Summary:

In the brutal court of Zunad, Prince Min Yoongi is the second born son to the Cruel King. Though considered a disappointment of an alpha by his father, Yoongi is gifted an omega pleasure slave named Jimin even though Yoongi has no want for him. The thought of what he's expected to do, and how he's supposed to use Jimin, makes Yoongi ill and he tries to avoid it at all costs.

But Jimin has a secret that he keeps from everyone, as a way of surviving. He is the thought-to-be-dead Crown Prince of Elera and is the true heir to the throne. Ousted in a coup, Jimin has been captured from his home, his identity protected and obscured, and now is at the mercy of the Zunad court as a pleasure slave to the son of the Cruel King.

Yoongi, unaware of Jimin's true identity, can't refuse the gift and Jimin, not knowing who he can trust nor that Yoongi has the softest heart at court, can't escape so they have to learn to live with one another, and how to protect each other to survive. And, perhaps, they'll eventually grow to like each other, and even maybe fall in love, and figure out a way to restore Jimin to his rightful place.

Notes:

This fic is inspired heavily by the Captive Prince book series, and also a little bit by GoT. (court politics/arranged marriages, and I definitely use ravens to deliver messages because that is so easy and helpful. ;)) I realize those are very western influenced sources, and what I am most familiar with, but I have done my best to attempt to adapt it appropriately. I have done reading/viewing/research on the Joseon era, but I would like to make this clear--this is a fictional place and time and I make up a lot of things. A lot. Also, you know, the whole a/b/o verse it's set in does change things. It will not be historically accurate, but I still hope the readers enjoy.

The names of places were picked by using a generic fantasy name generator as well as a fantasy name generator based on Asian towns and cities. I tried my best to translate/google to make sure they didn't have an actual place and/or meaning, but again, I hope I did not miss anything. As well, there are a lot of OCs. A LOT. Those names were also picked randomly and are not supposed to represent any actual people. None other than the seven members, of course.

The Members: Yes, all of BTS will show up at some point in this story. However, it is very heavily Min Yoongi/Park Jimin focused. There are some members who do not show up for quite some time, and may not show up very frequently; however, they all have very important roles to the plot. That is why there will be a number of OCs that fill in as necessary, and as there are so many I have provided a guide as Chapter 1 to help. Skip directly to Chapter 2 if you want to get straight to the story.
