Chapter Text
The fearless hero Nexin slammed the villain NightLight into the nearby building with such force that it crushed the brick wall. "You're not strong enough to beat me." Nixen barked. "And you're not good enough to be a hero!" NightLight laughed back. Nixen's face contorted with anger as began building up a blast of pure energy, "You'll die for saying such things." Nixen smiled, not the normal smile, but one with such hatred it could burn your soul. Nixen's ball of energy was as bright as the sun when she threw it at NightLight. The damage left by the attack was horrifying, NightLight was left knocked out, her face extremely distorted and bloody almost unrecognizable, the building behind her completely erased nothing was left except some rubble.

Keira got up slowly, still in pain from the night before. She was pretty sure that she broke a few ribs and probably dislocated her arm. She slowly limped towards the bathroom hoping that she doesn't wake her girlfriend Brenna. Once she got to the bathroom she activated her power of healing, she slowly moved her hand over her wounds and they quickly healed. After she was healed she had a quick shower and got ready for the day, still cautious of waking Brenna in fear of getting hit. A little later she was in the kitchen making breakfast and she dropped a pan. BANG. 'Shit!' Keira thought, she quickly picked the pan up and stuffed it into the cabinet. "WHAT WAS THAT!" Brenna shouted, Keira flinched and tightend her body, ready to get hit. "S..sorry" Keira squeaked when Brenna entered the kitchen. "Sorry's not gonna cut it! You woke me up!" Brenna shouted before gripping Keira's hair, using Keira's hair to make her look at her she shouted once more, "Your lucky I'm feeling nice today, or else you would've gotten a beating!" Brenna let go of Keira's hair and stomped off. Keira was still trembling but she continued to make breakfast before leaving.

Keira had decided to go on a walk to go to the cat Cafe and do some work on her laptop. She was just about to go inside when her phone started beeping loudly. 'Fuck!' She thought startled by the sudden noise. On the screen was an alert about last night's fight between the hero Nexin and her enemy NightLight, "Wow. That's crazy, the building is completely gone." Keira said amazed by the hero's power. Nixen had the power of the sun, pure energy, Keira thought it was odd that she hadn't caught the villain NightLight yet with all that power.
Keira put her phone back into her pocket and walked into the Cat Cafe. The Cat Cafe was a place where you could hang out with and adopt cats while having food or drink, Keira liked to hang out there because it made her happy. She went up the the counter and ordered her ussual coffee with a cookie, and went to the back where the cats are. She found a table and grabbed her laptop out of her bag. "Here's your order Keira" the cashier said. "Thanks" Keira smiled.
