It’s takes place in space, where several ships fly over the city of Coruscant. The docking station was surrounded by clouds. One of them was yellow, a Naboo ship, the other was larger Royal Cruiser and two Fighters.
Once they landed, all seemed to be clear, that is until the Royal Cruiser explosion. The passengers that were onboard that came out was caught in the blast. It all appeared as if the senator was inside the ship for it, but she wasn’t. Senator Lexa knew someone was trying to assassinate her and she was clever enough to deceive them. But in the end, her friend is dead.
Lexa: I shouldn’t have come back.
Gustus: This vote is too important. You did your duty and she did hers. Now, we must go. M’Lady, please!
They both leave the crime scene.

Meanwhile, in the chancellor’s tower, Chancellor Nia speaks with the Jedi; Master Jake and Master Pike along with others about the votes.
Nia: I don’t know how much longer I can hold off the vote, my friends. More star systems are joining the separatist.
Pike: If they do separate away—
Nia: I will not let that happen. I will not let this Republic, that has stood for a thousand years to be spilt in two.
Pike: But if they do, you must realize that there aren’t enough Jedi to protect the Republic. We are keepers of the peace, not soldiers.
Nia: Master Jake, do you think it would really come to war?
Jake: Hmm…the Dark side clouds everything. Impossible to see, the future is.
Then there was a hologram message that appeared. The chancellor asked for his guests to be let in and in came Senator Lexa and her guard Gustus.
Jake: Senator Lexa, your tragedy on the platform, terrible. Seeing you alive, brings warm feelings to my heart.
Lexa: Do you have any idea who’s behind this attack?
Pike: Our intelligence points to disgruntled spice miners on the moons on Naboo.
Lexa: I believe Count Roan was behind it.
Pike: You know M’lady, Count Roan was once a Jedi. He wouldn’t assassinate anyone, it’s not in his character.
Sinclair: He is a political idealist, not a murderer.
Jake: But for certain, senator…in grave danger, you are.
Nia: Master Jedi, may I suggest the senator be placed under protection for your graces.
Gustus: Do you really think that is a wise decision under these stressful times?
Lexa: Chancellor, if I may comment, I do not believe…
Nia: … “the situation is that serious.” No, but I do, senator. I realize all too well that additional security might be disruptive of you, but perhaps someone you’re more familiar with…an old friend like… Master Titus…
Pike: That is possible. He has just returned from a Border dispute on Ansion.
Nia: Do it for me, M’lady, please. The thought of losing you…is unbearable.

Meanwhile, two Jedi make their way towards the senator by elevator. One is a more mature Master Titus, newly formed and the one next to him a young Jedi padawan, Clarke Skywalker.
Titus: You seem a little on edge.
Clarke: Not at all.
Titus: I haven’t felt you this tense since we fell into that nest of Gundars.
Clarke: You fell into that nightmare master, and I rescued you, remember?
Titus: Oh. Yes. (Chuckling)
Clarke: (Chuckling)
Titus: You’re sweating. Relax. Take a deep breath.
Clarke: I haven’t seen her in ten years master.
Once they exit the elevator, Jasper greeted them. He was excited to see his old friends. He escorted them towards the main room where they met the senator and her guard.
Titus: It’s a great pleasure to see you again, M’lady.
Lexa: It has been far too long Master Titus. Clarke? My goodness, you’ve grown.
Clarke: So, have you…grown more beautiful I mean. Well, for a senator, I mean.
Lexa: Clarke, you’ll always be that little girl I met on Tatooine.
Titus: Our presence here will be invisible, I can assure you, M’lady.
Gustus: I’m Captain Gustus of her majesty’s security service. The queen has been informed of your assignment. I am grateful you are here, Master Titus. The situation is more dangerous than the senator will admit.
Lexa: I don’t need more security, I need answers. I want to know who is trying to kill me.
Titus: We’re here to protect you senator, not to start an investigation.
Clarke: We will find out who is trying to kill you Lexa, I promise you.
Titus: We are not going to exceed our mandate, my young padawan learner.
Clarke: I meant in the interest of protecting her, master, of course.
Titus: We are not going through this exercise again, Clarke. You will pay attention to my lead.
Clarke: Why?
Titus: What?
Clarke: Why else do you think we were assigned to her, if not to find the killer? Protection is a job for local security…not Jedi. It’s overkill, master. Investigation is implied in our mandate.
Titus: We will do exactly as the Council has instructed, and you will learn your place, young one.
Lexa: Perhaps with merely your presence, the mysteries surrounding this threat will be revealed. Now if you’ll excuse me will retire.
As the senator departs as well as the rest, Clarke stays with Jasper and talks about how Lexa barely recognizes her, even though she’s spent every day thinking about her since they’ve been apart.
When night approaches, the Jedi are keeping a watchful eye on the senator’s bedchambers as she sleeps. Clarke had sent R2 to alert them should something occur. Meantime, both Clarke and Titus talk about their mission and then ended up about Clarke’s mother.
The young Skywalker claims to have missed her and that she doesn’t sleep much. Which also ended up discussing about politics and about Chancellor Nia. Clarke claimed that she is a good woman. Titus agreed until they both sensed danger in the senator’s room.
They both sprung into action, tracking a droid, Titus flew out the window while Clarke drove a speeder. Being miles away from each other, Titus was shot down by a bounty hunter and fell several feet towards the ground that is until Clarke caught him in time.
They continued t chase after the bounty hunter which made Titus uncomfortable with her flying. She decided to take a short cut and ended up losing their target.
Clarke’s cleaver thinking in using the Force, she decided to jump out of the speeder and land on the ship the hunter is using. They crash landed near a club where Titus appeared.
Using the Force, they calmly tracked their target inside but not without giving Clarke her lightsaber that she lost.
Titus: Why do I get the feeling you are going to be the death of me?
Clarke: Don’t say that, master. You’re the closet thing I have to a father.
Titus: Then why don’t you listen to me?
Clarke: I am trying.
When they separated in the club, Titus found the bounty hunter and escorted her outside for questioning only to come up short. She was killed by another before they could get anymore information.

They reported to the Jedi Council first thing in the morning. They decided that since its still too dangerous for her to be in Coruscant, she would have to go back to Naboo until then. Clarke was assigned to escort her while Titus discovers who the bounty hunter is.
Clarke then made her to Chancellor Nia to discuss the matter. And she agreed that Lexa would be safe back home.
Lexa: I do not like this idea of hiding.
Clarke: Don’t worry. Now that the Council has ordered an investigation, is won’t take Master Titus long to find that bounty hunter.
Lexa: I haven’t worked for a year to defeat the “Military Creation Act” not to be here when its fate is decided.
Clarke: Sometimes we have to let go of our pride and do what is requested of us.
Lexa: Clarke, you’ve grown up.
Clarke: Master Titus manages not to see it. Don’t get me wrong…Titus is a great mentor. As wise as Master Jake and as powerful as Master Pike. I am truly thankful to be his apprentice. In some ways…a lot of ways…I’m ahead of him. I’m ready for the trials. But he feels that im too unpredictable…he won’t let me move on…
Lexa: That must be frustrating.
Clarke: It’s worse… he’s overly critical. He never listens! He just doesn’t understand! It’s not fair!
Lexa: Mentors have a way of seeing more of our faults than we like. It’s the only way we grow.
Clarke: I know.
Lexa: Clarke, don’t try to grow up too fast.
Clarke: I am grown up. You said it yourself.
She stares into those eyes, lovingly.
Lexa: Please don’t look at me like that.
Clarke: Why not?
Lexa: It makes me feel uncomfortable.
Clarke: Sorry, M’lady.

While Padawan Clarke and Senator Lexa are away, Master Titus starts his part in the investigation. He learned that the device used on the dead bounty hunter was from a planet called Kamino and as he takes a look in the Jedi archives, he discovers that it doesn’t exist…or the coordinates have been erased.
He seeks guidance from Master Jake who is training younglings at the time, and they too discovered that the planet was erased from the maps by a Jedi. Master Jake suggests that he travels to the coordinates to find out.
Titus soon made his way towards the planet where he discovered several important things; first he learned that the Jedi known as Master Jaha, a former member of the Jedi Council who had died almost ten years ago, had issued the creation of the Clones. Second, he discovered that the original design of the Clones was the bounty hunter known as Lincoln, who’s payment was in raising a boy of his DNA.

Now that Clarke and Lexa arrived on Naboo, they discussed the plans with the queen, then after traveled to a private location to stay for a while. The place was beautiful and it was near the river.
Lexa: We used to lie on the sand and let the sun dry us…and try to guess the names of the birds singing.
Clarke: I don’t like the sand. It’s coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere. Not like here. Here everything’s soft…and smooth.
She then looks at Lexa as she touches her skin and then finally, they kiss but only for a moment until Lexa pulled away.
Lexa: I shouldn’t have done that.
Clarke: I’m sorry.

They spent much time together, until tonight when Clarke confesses her feelings.
Clarke: From the moment I met you, all those years ago, not a day hasn’t gone by when I haven’t thought about you. And now that I’m with you again, I’m in agony. The closer I get to you, the worse it gets. The thought of not being with you…I can’t breathe. I’m haunted by the kiss that you should never have given me. My heart is now beating, hoping that kiss would not become a scar. You are in my very soul, tormenting me. What can I do? I will do anything you ask…
Lexa: …….
Clarke: If you’re suffering as much as I am, please tell me.
Lexa: …I can’t. We can’t. It’s just not possible.
Clarke: Anything’s possible. Lexa, please listen…
Lexa: No, you listen. We live in the real world. Come back to it. You’re studying to become a Jedi. I’m a Senator. If you follow your thoughts through to conclusion, they will take us to a place we cannot go… regardless of the way we feel about each other.
Clarke: Then you do feel something!
Lexa: I will not let you give up your future for me.
Clarke: You are asking me to be rational. That is something I know I cannot do. Believe me, I wish that I could just wish away my feelings…but I can’t.
Lexa: I will not give in to this.
Clarke: It wouldn’t have to be that way…we could keep it a secret.
Lexa: We’d be living a lie – one we couldn’t keep even if we wanted to. I couldn’t do that. Could you, Clarke? Could you live like that?
Clarke: …. No, you’re right. It would destroy us.

That night Clarke had a nightmare about her mother….
By morning, she stood outside thinking. Lexa saw her and tried not to disturb her. She worried about her mother. She felt – senses that she is in pain and asked that she go and find her. Lexa agreed and asked to come along.
They travel towards Tatooine, where Clarke discovered that her mother married and had two children, one related to her and one by marriage. She also discovered that her mother was taken by sand people over a month. Clarke couldn’t accept that her mother is dead, so she decided to find her herself.
She takes a speeder to the tusken raiders’ camp, where she found Abby tied up and beaten. Once freed, Abby finally sees her daughter for what appears to be the last time before she died but not without trying to say ‘I love you.’
This infuriated Clarke to the point where she killed every single one of the sand people within that camp no matter their age.
She returned with the body of her mother and headed inside the house.
Clarke: Life seems so much simpler when you’re fixing things. I’m good at fixing things. Always was. But I couldn’t. Why’d she have to die? Why couldn’t I save her? I know I could have.
Lexa: Sometimes there are things no one can fix. You’re not all powerful.
Clarke: Well, I should be. Someday I will be. I will be the most powerful Jedi ever. I promise you. I would even learn how to stop people from dying.
Lexa: Clarke…
Clarke: It’s all Titus’s fault! He’s jealous! He’s holding me back!
Lexa: What’s wrong Clarke?
Clarke: I…I killed them. I killed them all. They’re dead. Every single one of them. And not just the men, but the women and the children too. They’re like animals, and I slaughtered them like animals! I hate them!
Lexa: To be angry is to be human.
Clarke: I’m a Jedi. I know I’m better than this.
They give Abby a proper funeral and Clarke says her last goodbyes, pledging that she will be strong enough and that she won’t fail again. They soon get a transmission from Titus about plot in Geonosis, but since the Jedi Council is too far way, Lexa decided to go an assist Titus there, Clarke had no choice but to follow.
Titus had been captured by a former Jedi Master Count Roan and tells him that Sith are getting more powerful than the Jedi even realizes. He asked him to join him, but Titus refused.
As Clarke and Lexa came to the rescues, they got captured by the enemy and ended up going to an arena.
Clarke: Don’t be afraid.
Lexa: I’m not afraid to die. I’ve been dying a little bit each day since you came back into my life.
Clarke: What are you talking about?
Lexa: I love you.
Clarke: You love me? I thought that we have decided not to fall in love. That we would be force to live a lie. That it would destroy our lives…
Lexa: I think our lives are about to be destroyed anyways. I truly, deeply love you, and before we die, I want you to know.
They kiss and were escorted outside.
Titus: I was beginning to wonder if you had gotten my message.
Clarke: I retransmitted it as you requested, Master. Then we decided to come and rescues you.
Titus: Good job.
Monsters came to execute the Jedi and the senator; however, they were quick to think on their feet and try to escape. That is until the Jedi and the Council members all made their way to the arena to save them all and stop Count Roan and his droid army as well as the Geonosians.
The battle was fierce. Some Jedi died in the process and droids were all but destroyed. Including the bounty hunter Lincoln who fought against Pike was killed.
Count Roan: Master Pike! You have fought gallantly. Worthy of recognition in the history archives of the Jedi Order. Now it is finished. Surrender – and your lives will be spared.
Pike: We will not be hostages to be barter with Roan.
Count Roan: Then, I’m sorry, old friend. You will have to be destroyed.
And just like that, a ship approached, carrying the Clone Troopers along with Master Jake. They save the remaining Jedi and flee, destroying hundreds of battle droids.
The battle continued as more droids and clones engage in combat. Meanwhile Lexa, Clarke and Titus had found Roan escaping, however, Lexa falls from the ship. Clarke ordered them to turn around, but Titus insisted in continuing.
When they finally got to Roan, they cornered him.
Clarke: You’re going to pay for all the Jedi you slaughtered today, Roan.
Titus: We’ll take him together. You go in slowly—
Clarke: No, I’m taking him now!
Titus: No, Clarke! No!
She charged for him but he over powered her.
Count Roan: As you see, my Jedi powers are far beyond yours. Now, back down.
Titus: I don’t think so.
Count Roan: Master Titus, you disappoint me. Master Jake holds you at such high esteem. Surely you could do better…?
And as Roan had the upper hand on Titus and was about to kill him, Clarke jumped in to save him yet again.
Count Roan: Brave of you, girl. I would have thought you’d learnt your lesson.
Clarke: I am a slow learner.
Titus throws his lightsaber towards Clarke and she does battle with Roan, only to have broken one blade and have her arm sliced off. and just then, Master Jake came into the scene.
Count Roan: Master Jake.
Jake: Count Roan.
Count Roan: You have interfered with our affairs for the last time.
Both challenged each other through the Force, moving debris here and there.
Jake: Powerful you have become Roan…the dark side I sense in you.
Count Roan: I’ve become more powerful than any Jedi. Even you.
Jake: Much to learn you still have.
Count Roan: It is obvious that this contest cannot be decided by our knowledge of the Force. But by our skills with a lightsaber.
Then they both do battle. Master Jake doing flips here and there.
Jake: Fought well you have, my old Padawan.
Count Roan: This is just the beginning.
Roan uses this opportunity to escape by using debris to distract him. Jake saved the lives of both Titus and Clarke. Roan escaped.
He made his way towards his master, the Sith Lord. And tell his master that the war has begun.

Meanwhile, as the Jedi recover from their loss. Clarke and Lexa returned to Naboo are secretly married. The Clone Wars has begun.
