Notes:

FEW QUICK NOTES:
- if u wany any of the html stuff, skip to the end notes!! it was just easier and less messy for me to put it there instead of here. (also bc i wrote this note parts of the beginning notes after i had already written the rest of this...)
- please turn on skins for this/take off 'hide creators style'
- i would recommend not using a phone and to use a bigger screen. i did all of the coding on my ipad and when i went to check how it looked on my phone, it was very big and seeing as i'm a random 15 yr old who doesn't do computing studies gsce, i had no clue how to fix it. i will admit it may be partially my fault as i didn't really check how it looked on my phone until i had finished the coding. but if u can't use anything else other than ur phone, just slide and u should be able to read it properly? it will be a pain to read it like that tho.
- i would also recommend using light mode reading this if you don't have it on already. it's not exactly mandatory, but there are screenshots here that have a white bg and it'll look weird if it's on dark mode lol.
- please check at the top of any IOS messages/Twitter DMs for who's POV it is!! if it doesn't specify, then it's from framme's POV.
anw.. hi! i saw this piece of art on tumblr and thought it'd be fun to write a McDonald's au... so here we are! originally this was going to be sort of a indirect sequel to an Alcryst-centric fic about his first day working at McDonald's but then i scrapped it because i struggled to write it and decided to just skip straight to writing this instead.
vv simple explanation rq–morion, all the playable brodia characters, clanne & framme work at the McDonald's. i also decided that since alear is also called ryuuru in the jp ver that i could just insert both the male and female mc and make them famous twins who clanne and framme are obsessed with. (to make things easier, ryuuru/divine one is the fem mc whilst alear/divine dragon is the male mc. hope that makes it more clearer!) framme and clanne run sorta popular accs dedicated to them but i don't think it's that important?
also a lot of the pfps were mostly just random guesses on characters and fandoms i think they'd like (pretty much all of them are current interests or past interests of mine, save about four of them?) they might not be 100% accurate bc of this so sorry about that lol.

WHAT?!

Framme had been an employee at one of the Brodian McDonald's for a while now, getting the job not too long after her and her twin brother, Clanne, came all the way from Lythos to Brodia. After a few months of working there, she had also been given the role of helping to run the official Brodian McDonald's account.

The Diviners were everywhere and if you hadn't heard of them, you were either a newborn baby or didn't exist at all. Due to their neighbour named Vander, they found out the existence of The Diviners a little bit before they were popular. Thanks to him, they were obsessed. Vander was a massive fan of the two himself, which would probably surprise a lot of people considering his age, but he definitely made a mistake showing the twins the famous twins.

Framme believed that you didn't have to be a massive fan of The Diviners (it did take her a while to think like that, though, but could you blame her?) You could be a casual fan, or not be a fan but not hate them. But that comment–from a strangely familiar name, though she couldn't remember where she had seen it from–made her furious. Not that good? How stupid! How absurd! Did this weirdo even know who they were talking about? Just glaring at the comment made it past one hundred degrees for Framme's body. She had to do something about this, especially when the reply already had close to eight thousand likes!

So naturally, as the main one in charge of running the account, and as one of The Diviners biggest fans ever, she had to dispel this comment by sending the person a very polite message in their DMs on her private account–no biggie!

She yawns. Ugh, she definitely needed to rest for work tomorrow. That seemed good enough to send and get her point across, anyway. She hits send and immediately shuts her laptop, trudging to her bed right behind it, immediately falling asleep.

Look, Framme didn't find herself to be the meanest person out there. She was genuinely a nice person! But sometimes she had a bit too much anger suppressed within her and she just had to get it out!

So before she issued the apology, she had to vent her frustrations on her private account. She did recall switching back to her main account after cursing over Yunaka figuring her out (she had to get better at lying) and she definitely didn't think it was a good idea to show that side of her in front of her, like what? A thousand-ish followers? It'd be better if she just left it on her priv, where it was just Clanne, her co-workers and mostly any other friends she had inside her priv. She didn't necessarily check properly what account she was switching to, but she was definitely sure it was her priv she had switched to. She saw a lot of red, anyway. Letting out a frustrated sigh, she started to type out a pretty harmless comment if you asked her.

People will just have to take my word on it. And when the police asks I'll gaslight some people around me into believing that they knew that you were running away. I'll have them say that they tried stopping you, but you didn't listen. So then nobody knows where you are.

The plot twist in all of this is that I'm actually at your funeral, but I'm the only one attending. It is just a bed of grass and you are buried there with no gravestone to sport it. twt html (i couldn't figure out or find a code for twitter DMS specifically as any twt html guide i came across didn't show how to do that. bc of this, i ended up having to use an app called TwiNote, ss what i put on TwiNote and then inserted the twt dms here as images.)

i will admit. i had no idea what i was doing whilst writing this. i usually don't find it fun writing socmed aus or chatfics by myself and usually struggle to do so, but i did have some fun writing this, even though it was a pain to format in google docs itself and i struggled hard to get ideas at many points whilst writing this. i'm not sure how much i like the fic writing wise. this was supposed to have less socmed within in and take place during one of their shifts and clanne was supposed to appear way more but it was harder to write than i thought so i ended up settling for more twitter and them not on a shift. but i'm glad the coding came out alright, despite it taking forever and also being a pain. there were a few things i couldn't figure out tho, but that's alright.
even tho idk how to feel about this, i did enjoy writing it somewhat lol. but i sorta doubt i'll do anything w whatever au this is again unless i really really want to, which i think will be a v unlikely case to happen.
