Chapter Text
It had taken quite a bit of time to crook up this idea. A lot of time, effort, and definitely more than a little bit of information that Peter had been having to send the Fairies out for constantly. He knew that they were tired, he had rewarded them greatly with the information that they had managed to give him though. Henry...One of his Father's precious little grandchildren-or rather, his only grandchild. The only person that mattered besides that damned Bealfire, but Rumplestiltskin had messed with fate one too many times and fucked up with his precious replacement son too. It was almost ironic if it had been any less tragic. The fact that his Father had fucked up yet another relationship with another son. The so called, better one. Then again, Peter knew that some people never truly changed. Rumplestiltksin could play pretend for all he wanted, but at the end of the day, he was no better than he was when he called himself Peter's father.
The information had definitely proven useful, but Peter had needed just a little bit more, so he had sent two of the Boys over, stating that whichever boy had managed to give him the best information without being caught, of course, would win three nights of choosing the meals along with being gifted the largest portion, barring his own of course. Felix, unfortunately, was not able to go, as Peter did not want him leaving the Island. The boys that managed to go were chosen by Felix, however, as a way to ensure that Felix did not feel left out. Felix had been quite happy about being able to choose who got to go, and spent the entire day dangling that privilege over the other boys, to Pan's amusement. In the end he had chosen two of the boys, and Pan had allowed them to leave Neverland for the first time since arriving, threatening them that they must have at least some information, otherwise he would not allow them back into the Isle. None of the boys felt like leaving the Isle for good, of course, because the Isle was the only real home that they had had in...well, for some ever.
Pan's plot had come back quite successful. Both the boys had quite a bit of information for him, which was quite nice. He had managed to formulate quite a brilliant plan based upon that information, and for the next three nights they had mashed hash and fried greens. The information about Henry and Rumple was quite interesting, but there was other things that he was going to have to deal with some other people in order to get back at his father, but he was fully going to deal with everything. Bringing Henry to the Isle was bound to bring those litany of people that apparently were close to him. That Evil Queen, Snow White and her precious Prince Charming, that one biological mother-he believed that her name was Emma or something similar-and he was quite certain that they were going to attempt to blackmail, or force Hook into taking them to the Isle. He could handle all of them, plus Rumple.
He figured Henry would get here first, of course, he had commissioned two humans to gather Henry and bring him to the Isle. It was far easier than he would have thought, all he had to do was play to their anger with Magic. It was almost insultingly easily to get them to agree to literally kidnap someone. That would have to be punished, of course, because there was a part of Pan, the stupidly sentimental part, that could not believe how adults would so easily kidnap another child just over the promise of getting something they wanted. It was appalling, and although Pan was getting what he wanted, he had expected the Humans to put up some sort of fight. It was rather insulting that they did not. He almost wanted to throw something. He did not, he would ensure that they get what they had coming to them. Felix was granted permission to punish them how he saw fit, and they all knew how Felix saw the punishments of adults.
"The first part is almost done," Pan stated suddenly, standing abruptly. He turned to lock eyes with Felix, his emerald eyes glittering darkly. "Time to get going, hmm. Make sure that he runs towards the caves. The cliff edge is that way, and we have to ensure that he makes it to the cliff, of course, because otherwise we can't test him, can we?" Pan spun on his heel to keenly address the other boys. "Remember, Felix is playing me, but only Felix...that means the rest of you need to listen to Felix, and nobody but Felix gets close to me when I reenter the Camp with the boy...understood?" He needed to make sure that they understood this before he lashed out and ruined his plan. "if anyone doesn't follow the rules of the game...then you not only lose, but your spot becomes up for grabs, and that would be very upsetting, wouldn't it?" The boys nodded hastily and Pan laughed. he tilted his head towards Felix again and gave the other a somewhat disturbing grin. "Lets go Boys!" With his laugh curling through the forest, the boys rushed after Felix, leaving Peter alone in the hovel. He smirked to himself.
The plan was going well. It just depended on him, now, after all. Well, and the boys acting, but he was confident in his Lost Boys. He had taught them everything they knew, after all, and none of them would want to leave the Isle, Felix had ensured that...far more than those pesky boys, the traitors, before...before Wendy and her stupid...Pan shook his head. He needed to stop thinking about those things. It had been a sentimental moment of failure, a piece of Peter...and Peter was gone now.
