was a small crowd, but there were many people with all eyes on him. He wanted to curl up and hide in the corner with the amount of tension in the room.

Especially the eyes that he is very familiar with. Mossy green eyes that stared through his veil, slit and filled with anger. It made Izuku tremble with fear, remembering those same eyes from his past.

“Here’s your proof,” he heard Kacchan say, but he had no idea why. None of this was part of their plan and he had no idea what to do. He just stood tall, almost deflating when the familiar scent of sour pine hit his nose, but he kept up his farce. He wanted to show his family that he was no longer useless and that he did not need them.

They no longer could control him.

“Take off your veil, my love,” a gravelly voice whispered in his ear, sending a sudden heat through his body deep into his abdomen, curling in him like a serpent in a pit of fire.

“O-Okay,” the Omega confirmed back, ignoring the feeling. He did not hear the arguments made but based on everyone’s sudden silence and attention, he was needed.

From the corner of his eye, Izuku spots Lucia in a human form who motioned to continue, confirming that everything was safe. The blonde’s large, warm hand rested on the small of his back, squeezing the side to encourage him to keep going. And so, the Omega did.

His gloved hands reached for the bottom of the veil and lifted it, revealing his soft and tender freckled face, much similar to the family that sat in the middle of the courtroom growling at him and his Alpha.

The whole room gasped. Their eyes looked in between the two groups of people, probably trying to confirm the similarities. Izuku stood his ground, looking down on his fallen family with no emotion as they looked stunned beyond belief.

“Impossible...” his father muttered, “You should’ve been dead!” he exclaims, a slight snarl resonating in his voice.

“Oh, but he was not dead,” Kacchan interrupted, stepping in between the Omega and the Beta. “He saved my life when I was attacked in the mountains by assassins,” the crowd gasped as they listened to the story, “Quite frankly, it was thanks to you,” he points at the Beta, “For letting me meet my true love and I thank you for that.” Izuku didn’t even have to look to know that his Alpha had a proud smirk on his face, causing him to blush profusely. He could hear some giggles coming from the audience, further causing him to curl into himself.

Unfortunately, the mood was ruined the moment he heard his father laugh, maniacally.

“You are all crazy!” he roars, his eyes wide and a smile so large, his blunt, white fangs appeared, “That thing,” he dramatically points towards the freckled Omega hiding behind the Duke of the larger kingdom, “Is practically useless! And you want  him ?” He howls in laughter, stunning everyone in the room to silence.

Izuku trembles behind his Alpha as he tries to gain back his composure. Lucia began walking towards the manic Beta who was slowly losing it as he fell to the floor laughing. His mother and brother watched in horror as they observe their head of the pack fall to insanity.

“Ridiculous! All of you! And you consider yourselves the Grand Empire?!” He continues laughing, his breathing becoming shallow as he hyperventilates from the stress of seeing the one thing, he had hoped to rid himself of forever.

The mage-in-disguise stood in front of the feral Beta chanting a powerful, ancient spell to hold the man from completely losing it. However, just as it was about to finish, the man lunged towards Izuku, causing him to flinch and cling on to the blonde that protected him.

Get back !” Kacchan growled out a command, his angry pheromones protrude through the air to tame the Beta that disobeyed the Alpha. Clear anger and resentment were filling out through both sides as emerald eyes peered through the blonde’s arm.

The Royal Guards had already taken action, standing before the Duke to protect him and his Omega and confine the feral Beta.

“You shit, you should have died on that mountain!” Izuku’s father yells as he is dragged out from the courtroom, followed by his mother and brother who only glare at him. The people continued to murmur and whisper conspiracies of what just happened as they were all a witness to the entire situation.

For the Omega, he took it as a sign of his failure to do anything and possibly ruining the opportunity for his freedom. He wished he could have drowned out the whispers that echo through the room but they took over his mind as he wonders just how much he had failed his Alpha and all those who helped him.

His head hung low as he feels large arms wrap around his small frames. A rumble of praises and appreciations had gone deaf to his ears as tears well up in his eyes.

In the end, he is nothing but a failure.

“You’re not a failure, Izuku,” a voice reached out to him from his darkness.

“E-Eh? D-Did I-I say t-that out loud?” he leans back from the warm embrace he did not realize he was in and looked up to meet familiar red eyes that look at him adoringly. The soft smile and small chuffing were enough to soothe the Omega of his woes.

“We fucking did it, my dear Omega,” Kacchan stated quite brashly, “Though, not according to plan, but we just needed to provide the shitting evidence that you were still alive, they asked for it,” he rolled his eyes in annoyance but returned to his smile when he looked at the Omega.

“W-We d-did?” Izuku asked and the blonde nodded, petting the tufts of curls that refused to hide underneath the simple hat.

“Young Bakugou!” another deep, older voice called for the Duke gaining the Omega and Alpha’s attention.

“Y-Your H-Highness,” Izuku stutters, bowing respectfully before the approaching Ruler. The older Alpha smiles, motioning Izuku to stand as he does not want such formalities at the moment.

“I am so glad that you are alright,” he states, “I genuinely thought he would get you,” the older blonde growled as Izuku tilts his head in confusion before smiling.

“T-That’s a-alright! I w-was afraid, of c-course, but I j-just re-remembered that I-I still have your g-gift!” The Omega happily chirps, pulling at the chest of his dress and pulling out the green gem he kept on him at all times. He felt calmer now that he was assured of his success. He felt relief pulling on these confining clothing, ignoring his rise in his temperature to report to the Great Ruler.

Blue eyes widen in surprise before becoming happy and satisfied, “Indeed, you are quite the clever one,” he lovingly pets the freckled man’s head before turning his attention to the Duke who bowed at his presence. “And you did well, thank you for your service once more, my boy.”

Red and blue stared deeply into each other before a sudden burst of sweet smells entered the Alphas’ nostrils. Their attention immediately turned to the emerald Omega who looked just as surprised.

“Hmm...” the Emperor looked calm, pinching his chin with his fingers, “Spring has arrived, hasn’t it?” he questioned while the younger blonde looks scared.

“Izuku!” the calm and composed Duke rushed towards the Omega’s who fell to his knees.

The flock of mixed genders stopped to view what was going on but was immediately rushed out of the room by the surrounding knights towards the exit so that the Omega was safe. Based on the sweet scent alone, many had already figured it out.

The Duke’s Omega had gone into their spring heat and was extremely fertile.

“What will you do, Young Bakugou?” The Emperor smirked as he muttered the question to no one in particular, staring directly at the young pair, struggling to stand up.

He wonders if the Dukedom will have some pups soon. He starts planning ahead, just in case.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Katsuki’s stress levels were through the roof. He should have been careful with his planning and figured Izuku’s heat cycle, but he got careless. As he carried the Omega in his arms, the scent of his fertility spread throughout the halls. The blonde sped up his steps as he rushed to the carriage, he grits his teeth, feeling his fangs growing as he reacts to the call for a mate.

“K-Kacchan...” Izuku stirs from his sudden fever, his emerald eyes glassy as he stares at the struggling Alpha carrying him to safety. He suddenly brings his arms around the broad shoulders of the Duke and purrs contently.

Katsuki stumbled in his step as he pushed the Omega inside the carriage with much difficulty as the smaller refused to let go while the taller struggled out of the oddly strong confines.

“Kacchaaaaan!” Izuku whines, tears pricking his eyes as he watches the source of his warmth and comfort retreat back.

“Shit, Izuku! You’re driving me insane,” Katsuki began shedding off his coat to give to the Omega that is a whining mess, “Here, take this and behave,” the blonde growls, trying to control his inner Alpha from losing it and mating the green-haired beauty in public.

He sighed when he slammed the door shut, trying to tune out the whimpers and begging that came from the carriage.

“I promise, we’ll see each other when we get home, be good,” he said, hoping to silence the whimpering man.

Katsuki struggled to keep himself calm, but once he was out of Izuku’s vicinity he calmed down. The Alpha rode alongside his close knights as they headed towards home. He got a bunch of teasing from his fellowships, glaring at them with a warning to shut their mouths.

He eyes the vehicle up ahead, hoping the passenger inside is doing well.

Meanwhile, Izuku was losing his mind. The sudden heat had caused him to go mad. He feels the tiny beads of sweat trickling down his forehead as he sniffs the spicy scent of his Alpha, crying and whining for his warmth. He wanted more from the blonde but he was promised more if he was good. He had to last until they got home.

Izuku knew the signs were coming when they were in the courtroom but he chose to ignore them, hoping it was a false alarm. Unfortunately, years of not preparing to find a mate and the six years he spent in the wilderness had caused his instincts to go haywire, messing up his schedule he meticulously worked hard to keep track of.

The furnace that was his empty abdomen boiled with need and cried for something. It was far more intense than what he is used to. Never had he realized just how much Kacchan had affected him. It was like an explosion of intense heat that only reacted with every small gift that the blonde had given him.

He hoped his slick was not seeping through the expensive dress and onto the Duke’s coat. He didn’t want to be too much of a bother. The Omega could already feel the globs of his juices leaking from his hole as he tries to clench down to avoid too much of a mess, but he couldn’t help himself.

The divine scent of the Alpha was driving him to become one with the haze that slowly fills the small carriage. His thoughts were slowly becoming dirtier with every passing minute. He had hoped to at least have a clear enough mind to invite the Alpha in his nest, but as he feels the vibrations from the carriage, and the burning feeling of his body, he doesn’t think he can make it.

Closing his emerald eyes, he falls into a slight slumber where he fantasizes about the one thing that has invaded his mind.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Katsuki tried with great difficulty to hold himself back as he pushes through the knights and servants, carrying his Omega through the fancy halls and into his nest. He growled at anyone in his way, feeling his instincts taking over to make sure his mate was free of harm.

The poor thing had passed out from the exhaustion of the sudden heat and needed to rest. He made sure the freckled man’s nose was on his scent gland as he made his way through. When he finally arrived, he practically kicked down the door and gently placed the purring Omega in his nest.

The sudden hints of arousal and slick hit his already heightened nose and he held himself back from lunging at the ethereal being that seemed to have woken up.

“Alpha~” the Omega calls. His dress was a complete mess as he clung onto the red coat that was heavily scented in the blonde’s musk. The dress was now loose from the constant squirming, slipping down the small body to reveal a heavily freckled shoulder. Katsuki takes a giant gulp, his throat suddenly feeling dry as he tastes some of his forming venom.

“Izuku...” he breathed out, his red eyes finally meeting with the darkened green ones.

“Come, Alpha,” the man beckons, reaching out an arm, slipping down more of the sky-blue dress.

Katsuki was losing his mind. He could feel the lust overtaking his mind, but he could not let himself fall for such a thing. He needed to know if this was alright.

“Tell me, Omega,” he rumbled, trying to clear his head, “Do you truly want me?”

Izuku stopped his movements, freezing on the spot from the sudden question. His eyes slightly returned from the haze as he looked at the Alpha before returning his eyes back at the current mess.

He looks back up, meeting with worried red eyes before he smiled, “Kacchan, come.”

Based on the reaction, the Alpha was given consent to enter the nest by the Omega. Nothing more, nothing less.

It was enough for Katsuki to strip off his top that was starting to burn his skin and climb into the pile of white sheets and clothes, straight into the Omega’s arms.

As if everything clicked, the two bodies melt into the nest, disappearing in the pile.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

Warm, warm, warm.

Izuku felt warm. His body was enveloped in the familiar scent of the Alpha that was courting him. He didn’t feel the pain he usually felt when his heat hit. It was like he was engulfed in a whole new world.

The rumbles of the blonde Alpha behind him were enough to soothe the tingling feeling he felt all over his body. An arm suddenly wrapped around his middle, bringing him impossibly closer to the well-built pack of muscle. The Omega yelped as all the buzzing and fuzziness that he felt all over his body disappeared.

Slowly, the large hand cupping his middle made its way down to his privates. Izuku gasped as the hand stroked his cock, nice and slowly.

“K-Kacchan...” the Omega rasped, “Ah!” the slow pumps worked their way through another orgasm that had him coming on the sheets of his nest.

The Alpha nipped his ear from behind before chuckling, “Good Omega...” the deep growl in his voice, nice and low whispered in the smaller’s ear, “So precious.”

Kacchan kissed behind Izuku’s ear, trailing down to his neck and sucking on the gland that releases the sweet oils of his scent. Those soft lips trail lower, a sharp pain of the Alpha’s fangs biting and marking his shoulders is felt as the Omega squeaked from the pain but then the blonde licked the pain away.

It was the first time the green-haired man had felt so relaxed. The pain in his abdomen was never there as Kacchan took care of him. His fingers are deep in his rim as the pre-heat overcomes the Omega. Their bodies stuck close to each other, heavily scenting themselves in their own oils.

When Izuku’s official wave began, the Alpha was right there for him. Slick poured down the Omega’s hole, the air filling with the musk of a heavily fertile being. The Duke growled as he stood on his knees, positioning himself between Izuku’s legs.

The Omega finally realized their nakedness and blushed when he viewed the Alpha’s extremely toned body. Toned muscles and the chiseled face, everything was absolutely perfect with the blonde. The lower his eyes got, the more his eyes bulged at the absolute sculpture in front of him. When he reached the crotch, he gulped. He suddenly felt incompatible with such perfection.

His petite body, still partially in bones, and uneven plumpness unlike most Omegas made him feel insecure. His disoriented body from being a male Omega should be enough to cause the Alpha to hate him. He was nothing compared to this man. As he began to hide his own nakedness, trying to wrap his arms around his torso, they were grabbed by large, warm hands and pinned above his own head. Izuku gasped as his green orbs were engulfed in fiery red ones.

Kacchan growls, low and deep, his face getting closer to the other. His chest presses on top of the smaller body, radiating heat on the flushed form. Izuku struggles, but the Alpha was strong. He didn’t know what he was feeling but his body was reacting to the sudden intensity of the blonde’s grip and demeanor.

His Omega was enjoying it. The heat was controlling his every mood. It was overtaking him once more. Red eyes flashed as the scent of a potent, fertile Omega reaches his nose. Izuku was leaking slick onto the sheets. He whined and squirmed as the oncoming pain was beginning, missing the fullness of the fingers.

The Alpha’s eyes immediately reacted to Izuku’s call. His eyes turned into slits, his fangs protruded out, and he slowly began thrusting between the Omega’s legs. His response was enough for the other to open up even more. Kacchan’s eyes widened even more as he becomes mesmerized by the twitching small cock of the Omega.

Both men were now running on their instincts. Izuku mewled and begged for more friction as he wraps his legs around the Alpha’s trim waist while the other swayed his hips back and forth. They were growling and whining as the blonde sucked hickey’s all over the green-haired man’s neck, nipping and licking his scent glands before going lower to latch on to the blooming pink buds.

The Omega moaned as the Alpha pinched and nipped on his chest until it was puffy and littered with the Duke’s marks. When the blonde raised his head, he smirked smugly as he observed the marks, he left all over the speckled, porcelain skin. When he met with those green orbs, they were dark and full of lust. His face was scarlet and flushed, accentuating his perfect freckles.

Katsuki watched the Omega squirm under him, whimpering as the exuberant slick leaked out from his puckered hole. He wanted the Alpha to finally give him the thing he’s always wanted.

“Kacchan...” Izuku moans, “P-Please...” he spread his legs more, emphasizing his want.

Katsuki’s chest rumbled, pleased to see that the Omega didn’t mind his body anymore. He finally let go of his arms that he held with one outstretched hand. The smaller man looked so adorable as he scrambled to find somewhere to place his hands. In the end, the Alpha moved them to wrap around his neck.

He then proceeded to slide his fingers over the precious skin of the Omega, feeling everything as he got lower towards that twitching hole. Izuku gasped when he felt those fingers tease his hole again only to scoop up the glistening slick and use it to cover the large cock.

Green eyes widen as he sees the large length. It was red, hot, and covered in his own juices. Izuku turned completely red as he is pushed down, listening to the Alpha’s whispers of encouragement. His husky voice was soothing, along with the small kisses as he feels the heat of the girth enters him, stretching him out.

“Ahh...” the Omega gasps as the tip enters him. The Alpha groans at the tight heat, entering as slowly as he can, keeping an eye on Izuku’s reactions. He loves the way he looks, mouth hanging open and his eyes half-lidded as he takes in the pleasure. Katsuki was grateful for all the leaking slick as he enters with ease until he is seated all the way in.

Izuku screamed as he came when the Alpha grinded on his bundle of nerves, seeing white. It was his first-ever dry orgasm. He didn’t even know how euphoric the experience would be but he could feel it build up as the blonde pushed in and hit that one spot he always wanted to feel during his past heats.

The blonde hadn’t even started moving and to see the other cum seemed like such an accomplishment. For the first time, he was being careful. Once the smaller calmed down, he began thrusting, shallow and slow until the Omega begged for more.

Slowly but surely, the Alpha picked up a rhythm, listening to the green-haired man’s moans as they continued to get faster. The slapping of skin and wet, squelching noises filled the large room as the bed creaked under the two bodies in the nest.

Izuku clung on harder to the Alpha, his claws digging deep into his back, probably marking it as he feels the inflating knot catch onto his rear.

“K-Kacchan, yes!” he gasps, “More, ah, more,” his toes curl as he can feel the knot closing in.

“I-Izuku,” the blonde groans in his ear, “Close,” he brings the smaller closer into his body as he thrusts in, locked them together. The Omega comes once more, his cum leaking between the two bodies, and his rear milks the Alpha’s cock.

The pant as the blonde moves to a more comfortable position, flipping them over so Izuku is on top of him. The smaller man whimpers as more cum enters his womb, clenching around the expanded length.

For the first time, Izuku felt so warm and comfortable. There was no pain, no frustration to feeling that special spot, and the feeling of being filled to the brim.

‘Pups, pups, pups,’  his mind screams as he lays his head on the Alpha’s broad chest, purring contently. He couldn’t form words properly as drowsiness takes over. Kacchan’s chest rumbled softly as the Omega fell asleep.

All Izuku could remember was just feeling warm and happy as the darkness took him.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

With every creak and sound coming from the be, the two bodies that lay on top of it refuse to stop. The growing whines and growls echo from wall to wall as they ignore everything around them, seeking only the other’s pleasure.

For the next few days, Izuku could only feel the warmth and protection from the blonde Alpha. His Alpha. As they bonded through the course of their shared rut and heat, the Omega’s neck was starting to hurt and swell.

He could feel his needs growing as his rear is stretched out by the inflated knot of the blonde.

“Kacchan, please?” his emerald eyes were glassy and wet from the tears of pleasure he shed. He tilted his head to show the swollen glands, ready to be taken.

Red eyes widen as Kacchan realizes what had to be done. His fangs grew out, reacting to the call of the Omega’s scent. He wants to, he wants to feel the bond, wants to show his loyalty to the Omega that stole his heart.

Become mine ,’ the Alpha thinks leaning close and licking the blissful oil on the green-haired man’s neck. His fangs scrape along the porcelain skin. One bite from him, all the built-up venom, and his needs will be met.

Izuku felt his own smaller fangs grow as Kacchan traced his neck.

“Please, Kacchan,” he whined, gasping when he felt the initial pain of the bite tear his skin, then slowly turned to pleasure.

Recovering from the euphoric pleasure, the Omega took a bite on the other’s broad neck. The Alpha growled, slightly but relaxed when Izuku licked the wound. The sweet taste of blood fills their mouths, dripping slowly down their lips to their chins.

They felt complete. The Alpha’s knot expanded more as their bond completed. Izuku screeched, arching his back as he is filled to the brim, clenching down harshly. Kacchan hissed, feeling the rim tighten around him.

Perfection. Blissful. Dreamy.

It was everything Izuku had read in his books. But it was so much more.

He could feel it. He could feel everything come together in an instant. As if the world was never in its right place and was finally put back.

Kacchan was his mate. The person he had always dreamed of. His hero and his savior.

“Love you, Kacchan,” the Omega whispered, slowly passing out as he smiles.

He didn’t hear the blonde’s response, only enjoying the vibrations of the other’s chest as he is lulled to sleep once more.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

By the end of their shared heat and rut, the pair finally emerge from the darkness of the room, hungry and pleased from the most comfortable time they had.

Katsuki emerged first, looking for a servant to provide a meal. Thankfully, everyone already knew that the pair were just recovering from their extreme mating. They would be on their guard and had prepared all the necessary meals and clothing for what happens after.

Everyone respected the Dukedom that is the Bakugou’s. They knew their temperament and figured it would be safer than sorry to deal with newly bonded mates.

When the blonde stepped out of the room, he was already met with a tray filled with warm meats and soup, a pitcher of water, and some fresh clothes. He snorts, carrying the tray back while hanging the clothes on his arm. He returned to the, now, messy nest with a sleepy Omega in the middle.

It was like a dream. Katsuki doesn’t think Izuku realizes just how gorgeous he is.

His milky, porcelain skin covered in red marks and natural constellations mixing along with the silky white bedsheets, it was absolute perfection. The young Omega’s stomach slightly bulged with some remaining cum that remained. He had gained more fat since his time in the Duchy, his cheeks

The notion had the Alpha purring and chuffing happily, hoping for the dream and desires he’s wanted since he met the beauty in the Tower. The Tower that started this all.

Fate was on his side.

Emerald eyes fluttered open to the sound and scent of a very happy Alpha. Their Alpha. He tried to feel for the other’s body warmth, stretching out his small arms to try to find the other, and grumbled when he found nothing.

Of course, Katsuki chuckled but immediately lost the game they were playing when the green-haired male started whimpering and whining. He was truly weak to his Omega’s calls.

He didn’t mind it, though. They were beautiful even as he rushed towards the bed with a tray filled with food, seeing those green eyes flash and that nose beginning to sniff, he knew that Izuku was the one for him and only him.

It was uncanny that they were somehow so perfect for each other. Katsuki reflects the many times he believed that there was no one who can handle him, no one that could break his walls, but then he looked into those scared forest eyes and he immediately couldn’t stop drowning in them.

The two newly mated pairs cleaned the tray entirely as they had spent days without meals, only resting and mating. Of course, Katsuki was used to the extra movement, his body was not as sore, but Izuku was showing signs of soreness.

After he finished eating, the blonde quickly readied a bath, connected to the room. Warm whisps of air breeze through as the two settle in the bath, lightly scented in oils as they are still sensitive to scents.

The Omega visibly relaxes in the Alpha’s lap. His body slowly eases through the days of intense sex. Katsuki helps scrub him clean of all the dry seed on him. They don’t communicate much, but there is a slight air of embarrassment from their time together. It was, absolutely, their first time spending this much time with another partner.

For Katsuki, he had to spend vicious ruts on the battlefield, his comrades had to bring in some unnamed extras to help him but they were never what he looked for, so he suffered through the pain alone.

For Izuku, he had spent years upon years all alone. He only had books to figure out the true nature of mating and bonding. But heats became more painful over time, unlike for Alphas, Omegas suffer from the pain of not being able to conceive after their heats and sometimes go insane. Thankfully, Izuku was not as bothered because of his slight feral self. Having no love of a dam or sire had caused him to become independent and aware.

Katsuki’s eyebrows furrowed at the thought. He grumbled just thinking about such dark things that they’ve already passed through. The Omega coos, tilting his head in wonder as he notices a shift in the Alpha’s demeanor.

The blonde smirks, rinsing off any excess suds off the smaller male and proceeding to release a calmer scent. He apologized with a kiss on the forehead and got up to prepare the towels.

Izuku just watched with curiosity, still relaxing from his aching thighs and rear. He remembered glimpses of their time together and immediately turned red.

“Are you alright, Izuku?” The Alpha rushed towards him in a hurry with a bunch of towels after sensing some of his distress and seeing the red in his face.

Izuku nodded, slowly coming out of the water as he holds on to Katsuki’s large hands that help him out. He slips and falls right into the other’s chest, blushing furiously as he still can’t stop thinking about how warm and soft the blonde is.

“S-sorry,” he squeaks, back away, only for an arm to wrap around his small waist, stopping him from backing away.

The Alpha’s chest rumbles softly as a soft towel wraps his small frame. Katsuki slowly made sure the Omega was calming down, probably still disoriented from the bath and shared heat. They slowly made their way out, getting dressed in their clothes. They admire each other’s marks on their necks, quickly looking away when they both were caught.

It was an awkward silence between the two, but as they look into each other’s eyes once more, they break into a smile then laughter.

They’re mated, now. They are together for life. They knew that, so what comes next...was finally living their dreams.

Everyone throughout the capital gathered around the cathedral, they wait for the couple that has soared through the Kingdom to finally make their appearance. The crowd was curious to know who captured the heart of the fireball Duke.

It was the big day where everyone, who wasn’t part of the Midoriya Trial, was excited to meet the rumored Omega.

The Emperor suggested the announcement, himself, saying that a Noble must make their debut one way or another.

At first, Katsuki was against the notion, saying that no one has to know Izuku’s face. But when the Omega’s eyes brightened and his face sparkled, his battle was already lost.

Oddly enough, Izuku was very excited for his debut in the form of a wedding. Compared to his previous self, he was much more willing to stand beside the blond Alpha and take in all the eyes on them.

“You’re beside me, so why should I be afraid?” he said just the night before the big day.

Now, Katsuki stands at the altar, dressed in all white with a gold band on his shoulder, his hair was slicked back, and he nervously shuffles on his feet. All eyes were on him, admiring how handsome he looked even with brow furrowed in worry. He can hear everyone whisper and mutter away about their curiosities about the Omega.

He nervously glanced at the set of doors, his Alpha screaming to check the Omega, to scent him thoroughly. But, of course, he refrained from doing so as he had to trust his mate. He was much more confident and had made a lot of progress in his journey.

He recalls the day their eyes first met, how beautiful he was with his disheveled look, how his eyes sparkled even in the darkest of times, and just how smart he was. Having him in the larger Kingdom was necessary, and finally getting rid of those insolent fools was the best wedding gift.

Seeing their eyes in fear as they stood in front of the crowd. The small, adorable Omega, whom Katsuki had fallen so hard for, stood tall above the others as he watched those who birthed him perish in the flames of his dragon pet. They screamed and cried, but it didn’t matter to the freckled male, all his suffering disappeared along with them.

When all was done, he turned his head to meet with red eyes that stared back at him, and he smiled. A true, bright smile plastered on his face as he came rushing to hug his waist.

“You weren’t afraid...nor upset?” the blond asked after they returned home.

“Of course not! I have you now!” he said. And the large Alpha grabbed the male, lifting him off his feet, and kissed him deeply until they couldn’t breathe and was left a panting mess. Their continued reactions like this didn’t go unnoticed and were heavily scolded by Aizawa, getting warned that they may enter a pseudo-heat or pseudo-rut if they continued any further.

“Hurry up and get married so you can finally do whatever you want,” the scruffy man crossed his arms over his chest, “That way I can get a break.”

They laughed at the statement but they knew that the Omega meant it.

Katsuki still laughs at that. His shoulder was tapped on and he met with amber eyes.

“Pay attention, the time is near,” the dragon whispered in his human form. The dragon in his human form was still much taller, with dark purple hair that slipped down his shoulder in a ponytail. He stood tall, dressed in white robes and a hat placed on his head to hide his horns. Perched on his shoulder was the small flame dragon, Aag, a precious creature who has given Izuku the friendship he craved in his time of solitude. His reddish-brown eyes look into Katsuki’s and it flared with smugness.

Lucia was the priest of this wedding, the one who will give his “final blessing” as he stated, proudly.

A dragon's blessing is special, to receive one from someone as ancient as Lucia means that he really cherishes Izuku. The possessive Alpha growls at the thought of anyone getting near his mate. But he’ll give the ancient beast a chance to live. After all, his Izuku likes him and would be sad if anything happens to the being.

Just as he was about to scowl at the dragon being who was glaring at him, the doors opened and all eyes were on the bride.

He could hear his men crying and he gave a quick glance to the Emperor who was also bawling his eyes out while perched on the top of the viewing gallery.

Katsuki could see his parents, who rushed back home after they received the invitation to the wedding and beat the shit out of the Alpha, put up theatrics as they watched the bride, dressed in the hag’s wedding dress walk down the aisle.

The blonde’s mother gave a thumbs up while his father cried, holding a handkerchief to his face and lifting up his glasses. Katsuki rolls his eyes as his attention is now on the small bride that has everyone’s attention.

His thick, hand-laced veil covered his face, but the tightly stitched dress that he wore showed his perfect curves. A small bump appeared on his abdomen and Katsuki proudly puffed his chest when people noticed and gasped.

The dress started to seep out a small stream of water from the magic enchanted in it, and the embers from Aag’s flames started to appear on all sides. Everyone in the audience watched in amazement as the bride walked down, his feet bare.

Lotus flowers emerged from the ends of the stream as he arrived at the alter and Katsuki took in a deep breath. The final steps that led him up to where he stands were when the flames emerged into beautiful butterflies. There was probably a smile underneath that veil as the blonde recognized when he took the warm hand of the other.

When they faced each other, standing at both ends of the stand, Katsuki reached to unveil his bride, his mate, and the love of his life. Pink, pouty lips were the first thing he saw, then that adorable nose that was decorated in natural brown constellations, and finally, those beautiful emerald doe-eyes, shaped by those beautiful viridian curls.

Katsuki proudly stood still, taking his mate’s hands into his own, as Lucia started reading the verses. Mutters and whispers were heard, discussing the Omega’s beauty with his beautiful makeup of black charcoal on lining his eyes and his perfect skin. All went deaf to the Alpha’s ears as he continued to stare into those beautiful orbs.

Izuku’s face was slightly flushed from the heated gaze, but it protruded his freckles, even more, making the blonde’s smile grow wider and his eyes soften with adoration. Lucia probably already noticed their silent flirting and rose his voice to gain their attention.

“Do you, Bakugou Katsuki, Heir of the Dukedom, take Midoriya Izuku as your forever mate, committing your life to protect and serve your Omega?” the priest says.

“I do, with all my heart,” his voice was low and deep, but thousands could hear his sincerity. Izuku blushed even more.

Lucia sighed and turned to the green-haired male, “And do you, Midoriya Izuku, Heir to the Midoriya Conglomerate, take Bakugou Katsuki as your forever mate, supporting and dedicating your life to your Alpha?”

“I do, also with all my heart,” the Omega squeaked in confidence, leaning closer to the blonde.

“Then,” a ball of light appeared in front of the priest, moving between the two mates and splitting to each one individually, entering their chests, “I give you my blessing of fortune and gratitude, you may kiss the bride to seal the blessing.”

As if the world halted and shifted on its axis once more, Katsuki took the final lean and pressed his lips to Izuku’s, feeling how soft and plush they were.

The crowd cheered, the loudest coming from Kirishima’s mate, Mina, and Katsuki’s mother, Mitsuki. They clapped as the Alpha gathered his bride in his arms and carried him down the aisles and towards the large cathedral doors.

The light shone brightly as they exited, smiling and laughing as they greeted the crow and everyone noticed Izuku’s beauty. Being possessive and hungry to have the Omega to himself, Katsuki only kept up with it for a couple of minutes before telling Izuku to toss the bouquet he held.

When he did, they didn’t spare a glance to who caught it, and instead, their attention was on each other as the Alpha pumped out his enticing pheromones.

Besides the outsiders, everyone knew where they were headed off to and they knew...they wouldn’t be seen for a while.

ꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤꕤ

It had been months since the marriage between the last Midoriya Heir and the only Bakugou heir. The large kingdom was bustling will all sorts of activities. Many were preparing for the year’s harvest while others were enjoying the celebration of another battle won.

Since the treaty with the small kingdom had gone well, all devices and remaining advisors had formally moved towards assisting the large kingdom with their endeavors.

The Bakugou Dukedom was successful in completing the mission with ease and many people were grateful for the success of the compromise. The Ruler of the small kingdom stepped down once the Emperor stepped foot into the vacant lands. All the neglect was obvious and the fertility of the lands needed to be healed. It wasn’t difficult to have the people convert to the beliefs of the other kingdom. Many were willing to as they have witnessed the corruption of their system.

Izuku was sent to assist in the healing process and come up with a new stable system. Since then, the lands were back to flourishing. However, a particular blond Alpha was furious at the development. He despised the Emperor for making such a haste decision when his mate was about to give birth. His belly was protruding outward and swimming with the future generation.

Many were surprised, however, that even in his state, Izuku was able to come up with a whole new system in a matter of a week. He was later scolded by Aizawa for overexerting himself and then by Kacchan who was furious. After that, the Omega was forced to take a rest. His Alpha watched him with fervor as he pampered the small male. Despite his busy schedule, the Duke was dedicated to his mate and would fall on his knees for the man until he was happy.

Being a busybody, Izuku hated the lazy feeling and wanted to work to get his mind off what he was carrying. But with his overprotective mate, it was impossible. When the last few months of his pregnancy rolled by, he decided to actually take some rest after sneaking out to work on some stuff in his lab.

The blonde’s presence made him calmer as the anxiety began about being a failure of an Omega. He thought the magic had healed these invasive thoughts but they would come by once in a while.

That was all soothed by his savior, his love, and his mate. He would remind him of how perfect he was. How amazing he has done, how many people were amazed by his abilities, and, most of all, how loved he was.

It was the small things that Izuku noticed. From the single flower to the small notes, and then the small gifts. His Alpha would then hold him and feel his swollen belly for any movement, he would gasp every time, and then carry him like he was as light as a feather. The freckled male would laugh and enjoy the breeze he would get from being spun around.

His in-laws would visit often and tell him stories about his great mate, then Lucia and Aag would come by and keep him company. Izuku is reminded that his life is so much different from his previous one. He was happier, his life was now filled with adventure and friends. He was no longer alone, he had someone close to help him.

When the time came for giving birth, the Bakugou Estate was immediately in a rush to care for the Duchess of the house. Screams from the Omega were heard and many prayers were given to ease his pain. Lucia rushed in to give his divine protection.

Kacchan was kicked out after growling and attacking one of the servants, all he could do was listen to the screams of his mate as his pups were pushed out. All the more, he was infatuated by the Omega’s beauty as he was covered in sweat, his mouth hung open, and he breathed to push out every single small being inside of him.

Four of them. Four healthy, small pups were delivered and the entire Kingdom was blessed with a bountiful of blessings from the dragons that witnessed the birth. The dragon of fortune was thrilled to the point he released a massive fortune magic that made the lands flourish with quality harvest.

Everyone could feel the tides shift to complete happiness and joy.

The exhausted Omega held two of his small babies, each carrying small tufts of gold hair while his Alpha held two children with viridian hair. Both parents looked at their children, then at each other, smiling. Izuku could see a small tear slip down from his Alpha’s eyes as he looks into green ones.

“They’re beautiful, Izuku,” he muttered, looking back at his daughter and son. Izuku just smiled, puffing out his chest in pride. He managed to birth the most beautiful pups and made his Alpha happy.

He didn’t realize that he made many happier for such a delivery. From his in-laws to his friends and comrades. He had gained many allies through the months and they were all blessed the day he granted the world new lives.

Months after giving birth, the Omega had settled down to nurture his children while working side by side with the Duke as his mate and Duchess. There was much more work than he initially thought with the new system that he had implemented in his old home. Many people were still doubtful about male Omegas, but using himself as an example, he set people straight and made an effort to initiate a new movement.

Lucia assisted in changing the human’s as he had more magical abilities to do so and provided his blessings to convince others of his unique abilities. In that time, the lands returned to how they were before corruption struck.

The continued efforts were brought forth by the infamous Duchess and Izuku became popular amongst all Nobles and the commoners. He was kind and caring, a true symbol of peace and prosperity that fit well with the symbol of victory that is the Duke.

The duo sat together under the canopy, the summer breeze blowing by as they watched bathed under the sun with their pups who slowly grew with time. Aag had become their companion and guardian, growing alongside the children to his full potential.

Izuku smiled, as bright as the sun, as he watched his close friend with his pups. He felt a warm hand brush against his own and he turned to meet with burning rubies and his smile grew.

“Kacchan...thank you,” he whispered, “For everything.”

“It was all you, my love,” the Alpha grasped his hand, gently, and placed a soft kiss on the back of the hand, “You worked hard and gained so much from it.”

“But if I hadn’t met you, none of this would have happened,” Izuku replied, leaning his head on the blond’s shoulder.

“Then it was Fate,” Izuku listened to the other hum, enjoying the sensation of listening to the vibrations, “Fate was the one who brought us together, and here we are now.”

The Omega hummed in recognition, “Then, I’ll thank Fate for letting me meet you to take me away from that Tower.”

A hand brushed through his curls as green eyes fluttered closed.

Fate brought them, now dubbed as, Wonder Duo together. And together they accomplished many miracles that changed the world for the better. Their paths crossed by chance and the Noble in the Tower was freed from his confines and brought out to be the best Noble in history.

Green eyes look in the distance, observing his family, smiling, and standing taller than ever. Pride radiates through him as the past image of himself erases, the remaining binds that tied him down were no longer existent.

Midoriya Izuku is the Omega who changed it all and he stood proud because of it. This was his tale that continued to pass down for all of time, for he was an example of striving to be better for himself and to many others.

He who stands their ground will defy the odds. Izuku defied his and now he lives happily ever after.
