Chapter Text
Lila smirked as she walked towards her new school. She was going to have so much fun with this.
( Lila woke up groggy, wondering why she felt more tired then usual. "Did my alarm not go off?" She thought as she sat up and rubbed her eyes.
But any further thoughts came to a halt when Lila opened her eyes. Instead of seeing her thin grey blankets and tan walls, Lila saw fluffy bright orange blankets with white walls.
She looked around the room.
Instead of her game set up being up against the wall, a vanity desk was there. Make-up sprawled out on it and pictures hung from the mirror.
There were fashion magazines on the floor replacing the usual science fiction books that would be there.
She looked at the walls and saw posters of people she's never seen before instead of the hanging plants that should be decorating the room.
"What the hell ?" She thought as she got out of the bed and started looking around. Looking for anything to give her a hint as to where she is.
Her search came to a stop when she looked into the vanity mirror.
Her eyes shone her disbelief. She began to touch her face, the person in the mirror doing the same. They copied her movements when she began touching her hair.
As she was touching her hair, she noticed the sausage-like hair style and her eyes widened in recognition.
Needing further proof, she went to the window and opened the curtains.
Right in front of her eyes was the Eiffel Tower.
And that was enough proof needed.
She was Lila Rossi, a character from a children's show .
Lila Beckett, now Lila Rossi, sighed in acceptance as she walked over to her new bed and sat down.
There's no point in trying to figure out how she became Rossi and since it would most likely be impossible, there is no point in trying to figure out how she could return to her pervious world.
The best thing to do is assess the situation and make plans.
Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir, or Miraculous Ladybug for short, is a children's show about Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Adrien Agreste being the superheros: "Ladybug" and "Chat Noir"
And when they aren't being superheros, they're dealing with romance and personal life drama.
Adrien dealing with his father and his need to be normal.
Marinette dealing with her feelings for Adrien and the rivals that get in her way.
One of those rivals being Lila Rossi. A girl who came to Marinette's school and not only lied in every breath but stole Adrien's attention and caused issues among her friend group.
And she is now Lila Rossi.
Step One: She needs to figure out what point of the show she's in. (And if she's even in the original show. This could be alternate universe.)
Step Two: Figure out what lies have and haven't been told. She really doesn't need to mess up and get caught.
Step Three: Get closer to Adrien and her other classmates. They all could be extremely useful. And it would piss off Marinette.
She could understand why people liked Marinette. She had good traits. She was kind and seemed like she would bend over backwards to make someone happy.
But she hated that they ignored everything else about her.
Marinette was creepy and acted like how an obsessed fan girl would act towards a celebrity, rather then a girl with a tiny crush on her friend.
She had his schedule written down to the last minute, she made gifts for every holiday and event for future years, stolen his phone, and followed him. That's only the tame things.
She's deterred any other love interests, she even planned out their future together and how many children they would have, and at times it seemed as if she treated Adrien as a shiny possession that was her's and her's alone.
If she was in a relationship with Adrien, it wouldn't be a healthy one.
So yes, saying that she didn't like Marinette would be an understatement.
And doing anything to ruin her perfect little fantasy would bring her happiness.
She should enjoy her new life after all, right ?
Her thoughts were cut short when a woman entered the room, not even bothering to knock. "Lila! Why aren't you dressed? I told you last night that you would need to be ready early. It's your first day, you need to make a good impression. School starts in three hours."
Lila made sure her feelings of surprise didn't show on her face. "I suppose it makes sense for me to understand French since only the ' soul' transfered and not the brain."
Lila gave the woman, her new mother, a sweet smile. "Sorry, I was thinking of what to wear."
The woman was going to say something but her phone started to ring. "Yeah, that's nice dear. Just make sure you're out of the house soon. And remember, we'll be having dinner together tonight." The woman told her daughter absent-mindly , her tone uncaring before she answered the phone .
"Yes, hello. This is her speaking. No, you're not interrupting, I'm not talking to anyone important. Okay, I have no plans for today. I'll be there soon." Lila could hear the woman speaking as she walked away. Lila scoffed before getting up and shutting her door.
Lila shook her head and decided to focus on better things. Like getting ready.
First things first, clothes.
Lila walked over to the closet and began searching through it. She hummed in satisfaction at the many clothes here. "Why did the old Rossi never wear these? They're amazing." She thought to herself as she looked at her many options.
"Then again, it's a show for children, who would be more worried about superheros and relationships then the outfits." She shook the thought away to focus back at the task at hand.
A few minutes later , she found the perfect outfit.
It was a long sleeved, cropped orange sweater with a tan skirt.
She paired it with white fishnet socks and white sneakers.
Lila looked at the outfit before going over to the vanity, looking for a headband and a few pieces of jewelry.
After finding ones she liked, she set it all on the bed before heading to the bathroom , intending on showering.
After her shower, she got dressed and looked at herself in mirror. She smiled, happy with the outcome.
"Earlier, my new mother had said that today was my first day. That means I control the narrative. I don't have to worry about any lies the previous Rossi told that could backfire on me. This takes care of both Step One and Step Two."
Lila smirked at her thoughts before she grabbed the already prepared backpack that was on the floor.
"Mom?" Lila called out wanting to know if the woman was still in the house. She smiled when she didn't get a response.
Lila went to the fridge and grabbed the closest lunch meat and then went to the pantry to get bread.
She poorly made herself a sandwich for lunch before half heartedly wrapping it and then stuffing it in her bag.
Lila skipped out the door, a delighted smirk on her face. )
