Chapter Text
When Emma met Luchino for the first time, she felt something funny in her chest. A soft fluttery feeling that gave her goosebumps. Made her feel all sorts of confused until she figured out why she felt such a way. She liked him, a lot. She found his scales to be pretty, like tumbled sea glass. She could get lost in his eyes, seeing so much intelligence and thought in them, but caring also. She could listen to him talk about his day, the reptiles he looked after, his hobbies and interests.
She doesn't see a "monster" when she looks at him. She sees someone beautiful and wonderful, someone she wants to hold hands with, to spend summer days with in the sunshine, listening to birds and crickets chirp and chitter. Just bury herself into his side and doze off. Perhaps play with his tail, if he allowed her to do so..
A.N; Not the longest or detail of drabbles but I'm happy with it. Will write Luchino's feelings later
