It was the last year of lexa's high school life. She was always at one of two placed,The cross country meets or the library. She was just like any other student but also had her secrets. Her best friend Anya was the only one who knew other than her family.
June 16 2022
Lexa was walking into English class and sat at her usual spot at the center of the class. She wasn't worried about the lesson as she was always ahead with her word.
"Today class we will do something different" The teacher said as she walked to the front and instantly had the whole classrooms attention."You will be partnered with another student and write a poem about them. Your poems will need to be submitted to me next month,So July 16th, Anything later will be counted as a fail."
The while class remained silent as the teacher sat down and pulled a piece of paper from her drawer
"our pairs will go as follow"
Lexa stopped paying attention after that until the teacher called her name
"Lexa!" She yelled loudly and lexa sat up startled
"Sorry what was that miss?" She asked with a tone of tiredness
"You will be paired with clarke griffin"
"OK"
She did not turn to see who that was,she knew,hell anyone would know who that is. She was paired with the popular girl. A nobody with the hottest girl in the school.
The lesson continued and Lexa could not focus she was thinking about how she would write a poem about Clarke. She knew Clarke would not want to ruin her plans for a poem. She had no idea how se would get the information she needed
The ring of the bell hed her jolt up from her thoughts,she grabbed her books and packed them into her backpack. She went to her locker and was packing the last book when a voice that sounded like an angel spoke
"When do you want to meet to talk about the English?"Clarke said from behind her,she turned around and looked at Clarke
"When are you free?"
"I am free Friday night and Saturday if that works for you?"
"Yea. Where do you want to meet?"
"I'll text you my address then we can do it there. My mom won't be home she's working night shift so she'll only be back late Saturday"
"Cool text me then"
lexa did not give her,her number she knew one of Clarke's many friends would have it ready as her highness asked.
She walked out and decided to skip her practice for the day it was Thursday and she did not feel like running the drills for 2 hours.she got into her car and drove home.

It was about 7:23 PM when her phone vibrated on her desk.she did not hear it as she walked out of the shower with a towel around her. She changed into her nightwear,grabbed her phone and hopped into bead.
Unknown : Sup sports girl.
Lexa : Who is this?
Unknown : oh come on you really don't know?
Lexa : No so tell me before I ignore you
Unknown : You wouldn't do that now would you?
Lexa : I'm going to bead,bye.
Unknown : OK,Ok. Its Clarke.
Clarke : Didn't forget about me already?.
Lexa : No. How could I?
Clarke : Just thought you'd be too busy with some math or something to remember.
Lexa : No I did nothing productive after school.
Clarke : Bummer.
Clarke: 'Location'
Lexa : Thanks. I'll see you Friday. What time do I show up?
Clarke : Anytime form 5.
Lexa : OK. Goodnight Clarke
Clarke : Goodnight.

The day was uneventful for the most part. It was just past 1:45Pm when Lexa walked into the gym. On today's schedule was arms and back her least favorite to work out.
She finished up around 3:37PM.
She went and sta in the sauna for about an our and when she got out she walked to the bathroom wanting to shower before leaving,But was stopped by a note
'DO NOT USE WATER'
She looked at the time. It was 4:57PM
She knew she would be late to Clarke's house if she went home first
She had extra clothes with her in her truck and in her gym bag. She walked out to her truck and pulled out her phone
Lexa : Can I shower at your place? The gym has a fault with the water
Clarke : Sure. See you soon then
Lexa : Yes and thank you
She started her truck and set off to clarks place
