Chapter Text
Everyone was together when it had happened. When it had hit. They just didn't know they would affect their fight as much as it did.
It was around 4:30 AM when Dick’s body had finally taken mercy on him and let him awake from the nightmare he was suffering from. It was his parents. He saw them fall all over again. He was sitting there, hanging upside down, unable to do anything to help his parents. He hadn’t noticed he started to cry until his alarm brought him out of his thoughts.
Dick dismissed his alarm and moved his arms to rub the tears from off of his face. “I guess it’s time to train,”
He pushed his covers back and made his way to his closet pulling out a pair of black spandex leggings and a black running top. He made his way into the bathroom to get changed.
After getting changed he dumped his sleepwear in the Dirty Clothing Basket. He looked at himself in the mirror as he got his toothbrush ready for him to brush his teeth. Before he knew it, he had finished brushing his teeth and brushing his hair and he made his way back to his room to put on his black pair of running shoes that Bruce had gotten him as a present so Dick could run in comfort.
Once he made sure he was ready for his warm up run he made his way downstairs and out of the side door of the manor to move onto the track. It was a fair assumption that Bruce Wayne would have a full Running Track in his backyard and of course he did.
Dick started to run laps as he listened to the birds chirping a beautiful song. Dick had decided to move inside after he had run 24 laps. Dick checked the time as he started chopping up fruit to combine together for his breakfast smoothie. It was now 5:02 AM, he was right on schedule.
Dick made his way into the Gymnasium that Bruce had built for him in the basement. He had entered the area and started to set everything up. He placed his Smoothie in the small fridge and pulled out a bottle of water. After he was happy with the setup, he started to complete his stretches so he wouldn’t harm himself in his sets.
2 hours later
Dick had successfully finished his training for the morning, and he made his way upstairs as he finished off his smoothie. He gave a wink to Alfred as he started to wash up his smoothie cup. The butler just gave Dick a warm smile and then moved his attention back to his newspaper and his cup of tea.
After drying and putting away the now clean dishes Dick made his way back into his bathroom to take a shower. He had a relaxing time inside of the shower though his time eventually came to an end. Dick exited the shower and then tied a towel around his waist. Started to dry his hair and style it in his usual way and then he moved himself into his room and changed into the under suit of his Robin suit.
When Robin eventually made his way down to the Batcave he was met with his Adoptive father in the Batman under suit as he was tinkering with a new- bo staff?! There was a small part of Robin that was swelling with pride and happiness, but he didn’t show it as he pieced on the rest of his robin suit. When he turned around, he was face to face with Batman and he saw something shiny in his hands. It was the bo staff.
Batman had just handed it to him giving a knowing look and that is when he started to teach robin about all of the factors that are included inside of the bo staff.
They had been working for a while and they were getting far on robin’s progress when a blue portal opened up next to them and four people stepped out of it.
“I never would have thought Bruce would change the Batcave. Yet, here we are!” The man in the strange outfit spoke. He just got elbowed by a man in a red flash suit. “Were here on a mission, think about how high the stakes are here. We can’t change anything so don’t think about it.” This is when the man turned around and the face palmed. “Shit. I guess I should explain myself, shouldn’t I?”
The red suited man just pressed a button on the side of his mask, and it disintegrated away, and he smiled awkwardly.
"Hi, I'm Barry Allen, CSI at CCPD also known as the fastest man alive, the Flash. This is Jason Todd, the only man on the team with guns, The Red Hood. This is Timothy Drake, the brains in their boyband, The Red Robin. and last but not least Damian Wayne, the demon spawn of the group, Robin. We are from another Universe, and we are afraid you are in danger."
