Just a small update (25 August 2022):

Sorry for the long hiatus! I've been having jaw problems that get aggravated when I talk. It's slowly getting better, and I can talk normally, but recording podfics is still very hard and the last time I tried, my jaws hurt for weeks. I'm still seeking treatment, and I hope to come back as soon as I can, but I really cannot promise when. Until then, thank you for your support so far! xoxo

Chapter 6: Update

Hello, twoohugs here.

I can't believe it has been over 4 years since I last updated this podfic. I have never forgotten about it, and have been working to return to it, but it seems it may not be possible in the near future, so I thought I owed you an update.

As mentioned in the author's notes in the last chapter, I stopped updating this podfic because I was having health issues--it's complicated, but the simplified version is I get jaw pain when I talk. After a few years of treatment, the source of the problem has been mostly solved, and a few months ago I thought I could finally return to recording--only to realize very quickly that while I can now talk normally, the issues before have left irreparable damage that makes talking non-stop for long sessions basically impossible. It took me weeks to recover from recording just 2 chapters.

So I am afraid I will have to officially abandon this project. I just want to apologize for breaking my promises to continue, to anyone waiting for an update, and to earlgreytea68, who entrusted me with their wonderful story (which is still my favorite up to this day). Lastly, thank you for all your support and well-wishes, and I hope that, at least, the previous parts I managed to finish have brought you joy.
