So...
Here we are.I’ve decided, against all better judgment, to finish this story.
The problem is, I don’t know how to finish it. Not gracefully, anyway. So, for that, I need to edit it. And I might have to make choices that could feel like betrayals to earlier versions, just so the story can flow toward an ending again.
Some of my writer friends would call this mutilation. They’re not wrong. But it’s either that, or let it rot.Will I even be able to do it? I have no idea. Maybe that's not even the point. The only thing I do know is that I love writing, and right now, being quite honest, I don’t know what else to write about.
Updates will come chapter by chapter, whenever the stars align, and my Virgo Moon stops screaming that nothing I produce is perfect enough.
This little story, my first. Flawed and amateurish. Pretentious. Messy. And still so dear to me, deserves that much.
