In this world there are three different types of people there are people who are called Kvirka, people that have powers or enhanced abilities like those who are able to control life or being able to heal the wounded, there are those who are hybrids, people that have abilities and features that represent animals like lions, bunnies, snails, moths even dragons but there are some that are not as lucky as others and do not end up with such gifts instead they are just norrmies, people that are not a Kvirka or hybrid just plain boring normal people with nothing really spectacular about them, they have no powers no hybrid abilities nothing at all!
Many hybrids where sold of at the age of 4-11 when most hybrid features begin to show, people with rare powers like healing were taken by force by the government a couple weeks after there ability is shared or know to the government at the ages of 2-6 or 8-12 to be put though training to heal hero’s or citizens and weren’t given a choice if they wanted to or not, healers were also taken or sold to villains so they would not have to reveal themselves to people by needing to going to the hospitals, but norrmies where on a different side of things because they were normally abandoned, mistreated, left to die or if the were really unlucky they where sold of to labs for possibly life changing discoveries.
When people started to rise with abilities many other things rised with them like real dragons and creatures that were believed to be but myths through time but there was also villains and highly destructive people that came with them so the government set out to get people with strong abilities to team up and face up against the villains so they were called hero’s the6 came from the H.D.C short name for Hero Defence Corp, at first this was seen as a great thing every where but over time the Corp became corrupt they say that there duty was to only protect and arrest those who where wrong with as little injuries as possible but it was a simple coverup of what really happens they kill villains on sight if there is no one to record the fight or to witness it and the villains aren’t treated kindly in prison they are normally killed in prison if luck they live.
With all of the chaos issuing yet another corrupt mayor rises and decides to split the city into sections all being labelled in number order, those that are in 0-4,6-8 are considered top priority for protection because they are rich and fund a lot more money to the Corp then anyone else whilst those in 9-15 are considered to have a decent amount of wealth they are still considered a priority for protection but not as much as a priority as the top class and those who are in 16-31 are heavily looked down upon by the government as they are considered un-wealthy / poor so they are never and I mean never protected unless there is a high-class villain there and because of this a crime levels shot up so a new group of protectors stepped in called vigilantes, they sought out to protect the lower districts from crime and do the jobs hero’s where refused to and because of this H.D.C had seen this as a problem to there reputation so they made a law stating that hero’s had to actively fight and arrest villains and vigilantes just so they could keep there reputation and wealth.
There is one district that is just a gigantic untouched forest that we call district 5 the only district that was completely untouched by the government.
This is the sad world that TommyInnit has to live in.
