Zoro loved Sanji.
Sanji knew Zoro loved him.
Zoro knew that, Sanji knew the fact that Zoro loved him.
Sanji also knew that his knowledge about 'the marimo's love for him' was also known to Zoro.
So why didn't they act on these feelings?
Was it Sanji's internalized homophobia that stopped himself from even thinking over it? Made him scared to ask Zoro about it?
Zoro on the other hand kept the no-so-secret with himself coz ' Haven't you seen the Cook basically flying when seeing a girl? '. And Zoro knew, Sanji never want him to express his feelings coz if Sanji wanted, he would have asked Zoro by now.
Sanji loved love, he loved his nakama. Zoro? Sanji knew he was in love with the mosshead. But it terrified him. His past haunted him. He thought his love dragged the other person down with him. But eventually the Straw hats proved that theory wrong. He obviously loved his nakama afterall.
Secretly both Sanji and Zoro vowed to themselves when Sanji finds All Blue and Zoro becomes the Greatest Swordsman, then they will say....
" I love you and loved you for years"
'Coz you are my All Blue' ( by Zoro)
'Coz you are my greatest title' ( by Sanji)
