Summary:

The Guardians north, tooth, bunny, sandy, and jack skellington come together when pitch returns but when the man in the moon Chooses Jack Frost as the New Guardian things get Interesting.

btw since there are two jacks now Jack Frost will be called jack and jack Skellington will be called Skellington

Chapter 1: The call

It was seven months till Halloween and the mayor was bombarding jack skellington with questions about what they where going to do. Right now jack, the mayor, and zero where discussing plans for Halloween in the town hall when sally came bursting into the building." Jack!" Jack rushed over to his wife in an Instant." Sally dear are you ok are the kids ok?" " where fine jack I had a terrible visions here was the moon and then a dark shadow and consumed everything." Dread filled jack's bones suddenly zero Barked getting all there attention pointing outside The northern lights appeared in the sky." What ever you so the Guardians need to be called. I need to go dear you watch over the place while I'm gone." Sally nodded and kissed jack." Please be careful jack." And with that jack and zero ran grabbed his soul robber ( a green slim that's around Jack's  wrist when attacking jack uses it like a ribbon and when attacked the end changes to a scythe or  a mace it is jacks mane weapon in the game oogie revenge) and headed to the holiday doors and jumping into the one shaped as a Christmas tree.

Jack and zero where the last Guardian to enter the poles bunny was painting a egg Easter was coming up, tooth was zipping around taking about teeth and sandy trying to stay awake. North approached them." Welcome welcome do you want cookies egg nog." Bunny spoke first." This better be good do you know that Easter is coming." " pitch was here." Horror filled jacks bones Sally's vision started to make sense. The others try to argue that north was wrong but then jacks voice cuts throw." Sally had a vision of darkness enveloping the moon." The others stopped arguing and looked at him." Well her vision was wrong." Bunny said anger filled jack." Sally's vision are never wrong." Now all of them where arguing.

The only reason they stopped arguing was when sandy ringing and elf and pointed to the moon." Ah man in moon why didn't you say a sandy?" Sand blow out of sandys ears. The moon shows a picture of pitch." He is back." Jack and north couldn't help but say I told you so." What to we do old friend?"  A crystal came up from the ground." A new Guardian! But we are doing just fine with the five of us!" Jack huffed jack just hoped that this new guardian had a better time than he did when he first joined. Then a young boy with a blue hoodie and shepherd staff appeared." Jack Frost." " frost don't care about children all he dose is freeze pips!" Bunny yelled." Bunny you gave me a chance and I've always wanted to know how he makes every snowflake different." Bunny glad at him." Frost is many thing but he is not." " a Guardian." North finished with hope in his voice.

Chapter 2: Jack

Notes:

At this point Jack Frost will be called Jack and Jack skellington will be called skellington

When the portal opened  skellington watched the yetis tossed a squirming bag and a white haired blue eyed boy came out." Jack just the person we wanted to see." Skellington shook his head he did not agree with getting jack this way. " you have got to be kidding me?" The yetis picked jack up as jack complain." I'm shore the yetis treated you well." " yay I like being tossed into a magic portal." North laughed." Good that was my idea." Skellington sighed." You know bunny obviously." Bunny grumbled." Yay obviously." North pointed to Skellington." This is jack Skellington." Skellington ran up to jack." Hello jack since we both have the same first name you can call me by my last name Skellington, also I am fascinated by your work I would love to discus it when we have the time." North pointed to tooth." And the tooth fairy." Tooth zoomed over." Hi jack I've heard so much about you especially your teeth." Jack looked at her with confusion." My teeth?" Tooth opened his mouth." Oh they do sparkle like the freshly fallen snow, girls pull your self together don't disgrace to the uniform." North pointed to a sleeping sandy." And the sandman sandy? Wake up!" Sandy jumped awake.

" hey is anyone going to tell me what's going on here." Sandy razed his hand and flashed over his head took fast to understand." Uh that's not really helping but that's thought." Jack got up and casually froze a gnome." I've must have done something really bad if all five of you are here am I on the naughty list." North laughed." You are the Second person to hold the record." Skellington piped up." The boogie boys are the first ." " but now know matter we clean the slate." " how come?" Bunny laughed." Good question." Oh come? I'll tell you how come because you are guardian now." Skellington jumped as the yetis pulled out fire and the gnomes started playing music Skellington knew this was not going to end well fire and ice didn't mix Skellington could tell jack was about to blow, jack slammed his staff onto the ground sending ice all around them." What makes you think I want to be a guardian." North laugh." Of course you do music!" " no music!" The elf throw its horn onto the ground." You don't want me you are all hard work and deadlines and I'm snowball and fun times I'm not a Guardian." Bunny laugh." That's exactly what I said." Skellington hits bunny on the arm." You said you would be nice." Tooth flew up to jack." Jack I don't think you know exactly what we do each of lights." " a child that believes good or bad naughty or nice we protect them tooth finger out of mouth." North finished. " sorry there Beautiful." " no more wishy washy pitch is out there doing who knows what." Jack looked at them with confusions?" The boogie man?" Skellington piped up." When he threatens the children he threatens us." " which is why you should chose someone else." Jack said." Do you think we picked? You where chosen like we all where my man in moon." North pointed to the moon."what?" " last night he chose you jack." Tooth said." Maybe." Bunny said Skellington hit him again." Man in moon he talks to you?" Jack said curiously." See you can not say no it is destiny." " why wouldn't he tell me himself after 300 years this is his answer spending eternity like you guys cooped up in some hide out thinking of more ways bribe  kids no that's not for me no offense." " how was that not offensive!" Bunny yelled." You know what i think." " bunny." Skellington said warningly." I think we dodged a bullet how dose this clown know about bringing joy to children." " uh have you ever heard of a snow day it's not some egg but kids like what I do." " yay but believes in you don't they you are invisible mate it's like you don't even existed." Bunny enough." Tooth and Skellington said." No the kangaroo is right." Jack said." What did you call me I'm not a kangaroo mate." " oh sorry all this time I thought you were if your not a kangaroo what are you." " im a bunny the easter bunny people Believe in me." An awkward silence fell between them before north broke the silence." Jack walke with me."

After north and Jack left Skellington looked at bunny with fire in his Eye-sockets." What was that all about bunny!" Bunny looked up at the pumpkin king." Well Skellington blizzard of 68 he ruined my holiday." " well there was a blizzard in 2011 on the west cost and Halloween was canceled and did I yell at him no! I talked to him and it turns out the other sessions spirits attacked him and he was trying to defend himself." Before things could escalate sound of yelling got their attention." Jack! Jack!" A walking bathtub and three children one in a witch costume, one in a devil costume, and one in a skeleton costume." Oh no not you three!" Bunny yelled but Skellington just ignored him and faced the boogie boys." Lock shook barrel what are you to doing here?" But it was hard to tell what they where saying since all three of them talked at the same time. Skellington sighed and made a scary face to shut them up." Now one at a time lock you go first." Lock took a deep breath." We where hanging out in our tree house when this black stuff came storming in." Shook started." It rampaged in and then went into oogie's old layer and the hole tree house started shaking." Barrel finished." We got out of there but our tree house collapsed and everything was disappeared!" Skellington thought for a moment." What's so bad about those brats losing a tree house." Shock used her slingshot and hit bunny with a pebble." Well bunny the tree house is lock shock and barrels home also under and oogie boogie was made by pitch and after I destroyed him the bugs where still there." Some of the Small tooth fairy's  squeaked to tooth." Something attacked my palace!" And with that she zoomed away and bunny went to get north.

Chapter 3: Sleigh ride

Skellington was so excited watching the yetis preparing the sleigh it's been a while since he went on his Christmas fiasco. " look I'm not going to ride on some dinky." Skellington heard Jack said which was just in time for North's sleigh to come out being pulled by his powerful reindeer." Ok just one ride." Skellington smiled and jumped in next to north. " I'm not getting into that death trap I'd rather us my tunnels." Skellington laughs as north pulls bunny into the sleigh." Buckle up!" Bunny panic's." There's no buckles!" Skellington smiled as the sleigh runs through the ice tunnel." Do you want to do a loop." Skellington hopes he does." Do you want carrots."

When they where I the sky Skellington noticed jack standing on the edge of the sleigh talking to bunny when he flew off Skellington laughs at jacks trick. North brings out a snow globe Skellington always wanted to examine them to see how they worked but he could never get his hands on one. It only took them straight to tooth's palace but something was terribly wrong there was black horses flying everywhere ." There taking the fairy's!"Skellington pulled out his soul robber and turning the end to a Mace and started to try and hit them but they where moving to fast for him to hit.

" Jack take the rains!" Skellington didn't know why north gave the rains to the boy when he has experience in riding a sleigh but knowing north he just wanted to fight and wasn't thinking straight. Skellington and north broke some of the black horses and tooth boxes fell into the sleigh." There stealing the teeth!" Skellington hears bunny shout angry fills he lost his memory once. Losing memories is a sore subject to Skellington how could pitch take others!

Chapter 4: Pitch is back

When they finally found tooth, she was frantically flying around." No, no, no, they're gone, they're all gone." tooth sank to the floor. When they reached her, a little tooth fairy flew out of jacks pocket heading towards her disheveled mother." Oh, thank the moon; one of you is safe." " the big five all in one place. I'm a little star-struck." Pitch appears above them, smiling down at them. " did you like my little show on the global north got you all together, didn't I." "Pitch! You have 30 seconds to return my fairies!" Tooth yelled as she flew towards pitch, but he disappeared." Or what? You stink a quarter under my pillow." North pointed one of his swords at him." Maybe I want what you have to be believed in." Pitch phased into shadows." Perhaps I'm tired of hiding under beds!" Bunny steps up ." Maybe that's where you belong." Pitch appears underneath them." Oh, go suck an egg rabbit." Bunny try's to grab him, but he was gone."

Hang on, is that Jack Frost." Pitch laughs skellington steps up next to Jack, not wanting him to stand against pitch alone. " since when are you all chummy?" "We're not." Jack said." Oh, good, A neutral party. I will ignore you, but I'd bet you're used to that." " Pitch! Shut up, your sneaky ratbag. Come here!" Bunny yelled, charging at pitch, but he disappeared onto a pillar. Tooth flew up to pitch to attack him, but the black horse appeared, blocking her from pitch." Wow, easy there, girl." Pitch pulled out black sand from the horses." Look familiar, sandman. I must thank you both, and Skellington; I must thank you for destroying Oogie Boogie the moon created him to suppress my powers, but after the both of you disappeared, that thing I have slowly gained my full strength back now can turn dreams into nightmares. Don't be nervous. That only Riles them up some more they smell fear, you know." Bunny laughs." What fear of you! No one has been afraid of you since the dark ages." Pitch has a whimsical smile on his face. " oh, the dark ages, everyone was frightened and miserable suck happy times for me—all the power I wielded. But then, the man on the moon created you to replace my fear with your wonder and light, lifting their hearts and giving them hope and bravery.
Meanwhile, everyone wrote me off as a bad dream; there was nothing to fear. There's no such thing as the bogeyman! Well, that's all about to change."

Tooth's palace started to disintegrate, and feathers began to fall off her." What is?" Jack asked." Children are waking up and realizing that the tooth fairy never came, well such a little thing but to a child." Jack was still confused." What's going on?" "They didn't believe in me anymore." Tooth said sadly." Don't they tell you, Jack! It's great being a Guardian, but there's a catch if enough kids stop believing everything your friends, protect wonder, hope, dreams, and bravery, it all goes away, and little by little, they do too. No Christmas or easter or Halloween or little fairy's that come in at night. There will be nothing but fear and darkness and me. It's your turn not to be believed in." And with that pitch disappears, tooth collapses to the ground on the brink of tears. Jack kneels next to her and places his hand on her shoulder." I'm sorry about your fairy. Why did Pitch want the teeth?" Tooth looks at Jack." It's not about the teeth. It's about the memories." But that doesn't help Jack so much; he just looked more confused." What?” Tooth looks at Jack.” The teeth hold memories. Whenever someone needs to remember something, the teeth help them remember, we have everyone's teeth, even yours.” “But I wasn’t anyone before I became Jack Frost.” Spin hearing this dread skellington body, the only reason for Jack not being able to remember his past would be that Jack would have died in his mortal life just like he did. North had the idea to collect the teeth themselves, but before they left, skellington pulled Jack aside skellington kneeled to jacks height.” Jack, I want you to know that I also don’t have my memories of my past life, and the reason for that was because I was dead.” Jack looks at the pumpkin king with confusion.” Isn’t that how you become a spirit.” skellington shakes his head.” North, bunny, Sandy, and Tooth were all asked by the man on the moon to become who they are.” Jack paused momentarily.” If it’s not too much to ask, who did you die?” skellington smiled.”
As you know, I was the Guardian of bravery when I was alive. I lived in a town in England one day when a fire broke out at the school, and kids were still trapped inside. I ran into the building and got the kids out, but I got trapped, and after the fire was out, all that was left was my bones.” skellington stuck his hand out, and a ball of fire appeared.” Because of how I died, it is the reason I’m a skeleton and why I have fire powers.” skellington closed his hand, setting the fire out.” I suspect that the reason you don’t have your memories are similar to what happened to me.” “So you're saying that I died, and that’s why I didn’t have my memories?” skellington nodded.” And maybe it is the reason you have your powers. I want you to prepare yourself for when you see your memories that you could see your death.” Jack thought about it for a moment before answering.” Thank you for telling me, skellington.”

Chapter 5: Tooth Collection

The Big Five and Jack were running around going to collect the teeth. Tooth, Jack, and Sandy were flying north and traveling through the channels; Bunny and skellington were jumping from rooftop to rooftop. Jack flew next to Bunny."  Hey, kangaroo, I bet I can get more teeth than you." Bunny  glares at Jack." Mate will see." Tooth was getting overwhelmed by all the teeth they had to collect in such little time that she ran into a billboard." You ok?" Jack asked. Tooth looked at Jack sheepishly." Sorry, I haven't been in the field long." Jack gives her a confused look." When was the last you've been in the field?" Tooth chuckles uncomfortably." A few hundred years." Jack gives her a kind smile." Well, don't worry, we can get through this."

All six of them go around collecting teeth, each using their unique powers to give them an advantage: north using the chimneys, bunny using his tunnels, Sandy using his sand, and skellington creeping around like a spider to make sure he didn't wake the children when he meet up with the others in one of the houses and it seemed like skellington and tooth where the only ones who put gifts under the pillows if skellington had eyes he would be rolling them after his fiasco with Christmas he studied up on the other four members.

They were in a boy's room. Bunny and North were causing such a racket it all stopped when a flashlight was shining in their faces." He can see us." Jack asked." Not all of us." Bunny corrected." Santa Claus, tooth fairy, sand man, easter bunny, the pumpkin king? You all, really!” Jamie yelled out.” surprise!" Tooth said awkwardly. North sighed.” Sandy, knock him out.” Sandy nodded, punching his fist into his hand.” With your sand!” Sandy made a ball of sand when
the gray hound started growling at Bunny.” Abby no!” Jamie tried to calm down his dog.” That’s a gray hound, you know what they do to Bunny’s right.” Bunny brushed Jacks's comment off, discussing how great of a Warrior he was. Jack bumps Jamie’s alarm clock, setting it off, and all hell breaks loose. Abby begins to chase Bunny. Sandy tries to put the dog to sleep but accidentally hits Tooth, north, skellington, Abby, and Bunny. Jamie looks at the scene in front of him in amazement when Sandy finally puts Jamie to sleep.

Chapter 6: Rip sandy

Jack laughs at all the other guardians who fell asleep." I wish I had a camera." Suddenly, a nightmare flew past the window. Come on, Sandy, let's take it out." Jack says before jumping out of the window, trusting that the wind will catch him like it always did. Sandy is nervous about leaving the others, but he can't let Jack, a child and friend, go alone, so he falls after Jack.

Jack follows the nightmare up to an adjacent roof, where he blasts the nightmare. When Jack got up to see if he hit it, he saw that pile of frozen black sand and bugs." Hey, sandy, I got it." When Jack turned around, he was face to face with Pitch. At this point, Jack realizes it is a trap, and a nightmare storms him. Sandy got him out of the way, but they were both surrounded. Jack's staff is knocked out of his hands; without it, he is disconnected from his power and the wind, and he begins to fall. He was lucky to land in the slay. It seems that the other guardians have woken up.

They were all surrounded by nightmares. Bunny was using his boomerangs to keep them at bay, and Skellington was using his Soul Robber. But Sandy was not in a good spot. He was quickly getting overwhelmed. “ we have to help Sandy!” Jack yelled, grabbing his staff and flying up towards Sandy, but it was too late. Pitch had shot a nightmare arrow at Sandy and hit him in the back. “ it’s your turn to sleep, little man.” Pitch said as sand gets consumed by the sand. Angry and grief fill Jack as he lets out a massive burst of ice power, destroying all the sand around him. Jack falls again, tired after using so much energy, but luckily, Tooth catches him.” How did you do that?” Tooth asked.” I don’t know.”

Chapter 7: Warren

Sandy's funeral was a sad affair. Skellington and North went up to Jack, who was staying back from everyone else. They could tell that Jack blamed himself for what helped. Jack used his frost to make a picture of Sandy." Are you all right?" North asked." I wish I could have done something." Jack answered." Done something, Jack. You stood up to Pich. You saved us." Skellington responded." But sandy?" Jack said, looking like he was about to cry." I would be proud of what you did. I don't know who you were in your past life. But in this one, you are a guardian." North added." How can I know myself until I know who I am?" " you will; I feel it in my belly." This causes Jack to crack a smile.

When what was left of them looked upon the globe, the lights kept going out." Look at how many have gone out." Tooth said sadly." It's fear." Jack said, flying up to the globe." He has tipped the balance." Skellington said. Bunny jumps in." Hey, buck up, you sad sacks. We can still turn this around! Easter is tomorrow, and I need help. I say we put out all the stops and get those little lights flickering again." " bunny is right. As much as it pains me to say, old friend, this time Easter is more important than Christmas." Both Bunny and Skellington were shocked." Hey, did everyone hear that?" Bunny said, making sure he washed hearing thing ." We must hurry to Warren, everyone to the sleigh!" But Bunny interrupted. Oh, no, mate. My Warren. My rules. Buckle up." Bunny taps his foot." Shostakovich!" Is all North could say before holes appeared below their feet, and they all fell in.

When they finally reached the end, they found themselves in a colorful warren. Skellington had to piece himself back together because of how rough the journey was." Ha ha, buckle up is very funny." "Welcome to the Warren," Bunny said proudly, but then Bunny straightened up, moving his ears around to focus on what he was hearing, and then he pulled out his boomerangs. The others pulled out their weapons upon hearing noises, but they were all shocked when a blonde-haired little girl was chasing the eggs." Sophie!" Jack yelled." What is a kid doing here!" Bunny demanded. North gasped while patting down his pocket." Snow globe." Tooth flies up to her." I bet she is a fairy fan. Look at all the pretty teeth. They still have blood and gums on them." Tooth said in a sweet voice, but that just caused Sophie to cry and run to Skellington, who picked her up and started to gently toss her into the air, getting Sophie to laugh again." Blood and gums, really, guys? Is Skellington the only one of you who knows how to interact with kids?" Jack asked." We spend so much time bringing joy to children that we don't have time to interact with them. How are you so good, Skellington." North asked." Did you forget your old friends? I have five children, and my youngest, Snow, is about the same age as Sophie." Jack laughs, making a snowflake.” If a little kid can do this, we need as much help as possible.” The snowflake flies towards Bunny when it hits his face. Blue sparkles appear around his face. Bunny kneels brown to Sophie’s high.” Do you want to paint some eggs?” North summoned his Yeti to help, while Skellington summoned his wife Sally and their kids Judy, Samuel, Nightshade, Poe, and Snow to help.

Chapter 8: judy age 16

Chapter 10: night shade age 10

Chapter 11: poe age 5

Chapter 12: snow age 3

Chapter 13: Easter

Bunny showed Sophie how they make eggs. The yeti painted and repainted the eggs after Bunny said red was too Christmasy. Jack and his family painted their eggs as ghosts, jock o lanterns, and spider webs. Bunny didn't say anything about it. They were not scared, more cartoonish so that they would suit the kids.

Sophie and Snow were playing with each other to the point that they both fell asleep." Oh, look at them. They are so cute." Tooth said. Flying just above them, Sally comes over and picks snow up." I better take younger kids back so they can sleep. She takes Nightshade, Poe, and Snow back to Halloween town. Judy and Samuel wanted to stay and help at 16 and 15. They were old enough to help their dad. " I'll bring Sophie home." Jack said, but North interrupted." Het  Jack, we need you here in case Pitch attacks." Jack holds up his staff." He will have to answer to this." Jack said confidently. After some conversation, Jack can convince the guardians that he can bring Sophie home.

The Guardians watched as Jack leaves with Sophie in his arms." Alright, fellas, let's get the eggs to the tunnels." Bunny told them, and the rest started guiding the eggs through the tunnels. As they entered the tunnels, Skellington noticed several bugs crawling around them. He kept his guard up, not knowing if they were normal bugs or bugs sent by Pitch. Just then, there was a rumbling sound behind them when the guardians turned around and saw a stampede of nightmares heading straight for them. The guardians attacked but were overwhelmed quickly since Jack was not back yet, and they destroyed every egg.

Chapter 14: Fight

Jack found the guardians. Bunny was trying to give the eggs to the kids, but they couldn't see him, and when Bunny got walked through, it confirmed that they didn't believe in him anymore. Skellington was the first to see Jack." Jack, are you ok?" He asked, looking over Jack to make sure he was ok." Jack, where's the baby tooth?" Tooth asked. That is when Tooth said that Jack had his teeth." You were with Pitch!!" North yelled, "Look, guys, there is probably a residual experience to this."Skellington  said, trying to calm everyone down." I knew we should have trusted him." Bunny said he runs up to Jack." This is all your fault! Easter is about hope and life, and you killed it!" Bunny pulled up his arm like he was going to hit Jack, but he stopped, and with that, Jack flew away.

Skellington yelled for him to return, but it was too late. Jack was gone. Skellington turned to face Bunny, fire in his eye sockets." What was that about!" Bunny just huffed." I was telling the truth. Jack is nothing but trouble." The two of them fight for a while before Pitch shows up." I must thank you, guys, for scaring away Jack. Tooth, don't you remember the backup system in those tooth boxes." Tooth gasped." What is he talking about?" North asked." When activated, the system calls to the person who can't resist its pull. You used the system to Lore Jack away." The others looked horrified, especially Bunny." Yes, I did, and after you kicked him out, I tried to get him to join me, but he still wants to protect the children." Pitch shook his head." It's too bad that I had to take care of him. He and that little tooth fairy of his are probably dead by now. It's funny, you guardians are supposed to protect children, and you just let one die."

Pitch leaves them to stew in the new information they have been given. Tooth is bowling; how could she forget the backup system? North looks at the Russian doll that Jack left behind sadly. Bunny looks at his hand in horror, and Skellington is furious." What was that about? This is everything worse when I Joined!”
