She sighed, taking one long sip of her milkshake before lightly, but loudly slamming her head onto the bars table.
“Cheesecakes huge party is coming up and who does she expect to perfect all of it? Me of course! I’m not some fairy godmother or genie who can magically make your dream party appear!”
Herb had never seen anyone this upset over a party. Even though he doesn't get invited to them a lot, he seems to enjoy it every time he’s there. Or is that just cause he was with sparkling the whole time. Herb placed sparklings flowers that he was gifting for him right on the counter and rung the bell.
Sparkaling dashed around the corner, barley buttoning his dress shirt before glancing over to his boyfriend and shooting him a grin. “Thanks for the flowers babe, you’re the best.” He reached over and placed a kiss of his cheek. Before turning over to the little girl who was busy trying to get the little lady bits of whipped cream out of her glass.
“Need a refill, sweetie?” Birthday turned the the man, before nodding and turning back away form him. “Sparklings, she’s been having a rough day. Cheesecake cookies party is really stressful for her.” His eyes widened. Sparkling turned back around to birthday and said. “Well guess who’s the assistant party manager now? Me!!” He grabbed a introduction sticker that was sitting in a cabinet and wrote “Hello, my name is assistant to the party manager!”
Birthday stared at him blankly. Herb put his head on sparklings shoulder, before guiding his hand the the filled out space and chuckling. “You do realize that you could have just put assistant party manager, have you had to much to drink?”
Birthday cookie had a wife grin on her face. “You to are so funny! It’s almost like you’re made to be dads you know? In my opinion you would make great ones. Herbs face flushed red, before quickly stuttering.
“I don’t think we’re quite ready yet..”
“Oh course you are!!!! Just call the storks.”
“Oh god.”
