Naruto and sasuke were preparing for their final attack as the two inched closer a swirl could be seen in the distance leaving a man with black hair and an orange swirl mask after their attacks the two were extremely exhausted when the man had made himself known to the two boys.
As the man who seems to have appeared to have come from nowhere started to talk the two boys naruto and sasuke who had practically no energy left had to hear about the man who claimed to be madara uchiha talk about haw he will need the kyubi junchuriki to fulfill his plans
The man said-you will be coming with me for I am going to use you to help me bring peace to this cursed world- naruto he refused saying that he made a promise and that he’s going to keep it the man just told him that he doesn’t have a choice after activating his sharingan and turning it into the eternal mongecuo he forced the weekend kyubi jinchuriki into his komui to be taken for holding
Naruto not wanting to go back on his word called upon more of the foxes chakra and after entering the portal made a bunch of shadow clones to throw him out of the portal after getting out of the portal before it closed naruto yelled-I’ll never give up because that’s my nindo my ninja way- before calling for the multi shadow clone jutsu.
Naruto knew that he needed to get away so he used the jutsu as a bluff to cause the man to retreat meanwhile sauske was yelling at the man to know how he had the sharingan and that he he has to tell him how to get those eyes so that he can get stronger than his brother naruto was trying to hold a strong face to keep the man away the tactic work because he decided to leave right after he left naruto collapsed from chakra exhaustion and his severe wounds giving sasuke the chance to escape to orochimaru.
————With the enhanced shadow clones in the void right after naruto left————————
The naruto clones were in a giant black void and could only feel a very slight connection to the main naruto the clones were curious about the massive black space so after making a few hundred more clones they all huddled together in the zero gravity before jumping off in hundreds of different directions the clones having nothing to do started practicing using wind chakra to help move around and sending chakra to each other from their shared link
After what felt like a long time a clone found an area that felt different the clones after not being able to see started using something similar to echo location to see and Fell around the clones learned that the farther away a clone is the longer it would take to get the memories after the clone that felt a strange presence made a clone to signal that a clone already went to the strange presence after checking in with the clones closest to their location the the original clone that felt the strange presence forced a small crack in space to get to the location after the clone went inside the point in space and time
